Fantastic experience: The reception is nicely decorated and doesn’t feel clinical, and the young man at the reception was very friendly and went into detail breaking down the cost of my visit. It was a nice consideration on the intake form to indicate your level of nervousness about dental treatment. My dentist Ahmad and his nurse were friendly, introduced themselves and made me feel comfortable by explaining what they needed to do and what it would feel like. I felt informed about the process and that the dentist was working with me not on me. Overall a great customer centred experience.

Fantastic experience: I am denal phobic but HAD to be brave and go. Years of neglect. No judgement, everything fully explained. Had to go to Leederville for extraction. Apart from exhaustion , I feel fine. Staff in both practices very pleasant. Helpful and friendly.. highly recommend. DONT BE SCARED.

Fantastic experience: I had in 2021 two new dentures made in Bentley Dental which I could not wear as they were bulky and I always bit into my cheek. I went to Dentistry Plus. Despina the prosthetic angel advised me to make another upper denture. she assured me that all things would be fixed to my mouth contour. She was meticulous, patient and assuring. I had the new denture sitting well. I had a few follow up clinic and minor adjustment. She is the most caring lady I have ever met. Thank you Desspina and the receptionist Emma is awesome too. The D+ should be an A+ instead.

Fantastic experience: Had a dental implant done at the Leeming surgery some 18 months ago. For some reason the implanted tooth became loose and fell out. I went back to the Dr David who could not have been more professional. He explained that this is very rare and did all he could, as fast as he could to redo and replace the implanted tooth at no cost. I was initially thinking to have the implant done overseas but decided to have it done in Perth in case this very scenario happened. Thanks so much Dentistry Plus and thanks so much to Dr David.

Negative experience: A 5 star review by King fishers (below) scared me off even trying out this place. I mean; Thanks for the photo @Kingfisher, I'm sure you had a great experience, and I'm glad you're happy with the work done. But, if they did the same job on my teeth I would not be very impressed. They haven't even colour and texture matched the tooth. If anyone else that's come here for the reviews, and knows of a good practice, please point me out in the right direction. Thanks!

Negative experience: Pointless appointments, wrong and confusing information, outsourced the work, rude staff, un-necessary delays then refusal to provide a treatment plan/quote post a paid appointment after weeks of waiting and reminders because the dentist was 'too busy!' The goal is to keep swiping the cards, profit and do as little actual dental work as possible. Don't advertise services if you have no intention of providing them. Peoples health, time and money is on the line here and your IGNORANCE caused unnecessary delays and a huge amount of stress. I could have made a serious complaint about your theft if I could bebothered but at the very least can warn other people DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Negative experience: Nothing but problems. Suppose to get a crown, but dentist damaged my tooth so much that I had to do an implant instead. Another time, different dentist, had a crown done but still have problems with the tooth and gum. Not going back.

Fantastic experience: Sitting here at the reception currently waiting for my appointment as I arrived early I get greeted by a friendly receptionist and I realised there's never a time that service was poor here for me at Dentistry Plus. Two thumbs up from Reception (Kitty and all of reception) to Ben, dental assistants and of course Dr. Meng. I was very scared and very guilty when I first walked in. I have seen a dentist who helped me when I started having issues with my teeth, he was very helpful and I know he had the best intentions for me but I thought he did not listen to me and did not provide me with options. It is different with Dr. Meng, aside from him always being very cool and confident, not once instance did a visit to him fuelled my anxiety, he gave me options, which I value. He kept me informed. Thank you all for the help, my friend highly recommended your practice and I am a happy client and would not have any second thoughts in highly recommending you as well.

Fantastic experience: I could not be happier with the professionalism, expertise,kindness,Compassion with my fears of dentists,duty of care and the final result Wow is all I can say. The results for my dental implants fully surpassed my expectations,they look fantastic. Would like to make special mention in regards to my first surgery which was a bone graft. I went home at 4pm and at 7pm I could not stop the bleeding. Dr Kent and Kitty reassured me I would be fine and to meet them back at the Leeming clinic. Dr Kent had a good look and started treatment straight away and both Dr Kent and Kitty were fantastic. Dr Kent was heading off to Melbourne so he had to take off but was pretty late and Kitty attended to my dressings right thru until 11.30pm when the bleeding had subsided. I was scared and quite histerical when I rocked up,but shortly after I was painfree and felt at ease and was totally satisfied with the aftercare. Fantastic experience from day one to over a year later and hopefully moving forward into the future for any of my dental needs. The entire team including assistants were so friendly and approachable. Fantastic experience: I had two dental implants on 5th July at Dentistry Plus Leeming. Kitty who booked me in was a joy to deal with, always patient, knowledgeable and professional with my questions about the procedure. Dr Kent Tan who did the implant operation was also really very good. His confidence and calmness was very reassuring throughout the procedure and there was not the extreme pain that I had been warned about from friends who had gone elsewhere. So far, there's been no bleeding and almost no pain from the affected area since. I would highly recommend Dentistry Plus to anyone looking to get dental implants.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kent and Ben have been truly amazing and awesome...we're 1,850km's away from Perth in an outback town called Port Hedland and they have done everything to accommodate us and all our appointments so that my husband and I could have our dental surgery together in one trip. Their work is phenomenal, we are genuinely happy with the results - a bit of getting used to lol but great - would recommend them to anyone at any time! As for the wonderful girl called Kitty, man what a true Gem! Fantastic experience: I have been planning to have implants for a while and after much thought and research I decided to do a complete set of all on 4 implants for both my upper and lower jaws. I wanted to have a good set of teeth to be able to live my life fully again. I know it was going to be an expensive and major surgery. I did my research for the right dentist to do the job for me. My reason to choose Dentistry Plus, was due to the reviews I read and also Perth was convenient for me, as my sister lived there as I was coming from Canberra. When I first met Dr Kent and Ben, I felt confident knowing that they will be the ones who will do the surgery and fitting for me. They were exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. The receptionist at the clinic, Kitty is friendly and courteous. Makes you feel at home the minute you walk into the clinic. I was very nervous initially when I decided to go ahead with the surgery. Kitty who is an incredibly caring lady, went out of her way to either call or message me to reassure and give me the confidence. She also called me after the surgery to see how I was doing. She is just an amazing person to have, that personal human touch which we all need. The surgery was from 8am till 3pm.The professionalism of Dr Kent who worked tirelessly and meticulously to perform the surgery and to ensure that everything was done right and precise was just commendable. Ben was also simply an incredible prosthesis and a perfectionist with his work, ensuring I get the best fittings to look good. The journey to recovery has been so comfortable and quick. I went back to Canberra a week after surgery and got back to work on Monday with my new set of teeth. Oh what a feeling, no more dentures I am very grateful for what the team at Dentistry Plus Leeming have done for me. I will certainly recommend Dentistry Plus to anyone without any hesitation. I was very tardy in coming back and picking it up, but luckily Kitty was on the ball - she is very organised and I think the practice is very lucky to have her.
