Negative experience: Went there to get my teeth clean, and found a very unprofessional staff , who did X ray and just examination and suggest me to wait they have their professional staff who comes once a week she will do a better job and will clean my teeth, my question is what are you guys doing if someone has to come from outside to do the job, very disappointed

Negative experience: Have lost all trust in this company. Company is no longer covered by my private health policy, wasn't aware of this as my last clean was free. This time they offered to do some extra services because the dentist said that my health provider will cover it. So I agreed on that basis. I obviously was upset when I was charged for these services and requested a refund. Practice manager Harriet agreed to process the refund. She was responding to emails saying that they were trying to get the refund sorted but it's been weeks now. She has stopped responding to emails and I've been left out of pocket and annoyed. I will be following up with the complaints department at DB Dental.

Negative experience: I kept on coming back here because I liked the service and the dentists. However today I have been waiting for half an hour in the waiting room and the woman in the reception forgot that I was there and did not even apologised! I don’t think she knows what she’s doing either, she just took my details and ignored me the whole time I was waiting! I then asked her if my dentist is just running late and that’s when she went to tell my dentist that I was waiting! Horrible reception. Also I just learnt that my routine dentist left so I booked to Dr Angela Lin, she did not even floss my teeth and just clean it a bit! It was the shortest time my teeth got clean. I don’t think she knows what she’s talking about either. Not worth your private health care.

Fantastic experience: Hadn’t been to the dentist for a few years so I was super anxious. The dentist & nurse were very gentle & kind and made me feel at ease. I had a clean & scale, polish and fluoride and it was free for new patients. Great experience all around so I’m very happy and will make this my new dental surgery xx

Negative experience: I’ve been going here for a few years and used to trust them. I don’t think I’ve ever had a routine check up with the same dentist. The last 2 visits were the worst. Tried to clean my sensitive teeth without numbing them even though I told them not to. Obviously didn’t read my file notes. So painful and unnecessary ! Now my next “new” dentist tells me that I have had an issue since 2022 which I already paid to have fixed and was told on the last 2 visits was fine. Now it’s worse than before. Hmmm something doesn’t stack up here. Couldn’t explain if the procedure recommend would fix the problem. Communication with these people is so confusing. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Negative experience: Terrible clean and check up with Dr Kaur. Only flossed 4 of my top and bottom teeth. Felt very rush minimal care in the process. Did not experience a comprehensive clean and check up as I have received at other dental practices

Fantastic experience: Thank you, DB Dental. For years, I have seen Dr Lip, and she is fantastic. The staff at the reception was most helpful as I had recently missed my scheduled appointment due to circumstances beyond my control. I saw Dr Kieran for the second time on Friday, and I can not thank her enough for her support and understanding. She was patient, kind, understanding and reassuring as I was most anxious as I had developed ulcers in my mouth and worried about possible decay. She went overtime and could not have done more—exceptional and genuine professional dental care.

Doris at the reception was very accommodating and helpful, managed to squeeze me in for an appointment with some juggling (yes, at this time of the year, everyone wants to visit the dentist!) My dentist Dr Lip Teh did a great job as always and advised me to have my molars crowned. Options and costings clearly explained and without any pressure at all. That is why I'll not go to any other dental practice.
