Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Gabi for 10 years now and honestly cannot recommend her enough. She’s always so gentle and makes sure my teeth are looking and feeling their best — they’ve never been in such great condition, all thanks to her! My whole family now see her too because of how amazing she is The reception staff are just as wonderful, especially Junior. He’s so personable and organised and makes the whole check-in/check-out process stress-free. If there are ever any changes to appointments, he’s always flexible and makes it easy. What really stands out is how both Junior and Dr Gabi take the time to get to know you as a person, not just a number — you always feel valued and cared for every time you walk through the door. And that is exactly why I keep coming back and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth!

Negative experience: I went to this clinic for the first time as I had severe pain in the left side of my jaw. At my first appointment I was told that I had an infection below a decaying back molar and that the nerve was exposed. I was prescribed antibiotics for 5 days and told to take nurofen for the pain. Even though nurofen had not worked for me prior to the appointment. I had to take the antibiotics for a minimum of 3 days before I could have my tooth extracted. Since nurofen didn’t work I had to take Naproxen and Panadol Osteo while I waiting the four days before my next appointment (this only took the edge off the pain). I was booked another appointment on the fourth day to get my tooth extracted. After one and a half hours of having my tooth broken, cut and pulled, it was surgically removed. I required two lots of local anaesthetic during the procedure due to the pain. In the last ten minutes I became incredibly uncomfortable due to the pressure and pain in my jaw that i tears started streaming from my eyes while I was in the chair. I just wanted it over. After my tooth was out I was explained the post procedure instructions and told to take nurofen for the pain. I didn’t argue I just left. I was in pain before the anaesthetic even wore off but I had no faith that the dentist would help me with this issue. I made a Tele health appointment to which they could only prescribe strong anti inflammatories. I could not get in with my GP and had to wait till the next day to get a script for panadeine forte. I couldn’t eat as the pain was unbearable and it continue to bleed from 10:40am till 11pm. I would not recommend this dentist. Although the staff were very lovely i certainly regret having dental care here.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had a full dental checkup and a deep cleaning for both jaws with Dr. Jafary, Unbelievably I didn't have any pain while the deep cleaning was being done by her compared to the previous painful experiences I had in other places, all was due to her profession and using modern equipment as well, Staff were so friendly and organised too, Thanks

All four of my children, aged 3 to 13, see her, and she is unbelievably good with them – you’d think she was a paediatric specialist. She’s warm, patient, and knows exactly how to put kids at ease. My 8-year-old recently needed several fillings and extractions, and I was blown away by how gentle and reassuring Dr Ayda was on each of our multiple visits. He had no fear and no pain throughout the whole process. The whole team is wonderful. Junior at reception is always kind and welcoming, making the experience smooth from the moment we walk in. I can’t recommend Dr Ayda and her team highly enough.
