Fantastic experience: Blown away by Dr. Supa – incredible with kids! I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience with Dr. Supa. Our family have been seeing Dr. Supa for 10 years. Today we had a booked visit for my two daughters (ages 7 and 9), and brought along my 4-year-old son Louis, who’s extremely shy and wasn’t scheduled to be seen. It was meant to just be a check-up for the girls — but Dr. Supa went above and beyond. Not only was he amazing with my daughters — friendly, gentle, and professional — but he also took the time to make Louis feel included. Despite being unplanned and quite shy, Louis quickly felt at ease thanks to Dr. Supa’s warm, patient, and playful approach. I was honestly blown away when Louis confidently got up into the chair and let Dr. Supa check his teeth — something I truly didn’t expect! The entire visit was smooth, relaxed, and so positive. Dr. Supa has an incredible way with kids — he speaks their language, makes them feel safe, and turns what could be a stressful situation into something fun and empowering. We left with three smiling kids (and one very relieved parent). If you’re looking for a family dentist who is truly exceptional with children — especially shy or nervous ones — Dr. Supa is the one. Highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Oliver Xu has recently completed my tooth implant. The process and procedure was well explained and he took his time. I was quite happy with the procedure as it seemed almost painless, the recovery was also better than I expected. The follow up appointments were well planned out. Supa Dental is a great place that truly cares about it's patients.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Supa dental for about 10 years. Dr Supa and all of the staff have made my granddaughter and I feel very comfortable with every visit. Dr Supa has the best of technology for all dental needs. This makes us feel comfortable with our treatment and we know we are in good hands. My granddaughter is autistic with high anxiety. Over the years Dr Supa has been amazing with her. She is now 13 and has no hesitation when going to get her teeth checked and cleaned. My granddaughter is about to be fitted with braces. Dr Supa patiently explained the whole process to the both of us making sure she understands what it entails. I would recommend Dr Supa for all dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I take myself and my three children (ages 10,7 and 3) to Supa Dental on Centenary Avenue. Dr. Supa is very good with the kids, keeping them entertained throughout the consultation. He lets them hold equipment, turn on and off lights on tools and shows them pictures of their teeth and braces. My eldest has had two teeth extracted, an expander in and braces fitted, all without tears but great results. My youngest is loving the toys and books in the waiting area. The ladies at the front are very helpful and frPendelt. Overall a 5 star provider.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Dr Supa since he first opened this practice. He has been an amazing dentist for my wife and myself over the years and always helped out when having a dental emergency. Also very friendly, helpful and willing to have a laugh. Goes the extra mile for all his patients, have referred numerous people to Dr Supa and they all are very grateful for the referral. All the nurses working there are always pleasant and clearly love their jobs, they are so gentle, accommodating and always smiling. On top of all these great things has had an outstanding result on my Invisalign treatment that has just come to an end.

I would sum up my experience with Dr Supa and his wonderful team with three key words: 1. Kindness: Dr Supa and his team are always happy, welcoming and they make a conscious effort to get to know you as a person brings such a sense of ease. 2. Support: The staff at Supa Dental have seen some of my highest highs and lowest lows. Coming from a different clinic where I was treated unkindly, Dr Supa went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome at Supa Dental. I also remember during a time we were grieving a huge loss in the family, we received a bouquet of flower, and an offer of condolences and support, a kind gesture I would’ve never expected. 3. Transparency: everybody at Supa Dental are always completely transparent about costs and what to expect during every treatment so you are always well-informed and prepared. It’s the little things that set Supa Dental apart; the gestures, kindness and the mindfulness that really shine through and have me completely free of anxiety going back every 6 months (partially to catch up with everyone, partially for dental work).

Fantastic experience: My experience at Supa Dental is different to any other experience I have had at any other dental practice. The staff are so welcoming and lovely, the overall work environment isn’t intimidating at all. Staff are extremely accommodating to the needs of their patients, Dr Wen in particular was amazing, no judgement whatsoever, happy to help with my dental needs, and incredibly intelligent and down to earth, as I’m sure everyone else there is too. She in particular was very comforting alongside her dental assistant whom both helped me understand the processes they went through. Everyone is extremely professional and skilled, I was made to feel above and beyond within my time spent at this practice. They make coming to the dentist an easy, exciting, and educational experience :)

He first had to transfer my overseas Dental Records in their system which must have been pretty hard as it was in another language. But he managed to do it quickly, that was impressive! Fantastic experience: Never really liked going to the dentist all my life but here at Supa Dental it is so different to other dentists. I actually enjoyed it and can't wait to go back. The amount of passion that everyone has, from the time you enter until you leave, you feel like you are valued. The knowledge they have is outstanding. The treatment plan they provide about your teeth and the profile they create for them is remarkable. Have recommended them to anyone who has asked about a dentist and will continue to do so. Pricing is a little bit higher than other places but well worth it, hence the 5 stars. Come in and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Seriously, this is the best dental clinic I have ever been to. I have always loved going to the dentist and have gone every year. I have never stayed long at the places I have been to because I never felt fully informed about my teeth and never really had the opportunity to chat to the dentist and learn about new treatments or new products for cleaning and keeping my smile bright. Supa Dental is DIFFERENT in the BEST POSSIBLE WAY. They are extremely knowledgeable, take the time to chat with you, show you exactly what is going on with your teeth, provide all the possible solutions to any dental work needed and explain the differences between these solutions. No matter where I live around Melbourne, I will drive hours just to continue getting my teeth cleaned and checked here. The clean is fantastic! Keep up the good work! Fantastic experience: Had a bit of an emergency. Face was swelling, infection was getting worse. Pain was bad. Managed to get an appointment even though they were swamped. Got antibiotics. Week later, had the tooth extracted. Kept it clean. Di did not take any more pain killers. Dr Supa did an amazing job. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a dentist

Fantastic experience: Supa Dental will be my new go to dentist. I was in excruciating pain on Monday and they fit me in for an emergency appointment when my regular dentist wouldn't. Dr Supa was amazing, very caring and gentle. The tooth extraction he needed to do was completely painless and over before I new it. Even the receptionists /dental nurse was amazingly friendly and they called me 2 days later to see how I was going, that has never happened before at other dentist. Highly recommended

It's the only dentist that makes me feel comfortable and actually makes me not nervous and I come back every 6 months with no issues. I take my two young children including my eldest who is non verbal Autistic and they absolutely love it. They're not scared they actually look forward to visits. Hands down best place. Fantastic experience: I am usually a nervous patient when it comes to teeth, I needed to have a tooth pulled out which is more scary than the drill. I made an appointment with Dr Supa who explained in detail what needed to be done and what my options were, which made me feel more in control of the situation. I was allowed to wear my headphones which helped me feel more relaxed, and before I knew it Dr Supa was tapping my hand and said "all done" couldn't believe it, I didn't feel a thing. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Supa three years ago. In that time I’ve had a number of procedures done and am now into the second year of my braces treatment. Each visit I’m told what will be happening beforehand so I am always aware of how Supa will be addressing the appointment, which is very comforting. The clinic is extremely clean and the staff are very professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Our family have been using this clinic for several years.. Had an appointment with Supa today, for me it was quite an extensive procedure. I had myself a little anxious upon arrival.the nurses there are brilliant and do genuinely take care of you.. I was a bit early, so even had a coffee made for me... ....... when I had my procedure, Supa explained everything prior commencement. So I was calmer knowing what was going to happen. I did have a couple or so teeth removed. I can honestly say that I didn't hardly feel a thing. Thank you to the "Supa"team, awesome service. The rooms are clean, inviting and airy If you have anyone that is nervous about dental visits, I would strongly recommend Supa Dental.. 10/10
