Fantastic experience: We visited this place only twice, with appointments with Dr. Gayali for my husband's tooth extraction. He had a few bad experiences with dentists, but Dr. Gayali changed all of that. What special thing I noticed was that she explained everything related to the issue as well as the treatment very clearly. On top of all, the service given on the phone after tooth extraction was so good, and we are grateful to Dr. Gayali for that! On top of everything, she is so kind and patient with her patients. The first warm welcome truly made our whole experience positive. Even the admin staff is really nice and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Gayali.

Negative experience: I took an appointment at 11 and was waiting for 40 minutes there was no any other patient I was the only one in asked many times the receptionist and no response … very bad service

Fantastic experience: This is my first time visiting a dental clinic in Australia and so far, my experience has been nothing but positive. Dr Gayali and her team were so warm and welcoming and took very good care of me during my appointment. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Gayali for dental matters for last 20 years. Absolutely love her work and service. I have always very scared of the needles. She's the only who could do my fillings and extractions without any pain. My son got the invisiline completed last year and his teeth look amazing. Dr Gayali just started invisiline treatment about a month ago and so excited to have that completed by the end of the year. I would highly recommend Dr Gayali and Dr Dulip's professional service to any patient. Dr Dulip is also very caring and attentive. Negative experience: Had a bad experience with Dr Mendis. When I go there for my back pain, he let me to sit the patient chair more than 30 minutes, during the time, he talked with me regarding the my issue just not more than 5 minutes, all rest time he used to talk with his family matters, other patients call answering, over the phone counselling....and so. He used my time for his personal matters, and charge me on that. This is very unprofessional and un-ethical behavior. The worst case is that he has been charged 118$ from my Medicare, its a robbery. I have done complaint over him. There may be lot of victims like me... Highly disappointed..

Fantastic experience: On 19 June 23 I attended the clinic with unbearable pain and had to undergo a tooth extraction which was performed with extreme care and patience - a procedure I anticipated with fear. Dr. Gayali is an exceptionally courteous and patient individual not to mention her professional expertise. She was in no hurry to save time and made me as comfortable as possible. I am very thankful for her advice with regard to the overall condition of other teeth and care I should take. A special thank to her lovely assistant who too was very caring. Fantastic experience: A great GP and a great desntist are practicing in this clinic. I have been visiting this clinic for more than 5 years. I see some negative reviews on long waiting times. I guess those who have complaied about long waiting times probably never visited other health clinics to know how long their waiting times. Just ignore the negative reviews, never had an issue with anything so far.

Negative experience: Kept us waiting for 2 hours on a 30 degree day in our car. Disgusting practice at this service when all my partner needed was to be seen for 2 minutes for a prescription for anti-biotics.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Mendis for nearly 10 years. He is not only my GP but my son's as well. He goes out of his way to make sure all your questions are answered.
