Fantastic experience: I had an implant done in South Korea, and while eating the screw cover suddenly came off. I contacted several clinics, but no one was able to help and I was really worried since I was told it couldn’t be delayed. Thankfully, Aperture Dental Practice offered me an appointment, and Dr. Erik was incredibly kind. He explained clearly what was happening, reassured me, and did everything possible right away. This was a procedure that absolutely couldn’t be postponed, and he handled it so quickly and gently that I didn’t feel any pain at all. Fantastic experience: Aperture Dental Practice is the first place I took my kids to when they had their first check up. This is by far the most warming and welcoming practice I have been to! I can’t thank Victoria (Receptionist/ Dental Assistant) enough for making my kids feel so welcomed as soon as they walk through the doors they are being greeted with the biggest smile, her vibrant and luminous presence really helped my kids ease into having their teeth checked for the first time. The rest of the team at Aperture were amazing as-well very professional but family orientated feel to the practice overall. I have recommend two family members to this practice and they have said the exact same thing I could not recommend this practice enough specially for parents with young kids.

Negative experience: Bad experience, really bad, I was recommended by my husband’s colleague that Doctor Nyet Ngoh Yong was kind and sincerely caring , however the kindness cannot cover the poor skill she had. She didn’t discover my gums problem which caused by fistula, she did the X-ray screen for my teeth and said no at all problems with my teeth and highly recommended me to do a teeth cleaning and you know what, she polished my inner withdom tooth with a cut on side. I felt really uncomfortable for the cleaning. After that I felt the difference for that witdom tooth. Actually it would be a good withdom tooth. half yr later I did a open dental screen, and it showed that wisdom tooth decayed. So, I really regret to see the Doctor Yong. What was shameful, she even claimed to my private insurance for the payment when I pay for the appointment in cash. What a poor experience, I strongly recommend dont choose her as your dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have taken my 6 year old boy to Aperture Dental several times to do his dental checks and fillings. The staff there have been very friendly and professional during our every visit. Both the doctor and the assistant were very patient with my kid and showed extra care trying to calm him down during the procedures. Good for families! The clinic is very clean and many facilities look very new. Will definitely take my kid to visit them again!!

Fantastic experience: This has been my dentist since I found them one day when needing a late night dentist. I have since had treatment and time with the whole team there. They make sure you know what needs to be done and what has been done on the day and for those with a fear of needles, Erik uses a machine that prevents the usual pain that comes with getting "numbed up". Erik and the team are professional, understanding and just a damn good dentist. They are worth checking out.

Negative experience: I think they need better receptionists. I've been there previously and I know Eric is very friendly. This time I enquired about whether there's a dental hygienist there because I just wanted to do a cleaning. The answer from the receptionist was no, which is fine. But she thinks I'm shopping around, which I am not. I did want to come over so I enquire about the price. I am not shopping around! But now I have to because I don't want to go there anymore. Please show people some respect. You may have met too many people shopping around but not everyone likes to do so.

Fantastic experience: Having had a bad experience with my previous dentist I spent over 15 years without seeing anyone. After reading all of the positive reviews I chose to go with Aperture Dental and am very glad that I did! It’s a great environment, all of the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Erik was very professional and made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Erik explained everything with photos and x-rays of the problem areas that needed fixing, was he was happy to answer all of my questions and give me preventive measures to avoid dental problems in the future. The dentist room very clear with a TV on the roof which helps if you are nervous and makes the time fly by. Also gone are the needles, he uses another device called The Wand which is painless, not intimidating and the numbness wears off a lot faster (This is great for kids or people who hate needles). Overall an excellent experience and highly recommended. I just hope they never move away from the area! Thanks to everyone at Aperture Dental!

Fantastic experience: I’ve seriously never heard of kids loving to goto the dentist that much. We pass by Aperture dental everyday after school and the kids asks me very very often, if they could go in and to see Dr Erik. I have 4 kids from 4 to 11 years old and I couldn’t recommend Aperture Dental enough. 2 is them even had extraction experiences and they’re STILL keen. The TV on top of the dental chair have serious mesmerising powers they don’t feel anything at all. Lisa the receptionist is just beyond nice too. Professional, friendly, and helpful above her necessary duty for us. I really like the seperate room Dr Erik asks us to go in every time after treatments to explain about all our dental evaluation/ advice. It’s private, friendly and feels like the dentist actually cares after the clean. Recently I personally had my teeth cleaned too and found that really annoying sharp sound of the cleaning much more bearable than other dentists!! So all in all, excellent service, amazing modern, clean clinic, and very happy kids and adult customers.

It was refreshing to go to a dental practice where I didn't feel like the surgery was trying to "find problems" (they didn't need to find) to take all money. Fantastic experience: The best dentist ever. Dr. Erik is highly skilled and extremely gentle - the first dentist ever to not cause me grief! He was able to fix what my other 2 dentists could not. Both my kids wont go to anybody else now. What I really appreciate about him is that he takes the time to listen to your problem. That is extremely important. Fantastic experience: I would recommend Dr Derek Fung for the following reasons: 1. Dr Fung is very well qualified. Before I chose him as my dentist to make crowns for my implant base I had checked his qualifications through his web profile. I was very happy for what I read. 2. Dr Fung is honest. I contacted Dr Fung and talked to him about what kind of implant base I had. He actually declined to do crown for me for the reason that he had not dealt with that brand of implant. I appreciated his honesty and decided to continue with him because I was confident that he could learn about that brand by his experience and his qualifications. 3. Dr Fung is kind. He does his best to his patients and is very courteous. A gentleman for sure. 4. I have been with his clinic for the last two years and had two crowns done by him. So far I am very happy with what he had done for me.
