Fantastic experience: I came in today for a teeth cleaning and a black filling, and I had a great experience. Dr. Thao Pham took care of me, and she was absolutely lovely, so kind and caring. She constantly checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. The admin ladies were also very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate the gentle, professional care from the whole team. Highly recommend!

I always feel taken care of by dentist Thao who has always been friendly, polite and really gentle when doing my routine cleaning. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: The best dental surgery. Anita is always thorough and very knowledgeable. Always friendly and considerate. We don't live in the area but drive the 45mins to an hour just to go to this surgery. The staff will always go the extra mile and are very accomodating. Highly recommend * * * * * Had an appointment with Dr. Thao today for my son who was complaining of jaw pain. Thao was very thorough with her investigation and questioning, always making sure he was comfortable. She has incredible patience when educating him on techniques and the importance of dental health and habits. A-team dentists work here! Keep up the awesome work.

Fantastic experience: Dr Linda is an exceptional dentist. I did a root canal, and had expected it to be painful, but Linda was very professional. I was able to eat food without any pain, almost immediately after the procedure. They take the time to properly assess and clean plaque from under my retainer which seems to accumulate a lot. There’s no upselling, just straight forward good service. Negative experience: Usually have no issue with this place when I saw previous dentists they were super lovely, helpful and professional, but went in for a clean today after dealing with some serious health issues which we talked about at the start of the appointment. The dentist Linda Vo (who I assume owns the clinic) treated me and she seemed like she was rushing to finish my clean as she would hit different parts of my mouth as she was cleaning. I had to wash my face to my neck right after because I was so uncomfortable. She also came across as abrupt and condescending when I asked about solutions to help with long-term issues I've had. Like yes obviously we all want to floss and brush as much as possible but if I'm a carer for someone with a disability as well as juggling my own cancer lesion removal procedures then dental appointments clearly fall to the wayside. I honestly had the worst time because and just wanted to get out of there ASAP.

Fantastic experience: Dr Julia was so professional and thorough with the dental procedures I had done. I've just moved to the area so was looking for a reliable dentist. I think I've found the one.

Negative experience: First time being here and the service was good but gosh they charged an arm and a leg for a first time visit which included X-rays and general clean. I know I got private health funds but a general clean and X-rays for first time patients does NOT have to cost $575. I was charged $575 for my husband and same for myself. My son had one filling and required a X-ray being a first time patient and that costed us $369. Before getting private health insurance, general clean and first time X-rays costed me a max of $250 each person. I decided to seek for a good family dentist for my family and I, so I decided to give this place a go but definitely won’t be back for any visits after being charged shocking prices.

I love how they have they latest machines and are always on top of any advancements in the dental game The latest machines used today felt like pressure washing my teeth! Super relaxing and pain free vs the old school drilling method which many other dentists still use today, it’s actually quite relaxing, I was surprised when it was all over. The service is fantastic, always on schedule and always with a smile My kids also all had a great pain free experience! Love Love Love it! Happy to go back anytime!
