The place looks like a day spa and is very comfortable. If you don’t like going to the dentist then you should book into Willow Dental as the whole experience is great. She also has all the latest up to date dental equipment. Highly recommended this place.

Fantastic experience: As someone who went through quite a lot of dental trauma as a kid - which lead to some intense anxiety when it came to the dentist. It was always a negative experience and even as adult would still feel that anxiety when it came down to taking myself to the dentist. The smell, the chair, the noises. It would trigger me so much! I found this place because of a Insta reel about dental anxiety and it was so comforting for me and after my experience with Dr Vawda it has truly changed the way my anxiety functions. She was calm, reassuring & really made me feel comfortable (Plus their Dentistry does not smell like a dentist and is very modern and aesthetically pleasing! Giving more cute coffee shop vibes) If you or your child struggles with dental anxiety I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: About a year ago I was looking to change my Dentist, and I was incredibly lucky to find Willow Dental Care in Norwest and Dr. Lyndall Gourlay. The overall quality of everything at Willow, starting with people, reception, communication and the Dental service is incredible. It took me a long time to find a regular dentist I truly trust — someone who delivers both skill and quality. Even though it takes me nearly an hour to get there, each visit is completely worth it. From my very first visit, Dr Eugenie Ree went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease, taking the time to explain every step in simple, easy-to-understand terms. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Dr Lyndal Gourlay and her team. She is thoroughly professional and caring. Their dental surgery is a delight to come to and feels modern, fresh & clean. Dr Gourlay has done top quality lasting dental treatment for both our sons when they both separately had dental emergencies. And when I had a dental emergency myself about a year ago, Dr Gourlay was the dentist I immediately turned to with great confidence. Even when you're feeling anxious, she is so calm and approachable. Fantastic experience: My son recently needed to have two of his teeth extracted. The first one, at a different clinic, was unfortunately quite traumatic for him. He was very reluctant to return for the next extraction. Dr Vawda was recommended to us and wow, what a different experience. The procedure was quick and completely painless for him. Dr Vawda was so gentle and patient with him and I can’t recommend her enough to any parent who has an anxious child needing dental work.

Nothing is ever a bother and she is more than happy to answer any question. She is also very thorough with her answers. Fantastic experience: I came here for my daughter to have 2 teeth extracted after they came recommended from her orthodontist & I can honestly say the service and treatment have been the absolute best. My daughter is 10 & was obviously nervous, however I was more nervous for her & concerned about how the whole thing would unfold. Dr Vawda could have seen 3 patients in the time she spent with my daughter, she took her time, explained everything to her, gave her a fidget, put the telly on, took her time to ensure every single step was easy & comfortable. My daughter didn’t even realise that the anaesthetic was needles until I told her after. I honestly believe (knowing my daughter) this could have gone both ways (total disaster or bliss) and that was all up to the dentist & they blew me away. I love seeing people who work with kids actually know how to handle them & treat them with the care a parent would. On another note, the reception staff were just as gorgeous. They helped me entertain my 2 other kids while I stayed with my daughter. They were so kind and accommodating to them & didn’t make me & them feel like a massive burden. Then to top it all off, I got a follow up sms on a weekend from the dentist to see how my daughter is feeling I wish everyone who dealt with kids (and their anxious parents) just ‘got it’ like the staff at Willow dental care seem too.

Fantastic experience: I had a consultation with Dr Shabnam Vawda at Willow Dental Care to have a filling last week. Despite receiving top quality dental care in the past, Dr Vawda was a revelation in dental care! How could I have known that a filling on a front facing tooth could be completely invisible? Or that, despite my dental anxiety , having a tooth filled could be an almost a spa like experience?! Dr Vawda’s gentle reassuring manner, just-the-right amount of information about the procedures she was about to perform, and even a stress ball, cozy blanket and tropical fish soothingly swimming by on the ceiling (on a screen!) made the experience almost enjoyable. Not the slightest discomfort, even with my sensitive teeth. Dr Vawda is a dental angel!! Thank you to Dr Vawda and her friendly and professional team. I will be back with children and parents, all of whom I know will benefit from Dr Vawda’s genuine care and professionalism.

She is very knowledgeable, cares for her patients, detail oriented, and most importantly, delivers an exceptional service. I had a problem with sleep apnea, and she was very concerned for my health. With her expert advice, fitting with a customized splint, constant follow up to ensure that I started to use the splint has changed my life. I left a message on the office answering machine on Sunday afternoon and within an hour Dr Vawda had called to provide guidance, an immediate plan and an emergency appointment for first thing the next morning. Dr Eugenie Ree has been my dentist for many years. She is gentle, caring and compassionate and always takes the time to explain things, and to put you at ease. I have complete trust in Dr Ree caring for my dental needs.

The dentists are very caring and very supportive the whole visit, ensuring that you are comfortable and okay the whole time. Dr Shabnam Vawda was amazing and transformed my teeth with composite bonding which has given me my dream smile, I definitely recommend willow dental to all my family and friends!

Fantastic experience: Love going to this dentist! The reception is always happy and able to assist and it feels really efficient when walking into the clinic. They seem to have everything down pat from reception opening / closing lists to an awesome client onboarding experience with their management system. Dr Gourlay is always able to assist with a queries like wanting a call after hours to discuss a material option for a crown or just offering her professional advice on ways to proceed with a dental problem. I’m never rushed and the staff are always happy to chat and discuss the days events. As someone who’s tried to find a new dentist away from a practise I’ve been going to for 25 years in the inner city, I’m confident I can call Willow home for dentistry in the hills. I have never felt better about my mouth care and I’m glad I found this clinic, Often people write about the dentist experience but I know at Willow, it’s a team effort. Admin, assistants and the dentist team come together to make this clinic great.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Willow dental care. Not only is it a beautiful and clean practice and reasonably priced but it’s the beautiful staff that are the biggest point of difference. They go out of their way to help, support and make you feel comfortable from the receptionist, to the dental nurse to the incredibly gentle, knowledgeable dentists . Our whole family is very happy that we have such a great dental surgery to go to.

Fantastic experience: Such a visually pleasing dental space. Not only does it look amazing but the staff are very friendly , helpful and make you feel comfortable having a dental treatment, you almost forget you are at the dentist! Would recommend this dental practice to anyone that will listen.

Fantastic experience: Lyndall was absolutely amazing with my daughter who is 8 and had to have 3 teeth removed she was so patient and caring and made my daughter feel really comfortable. We actually went to her for a 2nd opinion as the previous dentist refused to do this in the chair and would only proceed if it was in hospital but no Lyndall said that this was absolutely possible with happy gas and she was absolutely right. Willow will now be our preferred dental practice moving forward.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Vawda and the team at Willow Dental, all the staff are calm, friendly and very welcoming. Dr Vawda has a real talent for treating kids who may be anxious about the dentist, have sensory issues, or just struggle to keep still. She always takes the time to make sure they are comfortable, explain what she will be doing and answer any questions they might have.
