Fantastic experience: I recently took my two kids (9 and 3 years old) for a dental check-up, and I must say this is the best kids-friendly practice ever! The staff were so caring and patient throughout the whole visit. The receptionist was amazing—she showed so much care with my toddler and made us feel very welcome. The team had lots of fun chit-chat with my older child, helping him feel comfortable while getting the job done smoothly. Very professional, warm, and absolutely wonderful with children. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Thank you to the friendly receptionist and staff there, always making my visit very welcoming! My first visit Fatima was very understanding and helped me sort through a misunderstanding I had. Today was my second appointment and again, it was a very pleasant experience. I had got told that I needed to be numbed with a needle today, I was freaking out and was very nervous.. the staff made sure I was comfortable, gave me something to squeeze on and made sure to ask if I was okay at every point. I was shocked how easy and almost painless treatment it was!! Thank you Dr Aiman for being very gentle and patient with me, I was in good hands. Will be back here :-)

Fantastic experience: I called Smiles on Chapel as I had a bad toothache. Fatima answered my call and fitted me in right away. When I got there I was delighted to see such a clean and beautiful clinic. Soon Dr Archi came to see me. She came across as very professional but at the same time very warm and caring. She listened to me and was very gentle in her approach as she knew I was in pain. She explained clearly what I needed to do, suggested that I see my Periodontist asap and forwarded all my details to him immediately. Together with the very friendly and polite reception I received from Fatima and Dr Archi’s dental nurse, I highly recommend this Dental practice to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Best experience, receptionist and dentists around! I was always scared of the dentist, but these guys were an amazing first time. Fatima is very kind, understanding and funny. Always made sure to remind me of appointments prior, and helped me with a lot. The dentists there are also top tier, they don’t mess around, give the best advice and tips, and also get the work done incredibly quick. Would highly and most definitely recommend visiting these guys for anything dental. Great team and great practice.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited smiles on chapel and was seen by Dr Jenna Do and Maria. From the moment I walked in the reception lady was very friendly and welcoming. Dr Jenna Do was very professional taking the time to explain my treatments and answer all of my questions. I appreciate how gentle they were during my cleaning,there was no discomfort at all she also gave me advice on how to maintain my teeth. I'll definitely be returning for all my dental needs :)

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by both my sons to make an appointment to see Dr Aiman at Smiles on Chapel. I had been to other dentists/orthodontists before but wasn’t comfortable nor happy at all until my consultation with Dr Aiman and his team for Invisalign. He was genuinely caring, has a beautiful and happy nature which put me at ease. Dr Aiman was so thorough with explaining and answering all my questions. The practice is immaculate in cleanliness, they follow all health regulations, it’s so inviting for for all age groups and with out a doubt children will love it. All photos, scans etc. are done there on the spot no running back and forth. The staff are exceptionally professional, their team work is incredible and they’re all so friendly to the point that I wish I could work there. My Invisalign journey began on Wednesday with Dr Archie. I had seen her prior my big day and she is fantastic!!!!! I knew I was in good hands with her and Dr Aiman who will see me on alternating visits. I’m so elated that I made the right decision. The front desk staff are incompetent and unprofessional they made me wait half an hour before telling me the dentist has left and my appointment has been cancelled. I asked why they me wait for nothing they said the other staff on front desk is new. Negative experience: I agree stay away from this money focused franchise. I asked for qualifications and none are displayed in the surgery. I had an experience where there was an emergency booked in and we were sent away. I also experienced misdiagnosis of X-rays, however they were happy to take money. I have sent emails to the owner to send me qualifications confirmation of a Nurse he claims is a fully qualified Dr but still no response. Be careful people these people are money hungry and we experienced unqualified people providing a service, that was misleading and not according to the public health regulations. Not replying to emails is not only unacceptable but clear that they are unable to provide evidence of qualifications. Next step may be reporting them to HCCC to get answers. The dental nurse admitted she should of been supervised while providing an injection which went wrong a couple of times. and apologised but the owner states she’s fully qualified with no supervision required go and figure!!!!. When asked for evidence no reply to my email. I’ve never experienced such an incompetent bunch who are rude and show no compassion. Not a good way to run a business . If you have kids be careful you don’t know these people’s qualifications, not displayed on wall. The nurses are claiming they are dental nurses and owner claiming they are dental doctors. Spend your time and money in a reputable surgery that is honest, competent, professional and most importantly qualified!!!.

However, I can't get over the way the female extraction dentist spoke to me during my last session. Yes, I dress in a particular way for religious reasons but that doesn't make me uneducated. There was no need for your rude encounter. Thank you for your passive-aggresive "professional" lecture. I will now be happily seeking respectful professional help elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit at this clinic. From booking an appointment over the phone to my actual appointment was very seamless. I didn’t encounter any problem. I had no problems with the receptionist at all. They had really good modern equipments, the clinic was very clean. Would like to emphasise the receptionist, Cassandra, who clearly needs to go back and revisit her job description and take a morals and etiquette class while shes at it. Grunts at you upon arrival every time, also have never been spoken to so poorly in my life after only wanting to follow up an upcoming appointment, will not be back.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this clinic over a year and it took me a while to find the right dentist and one I feel comfortable with. From the very beginning I instantly was welcomed by the friendly faces of Dr Aiman and Cassandra. They were so easy to talk to and explain what I was after. COVID hit and there was a pause however, during this time they kept in contact and asked if I wanted to continue and always let me know if there were any cancellations so I can go to see them earlier. I returned once restrictions eased and back on the grind we go. As of 14/05/21 we have finally reached the end goal of creating my beautiful teeth and smile. There was a lot of healing process due to my stubborn island genes but it was worth the wait. I have never been happier and to see the end result it has nothing but been the best. I am so glad I found Smiles on Chapel as they were an awesome team to work with. Communication, efficiency and budget has been great. They were very flexible with my payment plan and always worked around my budgeting which I was really grateful for. Definitely recommended. Fantastic experience: I’m not going to lie. They are the best dentist ever I have seen. Dentist was always a nightmare for me since I was a child. I don’t know how to describe but they are really professional.

Negative experience: Partner came In for a full teeth clean. Was quoted a $3000 dental plan. In the end was charged for only a stage 1st appointment calculus clean. Total cost was $200. Obviously all the feedback and reviews for this dental practice is fake. There are many dental practices which are alot better (I know this by experience) Trust me and save your time/MONEY AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE.
