Fantastic experience: The team at Portside Dental are incredible. I have seen Meredith for both Botox and dental and Daylan for dental. They have both been so gentle and I can’t fault them. Rachael is always so helpful with booking my appointments. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

She immediately puts you at ease, genuinely listens to your concerns, and has the confidence and attention to detail to catch things other dentists have overlooked. What an amazing first impression! I’m so glad I found this clinic here in Newport… I finally feel happy and confident to have found the right dentist. Delightful customer service (from the start to the end of the appointment), very cool tools and tech which make the appointments really efficient and it was the first clean I've ever gotten that was bearable (I have VERY sensitive teeth). Also who doesn't love being able to book online, extra points there!

Fantastic experience: 5 STARS PLUS MORE. This Dentist clinic resembles more of a day spa than a dentist, so fresh, clean and inviting. My 7 year old Son needed a filing and was very anxious. Dr.Meredith handled him so beautifully explaining every step so well to ease his anxiety. I can not recommend this Business any more. Melissa at reception was so professional and Erica the dental nurse also an absolute stand out. Thank you to you all, a day I was dreading but shouldn't have as it was such a breeze!

After one session of Botox , my life has been changed. The team at Portside Dental are some of the loveliest you will meet. The Dentist (I don’t remember her name unfortunately) was very transparent in terms of costs and the treatment options. She did great job putting a filling in my tooth. I paid a reasonable price. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! Best dental practise I’ve been to! My first time at this dental practise and I was so impressed by the beautiful decor- ultra clean and friendly atmosphere. I had booked in for a check and clean- Last minute I had to take my toddler with me to my appt and they made me feel at ease, they made sure he was ok whilst I was having my check up and clean. Rachael, the practise manager was amazing, she’s so genuinely lovely, professional and understanding. Dr Metin is extremely knowledgeable, professional and calming. Embarrassingly I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Same with the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, he was so friendly and professional and the best clean I’ve experienced, pain free! If you are a nervous person when it comes to the dentist, I’d highly recommend going there as it does have a very calming feel to it. It was genuinely a really good experience.

Fantastic experience: Lovely space and wonderful team. I felt quite anxious about attending but they really set me at ease. I felt quite reassured and looked after the entire time. I will return on schedule rather than avoiding the dentist as I usually would! That’s saying something.
