Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience at Victoria Street Dental. They took me in quickly for a consult, scan, and check-up, and I felt looked after from the moment I arrived. The dentist and receptionist went above and beyond to answer all my concerns, and their approach was incredibly careful and reassuring. A clear treatment plan was put in place, and I feel confident to finish the rest of my wisdom teeth extraction and other dental concerns with this clinic. I truly look forward to my upcoming appointments. Dr Henry provided me with the exact treatment I needed and navigated with my immune health issues to ensure I take the best approach for my exact needs. I was experiencing pain for months and under Dr Henry’s care I was able to address the issue within 1 appointment. The team are very considerate and think of many options to provide the best care. Dr Henry and the team helped me solve and fix pain and swelling that other clinics couldn’t help me solve. I highly recommend their professional, caring, and thorough service.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely recommend the lovely team at Victoria Street Dental. I have been a patient of Dr Yang’s since 2019. I have almost completed my Invisalign treatment with amazing results. He has been supportive and thorough, continuing my treatment after the expected time. As per my contract, treatment is continued until results are satisfactory, not based on a time line. I look forward to completing my Invisalign journey soon and can’t thank the team enough. P.s They also have the perfect playlists that keep you calm and distracted during any uncomfortable treatments.

Fantastic experience: Had such a positive experience here! Saw Dr Henry who was very attentive and knowledgeable. He took X-rays, did thorough examinations and patiently took the time to go through everything with me and explain it all so I could understand and make informed decisions for my treatment. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Victoria St Dental for about seven years. As a child, I suffered from teeth misalignment, which severely impacted my confidence into adulthood. Under Dr. Yang's supervision, I went through the Invisalign program. I recall being nervous when I had my wisdom teeth removed to make room for the alignment treatment, but Dr. Yang's patience and gentleness calmed me down. The surgery was a success, and the alignment treatment continued smoothly even during COVID-19 restrctions. Dr. Yang consistently followed up with me on my progress, both in person and via video calls. Towards the end of my treatment, he could have stopped but chose to fine-tune my smile to perfection. I now have a perfect smile and regained my confidence. Dr. Yang has never disappointed with his meticulousness, care, and top-notch service. I also recently had a whitening treatment for my wedding and am very pleased with the results. Victoria St Dental has my full support for the foreseeable future. Keep up the excellent work!

Fantastic experience: I went here just a few days ago for a scale and clean, as well as a check-up and myobraces fitting for my 5 yr old and check-up for my 2 yr old. I was very impressed by their patient manner, as well as the level of service, attention to detail and overall care we were given. They even had some little gifts for the kids to make it a more pleasant experience for them. Gap pricing was not bad (with private health cover), and parking off Victoria St is okay, as well as easy access to trams.. right out front!

Negative experience: Not happy with the service here. Felt rushed and the doctor didn’t take the time. I dont feel like the problem resolved. In and out within 20min and was charged lots of money for it. I suggest go somewhere else where they care about the patients

Fantastic experience: I travelled in to Melbourne to have surgery and was only told after I had made the journey that I needed a key device for the procedure. I called this orthodontist that was near my hotel room and they last minute found one for me even though I am not a patient. We called them at 9:00am they had me out the door key in hand by 9:15am on my way to my 10am admission. THANK YOU.

She has taken the trouble to phone me to follow up on a previous procedure. She is usually fairly punctual for her appointments which in my 70 yrs experience isn't always the case in dental practices.

Fantastic experience: First I was so impressed with the live chat service on their site. My tooth started aching at late night as 2130 or even 2200.. I didn’t expect there was actually a dentist over the website and willing to talk to people who have teeth problems at such late night. Before I know it my appointment was booked promptly on the dot. When you have those worst tooth ache, that makes a big difference. Dr. Gavin Yang is the best dentist I ever came across all in my life. He is so friendly, gave local anaesthesia very carefully thoroughly ever so gently. After extracting tooth under local anaesthesia, I even hardly took painkillers, no swelling nor redness. Back to work the very next day and nobody noticed what I’ve gone through! I was also so relaxed during the procedure with nice music on, and wow it was such a pleasant time at a Dental clinic that you normally don’t expect. I can highly recommend him to anybody without any hesitation. And the receptionist is also very friendly and professional, and there are some greens in the building that helps people feel easier too. If I only knew him earlier I’d have come back much much earlier. Thank you Dr. Yang, you saved my life.

The team there are fantastic and figured out what was wrong straight away and fixed me up. I also recently had my wisdom teeth extracted which was a painless, no problems experience!
