Fantastic experience: Great and helpful staff, doctor dilan performed my wisdom tooth extraction and it was as smooth as I think it could go. The week following there was also no pain nor swelling, great experience 10/10!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Goodwood Dental for the first time and had such a great experience. I (like most people) usually dread dental appointments, but this was such a positive experience from start to finish. Dr Ho was informative and friendly and talked me through every step of the appointment and process before commencing each step. He took time and care and had a great bedside manner, which helped ease my usual dentist anxiety. I left feeling relieved that I'd finally found a dental practice I want to return to! Thank you, team Goodwood Dental. I'll be back—but hopefully not too soon.

Negative experience: Had a broken tooth fixed here on short notice and initially it was a nice experience. Only to find out two weeks later, after returning with excruciating tooth pain, that they had missed a spot where there was decay and now there was a bigger problem and a root canal was now required. I asked what the cost was for the root canal they couldn’t give me an estimate at that moment - so when asked if I wanted a root canal or for the tooth to be pulled I said I wasn’t sure. The dentist said she would “take the pain away” and later I found they just started the root canal. Cool. I made an appointment not long after that and asked for the tooth to be pulled out. The other dentist I saw wouldn’t pull the tooth because it was “healthy” and recommended I continue with the root canal. I said I couldn’t afford it. He insisted. I left my appointment with my bung tooth and was charged $50 (graciously cut down from $100 ) for nothing. I haven’t been back since. I am now back in horrible pain because their dentist did not clean up the first lot of decay to begin with. I can’t believe how much money I’ve spent on this tooth only for it to be pulled soon. Oh, not to mention there was an xray done between these appointments and I was told there was nothing to be done after the first emergency fix. That my teeth were just fine, and a preventative filling might have to be done. I am not happy. Don’t go here.

Fantastic experience: Least traumatic dental experience I have ever had! The anaesthetist, Dr Mitchell Petersen Tym, not only talked through the whole procedure with me but listened to me and believed me when I explained my resistence to lidocaine. Dr. Ryan Cornish was very professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist - everyone hates going to the dentist. Despite this, Adelyn and team make the experience almost enjoyable from start to finish. Without hyperbole, this is the best dentist practice I've been to in six different countries, and certainly the most caring and skilful. Shout out to Deb for giving me the most painless teeth clean I think I've ever had. Love the outfits too!

Fantastic experience: Such a caring and professional practice. From “the best receptionist in Australia” Karen to the wonderful, compassionate and kind Dr Yeo, they go out of their way to make your visit as stress-free as possible. Can’t recommend them enough - I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: Consequent to the increasing disability of a family member, we were obliged to seek a dentist who could offer treatment to a patient who could not transfer to a dentists chair. Such practices aren't easy to find. Eventually we discovered Goodwood Dental which is a modern, well set up practice with excellent off-street parking. The layout of the equipment is such that the patient can be given dental therapy in a reclining wheelchair. Dr Adelyn Yeo is a gentle, competent practitioner, and a good communicator. Her support staff are pleasant and friendly. We are very happy to have come to this practice.

Fantastic experience: We just moved to Adelaide and we are so lucky to find the best dental service in the area. My father needed to see a dentist unexpectedly. We called them and the reception lady, Karen was the best. So friendly, helpful and kind. Got my father in the next day to see Dilan. Dilan was excellent with my father, who spoke limited English. Dilan was so patient and thorough with my father to make sure he felt comfortable. Very reasonable and affordable cost. Then we came to see Dilan ourselves, he is one of the best dentists we have ever seen. So professional, patient and friendly...most importantly, he cares Steven did an excellent job to clean my teeth. He is the first one to remove my tartar completely and make me so comfortable with my teeth. He is so gentle and always check in to make sure you are feeling ok during the process. If you are looking for the best dental service and stress free experience, Goodwood Dental is the place to go. Thank you everyone on the team.

Negative experience: I had my teeth cleaned 3 times by Adelyn. Today I went to another dentist who could not understand why my teeth were so dirty. The cleans that I had done nothing. I am so disappointed and will never go there again.

Negative experience: A week ago, I rang and asked for the price of a child's mouthguard. The receptionist on the day took my details and called me back with the price. I was advised it was $155.00. I booked in and took my son to the appointment. At the end of the appointment, we were given the invoice to pay on pick up. The invoice amount was $215.00. I questioned this, as it wasn't the price quoted. The receptionist implied that I was making the quoted price up. I said no, the receptionist on the day took my details and called me back with the price. I said that I was disappointed with the additional fee and was made to feel that I was lying. I chose not to express my disappointment further an left. Today I contacted the clinic to organise to pick up the mouthguard. I was informed that it hadn't been made as I questioned the price. I stated that I wasn't satisfied with the price because I was being charged more than quoted, but at no stage did I say I didn't want to proceed. I then asked when it would be completed. The receptionist was rude said my son would need to come back in as they disposed of the mouthguard impression and implied that this was my fault. The reason I have chosen to post this review I was quoted a price and then was charged more upon receiving the invoice. The mouthguard wasn't completed, and the impressions were disposed of with no call or follow up. I was made to feel like I was lying when I advised the quoted price. When ringing and speaking to the receptionist about picking the guard up, she was rude and smug. I declared that I would leave a review, which I would never normally do. She said good luck as we will reply.

After seeing Dr Yeo, I left feeling much more confident and happy about my teeth and was told I don't require any treatments on my teeth! Saving me so much time and money. Fantastic experience: I had a bit of a dentist phobia (to put it mildly!). I love them. All I can say is if you need kindness from your dentist - then these are the people for you!

Negative experience: Dr. Patel is an incompetent dentist. On my visit he told me that he is not capable or extracting fractured tooth and possibility of one piece may remain inside. However they charged me for consultation and asked to see his colleague and he will charge again for consultation and fee. However if he is not confident in extraction he should not see the patients and should direct them to his colleagues.
