Great dentists who are honest and reliable. have been seeing Georgio for the past 4 years. Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've ever been to. I had a tooth removed first, zero pain awesome job. Then two implants, very precise, healed up in no time. Very good customer care post op with several phone calls to check I was OK and it was healing well. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kosta Hadjipetrou is absolutely amazing!!! He is super friendly and explained everything he was doing clearly. He was also super gentle and efficient while doing fillings! They also have a TV on the roof to watch while in the chair which is a great distraction!

Positive experience: Great service and filling worked but had traumatic ulcer on inside of bottom after procedure lasting over a week. Phoned in and did receive advice on how to manage it. Still limited eating and drinking for a week or more.

Thank you for the photo of the lip ulceration following the Treatment.Following general management and care we’re happy to see that the lip ulceration has now completely resolved. As explained this area generally can be irritated during treatment while trying to retract the lip but may also be further traumatised as a result of the extensive numbness of the lip and can often be traumatised by accidentally biting on it while talking or eating.

Fantastic experience: Dental visits used to be the comparator at the bottom end, of bad experiences. This is certainly not the case here at Family Dental Clinic West End. Reception/admin staff are excellent, polite and efficient. I saw the Principal of the practice for my first visit. He was polite, friendly and in my experience, very thorough. I like that he ensured I knew and understood what he discovered and recorded about my teeth. I'll be back.

Fantastic experience: When I studied for my MBA I recall a critique of organizations based values espoused vs values in use. The Family Dental Clinic West End seeks to be family oriented in their practice. That could mean many things! What I experienced was being welcomed into their family. I was treated like a family member of their Clinic, I felt cared for and valued as a person. Their “values espoused” are well and truly exceeded by those “values in use”. My procedure involved a great deal of time consuming administration over a long period with other parties, DVA among, them on my behalf. Fantastic experience: This is the most professional, up-to-date and fairly priced practice I have ever come across. Personally, I have had treatment from three of the dentists and they were all excellent. Being able to have a crown completed in the one day is a great advantage. My dentist Dr Richard Hunyh made me feel really relaxed and well informed of everything. Fantastic experience: Outstanding dentist. Great facilities and extremely friendly and accomodating doctors and team. Shared so much info about what options where available and their pros/cons. Doctor even replied to my email during the weekend with necessary info/assurances. The “family” part isn’t just a clever name. Several of the doctors are father and sons. They do a pretty bang up job of making you feel part of that family while you are with them. can’t praise enough.

Fantastic experience: A piece of my front tooth cap had broken off, and it was a piece that joined between two teeth. Rather than build the cap back up from one side the dentist built it up from both teeth to make it look more symmetrical. The end result was fantastic and made the look even and proportioned
