Fantastic experience: I've been going to NDC North Adelaide for nearly 2yrs now since my previous dentist of 19yrs retired. This was an emergency visit at Mawson Lakes, but both clinics are staffed with lovely people & the Dentists I have seen are all thorough & clear in their diagnosis. Very pleased with NDC overall.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jaina Sonecha is fantastic! I have had 3 visits with her now and just love her, she is down to earth tells you everything with a sincere truthfulness no messing around. My gums are so sensitive, the nerves leading up to my appointment is horrid. But I experienced the best pain free clean I’ve ever had thanks to this caring, professional young lady. Thank you so much for making my scary dental experience so much more pleasant. And thank you to the assistant she was wonderful too

Negative experience: I wont recommend anyone to go there. I have booked an appointment at NDC Mawson Lakes. i just asked them for general cleaning and they have take 199 Dollars. I already know that I have Periodontitis disease. They have asked me to do two visits and i did both of them on time. I am very dissapointed with the service. For almost 200 AUD, atleast they should do the basic cleaning and remove the plaque. I went with the same plaque at different dentists and they did clean my teeths.Now at NDC, they are asking me to pay 358 $ each for doing this in three different visits. Now, i am regretting why I have wasted my 200 $.

Fantastic experience: I highly praise Dr Emma Freeman and all staff at this clinic. Being someone who has had extreme fear and anxiety of going to a dentist they all made me feel comfortable and relaxed. And the best part is that Doctor Freeman is so gentle and talks you through everything that she is going to do on your teeth. I highly recommend this place especially if you’re someone with a fear of dentists

Negative experience: This dental cleaning experience was disappointing. Jaina came across as arrogant and careless, speaking in a mechanical, rehearsed manner that felt insincere. Throughout the session, she chatted casually with her assistant about personal matters, which was distracting and unpleasant, making it impossible to feel at ease. From a technical standpoint, the treatment felt rough and painful — my teeth and gums were handled with little care. The entire procedure was rushed and lacked any sense of thoroughness or professionalism. Overall, the clinic failed to provide the expected level of care and service. I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: For the first time in years I visit my dentist with confidence and a smile. I have been seeing a Dentist that is new to NDC Mawson Lakes, from the UK. Jaina has a great work ethic and is really understanding when a patient (me) is having a bit of anxiety about a dam being applied before a filling. This happened a couple of times and both Jaina and her assistant, Crystal, were very helpful in getting me through it. She explains the treatment she will be providing before she starts and answers any questions I may have. My husband has also had an appointment with Jaina and is happy with her too Jaina is here temporarily until she secures sponsorship and a Visa that keeps her in Australia. I am really hoping that Jaina gets her Visa and gets to stay at NDC Mawson Lakes

Just before the Easter holidays were to start ,I found myself in unbearable pain from an aching wisdom tooth. It was one of those moments where you feel completely stuck — until I reached out to this amazing practice. They not only respond quickly, but their staff went above and beyond to help me during the wind up evening,which something I truly didn’t expect. Despite last minute emergency entry, they treated me with patience, professionalism, and so much compassion. The procedure itself was quick and smooth, and the relief I felt afterward is honestly hard to put into words.Thank you Dr.Tham ,Victoria and support staff for not only helping me with unbearable pain but for treating me like more than just another patient. Fantastic experience: One of best clinics I have visited over the years and staff goes above and beyond to fit you in and accomodate additional requested with the current treatment plan. The staff have excellent bedside customer service and listens to our concern and addresses it. Staff are on time with their appointment. Very happy with everything.

Negative experience: Very poor service . Called me to come at 3:30 . Didn't take me in till 4.20. I waited 50 minutes to be taken in. They squeezed a patient before in a 15 min slot and made me wait 50 minutes . Seems very money hungry to squeeze patients in 15 minutes slot to fill appointments and no regard or consideration for other patients time. Is this how you are supposed to run a business ? To squeeze patients in 15 minute gaps for dental applications and make others wait 50 minutes to be taken in just so you can make most amount of money ? Very poor customer service. Will never visit again. Disgraceful.

Both She and her assistant are so skilled that I didn’t even have any discomfort all. And after the procedure I didn’t feel any pain, neither have to take any medication. I’m truly grateful to her.

Fantastic experience: Great friendly staff and exceptional treatment by the practitioner.

Negative experience: Yesterday, I went in for a simple calculus removal, reassured by both the staff and the dentist that extra care would be covered by my health insurance (after they saw my health insurance card). However, they insisted on unnecessary X-rays, even though I had them done just a year ago. To my dismay, my insurance didn't cover it, and I ended up with a $337 bill. Feeling personally let down, both by the unnecessary procedure and the unexpected financial strain it caused.

Fantastic experience: After a procedure requiring two hours and considerable skill I thank Dr.Anu for her cheerfullness and attention to detail.Her pleasant helpfull attitude to her assistant spoke volumes to her professional attitude.The reception staff were friendly and went out of their way to help with the apointment times.Would recommend this dental practice.

Awesome dentist saved all my teeth. Did everything in one procedure. I felt comfortable, and relaxed the whole time. My experience here was nothing but positive, and I am very happy with the results. Fantastic experience: Dr Anu is wonderful and very efficient in her work. Goes thru every detail with you before work is commenced. Pricing is affordable and explained to you and a lot of care is shown towards patients. The reception team is very warm and welcoming. Linda was amazing with her friendly and professional manner. Not a big fan off going to the dentist but i actually look forward in come back here.

Negative experience: Went in for initial appointment, created a plan for ongoing treatment over a 6 week period. Waited a month for next appointment only to have ALL appointments cancelled - 1st time cancelled 1 week before appointment, 2nd time same thing. NOW being told next appointment with another dentist is 1+months away. Worst service ever

Thanks Dr Maree for taking the time to go though all options and provide two quote for two different treatment options and telling me the pros and cons of both options. This will allow me to make an informed decision on my treatment

Fantastic experience: I've had two things done here, one in late 2019 to fix a filling in a front tooth, the process itself went smoothly and to date I've had no issues. I had Emma Freeman then and she was kind and the service all round was great. About two weeks ago I went again and had 3 wisdom teeth and a molar taken out by Peter Nguyen who was as great, the procedure went by without any issues. The whole time Peter was great, understanding of my own concerns and accommodating for them and it was easy to place trust in him. The reception team and assistants were also great. Couldn't really ask for much more.

Negative experience: Unethical practice. Using codes to claim as much as they can from your private health rather than taking care of the patients best interests. You go to a professional medical practitioner because you are trusting them to do the right thing and not try to make as much money from the patient as possible. I was even promised a refund which has not been given still, two months later. It’s a shame as the practice is a part of a reputable chain, is clean and seems up to date with their facilities. Will be changing to another dentist now.

Negative experience: I paid $80 for a consultation visit that was more like a marketing campaign. People wanting a tooth repaire are not considering 10k of braces. And lying about cost $430 per tooth for veneers when other dentist charge $250 trying to say it has to do with medical cover. Just a shocking experience. This place used to be genuine, sincere and honest. Unfortunately not anymore. Avoid!

A massive thank you to my dentist Sarah and her assistant Charlotte, my smile make over has given me the confidence I needed to smile and actually show my teeth again. I had major cosmetic dentistry with these two girls, had 6 crowns and 4 veneers on my top teeth and whilst I am petrified of the dentist chair and procedures that take place at the dentist, Sarah & Charlotte made sure I was comfortable and accomadated to every single one of my needs. Can't recommend Sarah and Charlotte enough. The receptionist are also A1, very professional and have been with me along my journey especially Gayle, who is total gem. Michelle the Practice manager also is a very highly professional woman and I believe she only employees the best of the best. Xoxox
