Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment at this dentist today and was impressed from start to finish. Dr Shaya is an absolute professional not only with his attention to detail in his work but how he communicated with me during the appointment. Has immediately become my go to dentist after recently moving to the area.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for a few years now, and have been very happy with the service here. The ladies at reception are always lovely to deal with, and every dentist/oral hygienist I have had for my routine checkups have been great. I have sensitive teeth, and they always make sure I'm comfortable, and take breaks if needed. Soothing Care Dental is a really welcoming environment - the waiting room is really nice, and doesn't feel like you're somewhere medical, helping ease those pre-dentist nerves :)

Was a patient of Dr Shaya’s for 4 years - he has a very calm and kind manner and has undertaken a number of procedures with me with excellent results. The surgery is first class with top of the line equipment and all the staff are lovely. There are a few different spots you can park in the vicinity.

Fantastic experience: All the Dentist here are great! Dr Amir has been amazing in helping me sort my invisalign to improve my results and most recently did my in chair teeth whitening, he is always very thorough in explaining everything and makes sure you are aligned on results. Prior to soothing care dental I rarely went to the dentist but now I'm always happy to go as they make it a painless experience and do the best job! I highly recommend all their services.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend if you're looking for excellent service provided by knowledgeable professionals who care.

Negative experience: I had two extremely unpleasant experiences with Dr. Frank. Firstly, during the first treatment, Dr. Frank unilaterally changed the treatment procedure without consulting me, resulting in additional expenses, unnecessary complications, and a considerable waste of time and effort. During that period, Dr. Frank faced technical issues with his clinic equipment, which affected the professional completion of my treatment. Unfortunately, this resulted in multiple visits with incomplete work on my teeth. The lack of attention to the patient's concerns and the disregard for a timely resolution was disheartening. Furthermore, I faced another issue when a tooth with a chipped filling, because of Dr. Frank's initial mistreatment, broke. This problem resulted from his failure to carry out the necessary procedure, particularly in reducing the load on that tooth – a step that could have been taken during the initial session. Even within the same session, he could have completed the treatment to prevent further damage to the tooth, saving additional time, cost, and discomfort for the patient. Considering these regrettable incidents, I strongly advise against seeking any kind of procedure from him other than normal cleaning. My overall experience has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I do not recommend Dr. Frank's services.

Fantastic experience: A very caring and professional practice. Having recently moved to the area, I didn't have a local dentist and suddenly needed an urgent appointment 3 days before Christmas. The Receptionist was really helpful and kind and I was booked in to see Dr Frank. He is a gentle and thorough dentist who was very considerate of my stress at the time. I've definitely found my new regular dentist!

Negative experience: Dr Frank Meshkani is a professional in filling, root canal and any other teeth treatment, but you could not find any respect from him to the patients. My experience says that he's arrogant and does not care about their patients. He canceled the appointment and worse than cancellation was hanging Out the phone. I read the response and this addtitional pragraph is just for reminding Dr. Meshkani that doctors and thier staff are not allow to share patients' conversation and information. It's illegal and defiently not in line with ethical code of practice.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to SC Dental today and I want to write this review as much to thank them, as to let others know about what an honestly great team they are. I recently cracked an upper molar tooth (agony) and needed help fairly urgently. Firstly, after requesting the next available online, the receptionist actually called me immediately to arrange an earlier visit as she was concerned I was in pain (she also offered me advice on managing it in the meantime). I went in today and the problem was pretty bad and needed a surgical extraction. The dentist, dental nurse and dental surgeon were unbelievable - it was a tricky, difficult extraction (one that should have been a nightmare for me) and they made it a breeze - actually they made sure it was completely painless. They took their time and did a really amazing job - I'm so appreciative to have had a team like that, considering the situation I was in. They are also very caring and informative regarding health coverage, upfront about costs and a great team to deal with. I highly recommend them and will be visiting them from now on. The dentist gave a very comprehensive explanation of the procedure and post treatment care. Was also given the option of using Bluetooth headphones during the procedure to block out the sounds of drilling, which was a great idea.

Fantastic experience: Dr Frank is the BEST dentist in Sydney. Caring and sooo accomodating to a very nervous patient! Not to mention, his dental work is second to none, the fact he uses unique microscopy dental to produce the best work. I was initially very nervous because I've had bad dental experiences in the past, but from the moment I walked in the friendly reception Eve made me feel welcome and was very reassuring. Then I met my dentist Dr Cole who was also very reassuring and made sure I was feeling ok every step of the way. The dentist was incredibly professional and made sure I understood everything (which is rare for dentists). Fantastic experience: I came to Dr Frank with less than a day's notice with severe tooth pain. I had never been treated at the clinic prior. An emergency root canal and crown - 5 visits later and I am pain free and the tooth was saved after multiple other dentists said I should just rip it out. The staff are thoughtful and kind and what felt like an ordeal for me was made a lot easier because of the team at Soothing Care. And the facilities feel like you're at a day spa. Definitely my go to dentist and clinic from now on.
