Fantastic experience: I have had a terrible fear of going to the dentist for over 40 years. Yesterday I had to have 3 teeth removed and was not looking forward to the appointment. Dr Dennis and his team were amazing ! And I would never say that about any dentist. They made sure I was comfortable in my surroundings and reassured me every step of the way. Even when I wasn’t sure they took the time to talk with me and waited for me to be ready. Never in my life did I think I would be ok with a dental appointment, that ok in fact I hugged Dr Dennis and the team and I WILL be going back! Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of attending the A1 dental surgery at the Rochedale shopping centre with an emergency broken tooth - I was looked after by Dr Emily Chen - she was superb, very professional and managed to get my bad tooth out with no difficulty, this is rare for me as previous visits to other surgeries often involved an 1 hour at least to get my impacted teeth pulled- she and her team looked after me extremely well - I would highly recommend her to anyone needing dental care

Fantastic experience: Went here for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and the professionalism and kindness is unlike any other dentist. Absolutely would not go anywhere else from now on. Added bonus they provide the green whistle for anyone with dental anxiety and it realy helps!!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Kwon’s for a routine check-up, and I can confidently say it was the best dental experience I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Kwon is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and patient. Always recommend!!

Negative experience: Came in to have a wisdom tooth removed however it was snapped off at the gum line after a long effort to get it out. During this time I felt a tooth a couple along from the wisdom tooth “pop”. Couldn’t believe how quickly friendly staff there became obtuse and denied that it could have been them that shattered a tooth that was fine before they dug about it “must be that I broke it“ the day after whilst only eating yoghurt and bananas. Shamelessly denied any responsibility leaving me out of pocket for repair and for surgery to have botch wisdom tooth remnants removed. Warning to all comers.

Fantastic experience: My sons first filling AT 9 years old and I was so scared and worried about this experience. The only previous Dental court he had had was under general anaesthetic the team at AI Dental made him feel very comfortable explaining to him the whole process in the way he would understand. He is not scared about his next check up with AI.

AI Dental Rochedale is an excellent dentists for kids - all the staff are excellent at making the dentist less of a daunting place to be for children (or anyone for that matter!) who may be a bit nervous in the chair :)

Negative experience: I would rate 0 if there is. Been told my daughter’s six years teeth are temporary, and nothing we can do about decaying, back and forward for several times until we find out what happened (by googling, yes google is better than this clinic). But unfortunately my daughter’s six year’s teeth already damaged as no action has been done over 6 months.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time. Numerous appointments were cancelled for my sons treatments and when finally got an appointment was told they would get back to me with a referral only to be told 3 weeks later after no contact from them that they wanted to charge another 4K for sons orthodontic treatment when they originally provided treatment while his teeth were still growing out. Dr Jeff was initially great and would only recommend here for simple treatments.

Negative experience: The receptionist worked on Saturday 29/07/23 is very RUDE. She is the rudest receptionist I’ve ever met. She call patients name in wrong, keeping patients standing in the front desk for no reason after asking questions without and conclusion word or simply saying ”you are good to go”. She always interrupted others with negative words. She was arrogant and overbearing, which brought the bad experience in that clinic

Fantastic experience: The team at AI dental are amazing. They are patient, kind, and inclusive in their care when attending to children or when I have to attend myself with kids present. The reception staff are helpful and patient always smiling when we arrive. My dentist Victoria and clinical assistant Jasmine always take the kids to check in and see how I have been and are not rushed in their care they are providing and are absolutely fantastic with kids. My kids say now they will only go back to AI dental.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience. First time I went to a dentist in 30 odd years. They made it very easy and are helping me manage the treatments going forward. All staff were very professional and polite. Fast forward 3 months. So, I am finished my set of treatments and I cannot recommend Dr Victoria Jung and her team highly enough, 10/5 stars. Victoria laid out a very methodical treatment plan consisting of 6 sessions culminating in two rounds of wisdom teeth extractions. Within each session, Victoria clearly explained what was going to happen, paused frequently during the procedure to enquire how I was doing and was in general very proficient and efficient. She explained when there would be pressure, vibration or other unusual sensations, so nothing came as a surprise. Excellent bed(chair?)side manner. I swear I almost fell asleep during one of the sessions. The final sessions involving the wisdom teeth extractions seemed to me to be relatively quick and painless. I was operating as normal within 2-3 days and had no complications. I am not sure where all these dentist horror stories come from, but my experience was very pleasant. Maybe just got a good dentist? Thanks to Dr Victoria Jung and her team. See you in 6 months.

I visit my dentist every 6 months interstate and hate delays so whilst in Brisbane I had to book somewhere… as you do when on holiday right? :-) honestly the best general clean I have ever had and I have no fillings or issues with my teeth, yet felt how much my teeth needed it even with a great oral hygiene regimen.
