Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience at Smiles Diamond Creek, I’ll never go anywhere else! Been a long time in between visits to the dentist, felt immediately welcomed and at ease at Smiles. From the lovely Leanne on reception to Aiden & Caitlin who were so gentle, kind & understanding with a nervous patient! They followed up with phone calls after both of my procedures to check in. Fantastic team all around!

Fantastic experience: Lovely very helpful staff

Fantastic experience: I was in the Yarra Valley for the weekend when on the Friday night, a crown came away from one of my teeth. My regular dentist is in the CBD and I did not want to wait until the coming Monday to get it rectified (at the earliest). First thing Saturday morning I rang four or five clinics to see if I could have the crown reattached, but to no avail. I then rang Smiles and spoke to the very helpful Taylor. She sympathised with my situation and said despite being fully booked that morning, she would talk to one of the dentists to see if they could fit me in. Taylor rang me back about ten minutes later and said a dentist would be able to see me. I arrived at Smiles and met Taylor and after filling out the required forms, met with Dr Huda and her assistant. Both were very lovely, attentive, caring and understanding of my situation. My crown was reattached and it's now Sunday and it's situation normal for my teeth and mouth! I highly recommend this clinic if you need a dentist in the Diamond Creek area. Not only are their staff knowledgeable and friendly, their customer service was outstanding, starting with my initial phone call to Taylor. Further, their clinic was bright, welcoming, airy and pristine. I was very impressed with my visit and interactions to this clinic, with a special shout out to Dr Huda, her assistant (name unknown) and Taylor. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Smiles of Diamond Creek. I was on a long break in Melbourne, visiting from the UK when I had some issues. The reception team were so friendly and helpful, always going beyond to put me at ease. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and offered a drink. The clinic is welcoming, airy and clean. Dr Aiden was fantastic, professional, transparent, and friendly. I was offered a same day appointment, given a filling, and a script. I was reassured and made to feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. If only all dentists were like this! Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank the team at Smiles enough! I had a nearly 3 hour procedure this week to remove 2 of my wisdom teeth. Before I had even attended the clinic I was made to feel so assured that I was in the best hands! When I arrived on the day of my procedure, I was welcomed by the lovely team at the desk Caitlyn and Leanne who filled me with nothing but confidence about the procedure. Dr Imran and his assistant Taylor went above and beyond to make the long procedure comfortable for me and took the time to explain everything that was happening throughout . Who knew that going to the dentist could be such a lovely experience! After putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed for about 5 years, I am so glad that I chose to see Dr Imran and his team and I look forward to going back to get the others removed. 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: Dr aiden was the best dentist I have been to, I was down from nsw for an unrelated matter and the squeezed me in with no fuss. All the staff were lovely and dr aiden was professional, gentle and did a fantastic job.

Not only were they supportive and understanding of a phobia of the dentist, but amazing with managing the kids first trips to the dentist. Fantastic experience: As someone that has been to all the dentists in Diamond Creek and have had unnecessary procedures and have anxiety about dentists. The team at smiles and doctor Sonia have done a heap of dental work and having my last session all through out they have been accomodating physically emotionally and financially and would recommend them 100 times over. Keep up the great work guys much love .

I had 5 teeth removed and a plate put in and was so happy with the result, i can smile again with confidence and they were $500 cheaper than my other quote for the plate. Fantastic experience: Smiles are a fantastic bunch of people, from reception team, nurses, and I had Imran as my dentist. So caring, explained all he was doing. Had 3 crowns and a bridge done. Smiles came to my rescue afew weeks ago after my usual dentist at another practice butchered my teeth. I emailed Smiles explained my situation, they got back to me promptly and were so wonderful and helped me out. I am now able to smile again. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks Dr Imran.

Fantastic experience: From someone who doesn't love going to the dentist, the team at Smiles Diamond Creek instantly made me feel comfortable. Sonia is next level incredible, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I have only started seeing Sonia since July after a recommendation and she’s been a game changer for me. From the moment you enter the practice the team are so lovely and I couldn’t recommend Sonia and Smiles enough.

Fantastic experience: We have visited Smiles of Diamond Creek a few times now, for checkups and wisdom teeth removal and all the staff have been absolutely beautiful. From introducing themselves, getting you a drink to taking the time to approach you in the waiting room to help calm your nerves. Dr Imran and his assistant are both absolutely lovely. He is so kind and patient, talking you through every step. There is even Netflix (with headphones) to distract you. I truely believe this is one of the best Dentists going around - like a big family. I’ll be forever grateful for the incredible service they provide.

Fantastic experience: What a fabulous experience! Never thought I would say that about a visit to the dentist! From an extremely nervous patient who almost had to be pulled through the door and harnessed to the chair, I can now enter with a smile on my face! My partner had taken our eldest and when they came home i heard nothing but the best, him knowing that i need to go and have a fear of past experiences said i need to book an appointment and so i reluctantly did lol boy I'm glad i did. They are all so welcoming, patient and kind, made me feel totally at ease.. from walking in the door to stepping out. Dr Imran explained everything thoroughly and so gentle while working on my teeth. Fantastic experience: The whole team at Smiles of Diamond Creek - from the lovely, friendly folks at reception, to the warm, kind folks who take care of your teeth - are a delight. If you’re a bit of a chicken about drills like me, or if you normally don’t like going to the dentist, give Smiles a go. Everyone here works really hard to put you at ease and make the experience as easy on you as possible. I highly recommend Dr Sonia, Negar and the whole team. So go get a checkup, watch some Netflix as a distraction while they work, enjoy the chitchat, and your teeth will thank you!

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old son Jackson sees Dr Sonia, and she is absolutely amazing. She is so incredibly lovely and welcoming and makes him feel super comfortable. He even said in the car on the way that he loves his dentist and that he is excited to go see her. She is super informative and takes the time to make sure her patients are comfortable, but also explains to both parents and children on their level. Leanne in the office is the most inviting, warm, professional and lovely lady, and is an absolute asset to the business. It is so welcoming to walk in and be greeted by her smiling face. She remembers Jackson every time we go, and goes out of her way to talk to him, make him laugh and feel important. Highly recommend Smiles, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: It's like walking in to a health spa, the fragrance, the calm environment, choose you Netflix ambience, the attentative staff. Dr. Sonia has been beneficial in looking out for my overall health and wellbeing, not just my teeth. Has a great non-overstimulating waiting room for children. With just enough comfort available, soft cushions in a cozy tee pee with a selection of children's stories depicting dental health, smiles and teeth. Always a pleasure to attend.

Fantastic experience: Sonia and the team at Smiles Diamond Creek were so welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. My husband has seen Sonia on a number of occasions and recommended me to go. I had such a lovely experience especially when it was our 2 year old daughters first visit. Sonia was so calming and made the experience for my daughter a relaxing one - which can be quite a daunting experience even for adults. Smiles offers a big tv so you can watch something on Netflix while you are having treatment. Our daughter loved this, Shrek for the win! Fantastic experience: I have attended Smiles of Diamond Creek a few times over the last month and Dr Aiden has been extremely professional and informative. He is very gentle, I actually nearly fell asleep while getting fillings. The dental assistants are also very caring and attentive and the receptionists are lovely. I’ve never had a dentist following up the next day to see how I am feeling after a filling, wonderful service and although I’m not big on going to dentists I have no dramas returning to this one. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had 3 cavities filled by Dr.Rishay and wasn’t the most comfortable with the dentist prior to this but he handled everything so gently especially the needle and was a breeze after. Can watch Netflix aswell which made it so much better!

Fantastic experience: Needed a new dentist closer to home. Found these guys on google. My first impressions were very positive, warm welcome, didn’t have to wait long. All new facilities. Impressed so far. I had a two hour procedure done today with Dr Imran and Taylor Have to say they were nothing but professional and made sure I was feeling comfortable at all times. Fantastic experience: I am a very very nervous dental patient, but as soon as I walked in the door I was put at ease. Just the most kind, thorough and thoughtful dental practice I have ever been too. Everyone I interacted with was just beautiful. Upcoming procedures were clearly explained to me and all the options were clear. I was so at ease I was even laughing and joking along with them. I have a little bit of work to be done but I'm not anxious to get it done at all, and this has never been the case for me. Can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: It's such a fantastic dental clinic! Like many, I get nervous about getting dental work done. Sonia and the entire team are kind, professional, and really instil confidence in you when you enter the clinic. I recently had a wisdom tooth taken out with Imran. Imran and the team were constantly communicating throughout the procedure and did everything to ensure I was relaxed and pain-free. I thoroughly recommend this clinic!

I have tried so many different dentists and never felt comfortable, Dr Sonia and the team at Smiles make the whole process so stress free its amazing. Also having to be able to have all X-rays on site makes life so much easier. I have always been anxious visiting a dentist, and have certainly put patience levels to the test, however Dr Imran Khan is most considerate, professional, and maintains communication on the treatment progress all the way through. I went for the first time after a family member recommended them to me and couldn’t believe the difference from my previous dentist. Dr Sonia is so caring and attentive and the whole team are absolutely lovely to deal with. The reception team have been so flexible with appointments and really considerate in all of my interactions both over the phone and in person - even calling the next day to check how my teeth are feeling which is so nice. I also found the costs very reasonable: I needed a root canal and got a quote from my previous dentist which was considerably more expensive than Smiles. I couldn’t recommend this dentist more and have done to many friends and family. Thanks guys!!

Fantastic experience: been to this dentist a few times and all the staff have been nothing but kind, caring and considerate, right from when I walk in to when I walk out. The dentist was lovely and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole session when I was getting a filling. Plus the bee movie was playing and was offered to watch with headphones which was a bonus. Both the dentist, dental assistant and reception looked after me so well. Definitely one of my favourite dentists. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience. I'm in my 30s, so must have been to over half a dozen dentist before this, and it was comfortably the best experience I've had. (And I got 2 fillings redone which took almost 2 hours in the chair, so I'm not going light here.) Sonia really takes her time to discuss and keep you informed while using the latest tricks to keep you calm, pain free and occupied during your dental procedure. What more can you ask for?

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience at this clinic! I booked an appointment not knowing anything about them other than that they were on my way to work. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the facilities were clean and spacious. The dentist was very sensitive to my anxieties and did all she could to make me comfortable. I’m very happy to have found such a great clinic in my area to be my new regular. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this clinic! I came in for a general clean and check up and enjoyed the experience. The clinic is very new, clean, spacious and has big windows with tree lined views. They also had a TV on the ceiling which was a huge plus as it was a good distraction. Our dentist was very thorough with the check up and did a very gentle but deep clean. A very good experience overall.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Smiles of Diamond Creek. I have recently been in for two fillings and a crown. Dr Sonia is really lovely and friendly, and the nurses made me feel very comfortable. I get nervous about having big procedures however in their care I felt very safe and reassured. My teeth feel great and I will definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: The team here are so caring and professional. Dr Sonia listened carefully to me when I talked about my concerns/nervousness about dental treatment. Her thorough explanation of my treatment options put me at ease. Watching netflix while in the chair is fun! The Invisalign treatment that I am currently undergoing is showing great results. Before visiting Smiles of Diamond Creek, being a mum with two small kids made scheduling appointments difficult. My kids love trips to this dentist, seeing Skye, dancing in the waiting area or reading a book in the teepee. I can't speak highly enough about the customer service that this team of lovely people provide. Dr Sonia and Skye have made it so much easier for me to stay on top of my dental health.
