When I visit first, Receptionist Pankti is very friendly and tried to arranged all my appointment as per my convenience. Dr. Megha is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable in her field but also extremely patient and caring. She took the time to explain each step of the treatment and make sure I was comfortable throughout. I did my tooth remove. Very reasonable price and gave some discount as well.

Negative experience: My tooth was not completely removed, which led to pain and discomfort. During my procedure, Dr. Simran and her assistant discussed various topics, including food, in their language mixed with English. I found this behavior unprofessional, especially given that I was undergoing an extraction. I called the clinic to express my concerns, but the doctor remained unconvinced about the aftereffects and eventually hung up on me. I found this behavior rude and unacceptable.
