Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Absolute Smile Bassaden for the past four years, and the care and quality of treatment have been fantastic. Dr. Janson, in particular, always thinks outside the box when things don't look right and consults specialists if the case is more complicated than usual. I would highly recommend them, especially Dr. Janson. Coming from overseas, where you know your dentist since you are a kid, it's quite hard to find someone you can trust with your teeth. Dr. Janson has earned that trust.

Fantastic experience: Cannot rave about Absolute Smiles enough. I met with Dr Yapp after not having seen a dentist in over 5+ years. He was so welcoming, walked me through each and every step, a good conversationalist and really easy to talk with! A huge mention also to Greta, who was on reception. My experience was off to a good start by how welcoming and professional she was, the second I opened the door, what a keeper!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately an other unpleasant experience, as most of the time in a dentist, push to do treatment or explanation not required and a comprehensive oral examination not really request. Bit expensive compared to others.

Fantastic experience: I’m very happy with my experience at Absolute Smiles. The dental hygienist Courtney McGuire spent about two hours over two days to do a deep clean of my teeth. The anaesthesia was expertly administered. Courtney was professional and caring and calmed my anxieties about the process. I need this procedure every 6 months and usually dread it, but I’ve already made my next appointments with Courtney for April 2023!

Fantastic experience: Absolute Smiles, and in particular, Dr Jason Yapp were recommended to me by a friend. I had several broken teeth which I had ignored for years until they became too painful. Dr Yapp explained thoroughly all of the options available to me to repair my teeth and I was able to make a decision that best suited me before preceding. All staff are lovely to deal with and make you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Absolute Smiles Bassendean.

Richard was afraid of dentists but now sees Sandeep regularly. He is caring and gentle. I get my teeth regularly scaled and cleaned by Dzana, she is friendly, helpful and does not hurt you. I would recommend them. I have also had a root canal and crown done with them.

Fantastic experience: I'm a big sook when it comes to the noises those machines make when you get a filling. Jason just chats away and makes you feel at ease. He's good with my kids too.

Fantastic experience: Just went for my first consultation with Doctor Stacey at the Basendean clinic. It's a crisp, clean and bright clinic and the reception staff are friendly and engaged. The wait was less than 5 minutes. I was seen by the lovely Dr Stacey and another colleague and moulds were made of my lower and upper jaw. Everything was explained in great detail before every procedure. It was painless, comfortable and friendly and felt professional while also feeling familiar and warm. Highly reccomend this clinic.
