Negative experience: Went here in 2023. Will never go back and I tell everyone to avoid it. Believe I saw dr vasha( older indian female) Only booked an appointment for 1 fissure seal. Not only did they use the wrong fissure seal colour and she even pointed that out after she put it in but she had the audacity to tell me that I needed an x-ray to get my wisdom teeth checked and possibly removed because as she said " only 1 of your wisdom teeth is out and it's quite concerning " I corrected her and said no 3 of them are out and 1 of them is in the process of coming out. She than tried to tell me I was wrong and I needed the x-ray. Absolute BS trying to lie to me about what teeth of mine are out so you can make money off x-rays I don't need. Unlike your other patients who blindly trust you and you can lie to I clearly know more about what teeth I have than you do. So called "professionals" clearly you aren't cause you can't even count teeth properly.

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff, I love my dental hygienist she is so wonderful and does such a great job. They only do what is necessary and beneficial for your teeth. For dentistry they are well priced as well. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my teeth.

Negative experience: Worst experience I have had here. They were 20mins late for my appointment once in the room the dentist seemed nice but refused to listen to me regarding x-rays, wouldn’t do an up to date xray. Just kept telling me I need fillings, he started the clean and I told him it feels like he is pulling my teeth out and I still have that feeling now being home, i actually feel my teeth are worse than before. Such a shame as had lovely dentists here before, they offered me a rebook in 6months I declined I wont be back and will be seeking a 2nd opinion .

The place is spotless and they really care about what you want, what bothers you and also make sure the care for your mouth and teeth health is also top priority. Very well explained to me the procedure and broke down the cost for me so easy to understand where my money was going. Fantastic experience: I was a new patient at Beenleigh Dental, my 1st visit today. The reception ladies are great. Very helpful, very friendly. The lady who did the clean and whitening on my teeth, (Amy I think, sorry) explained everything to me in a very easy to understand way. Tbh, going to the dentist is not my favorite way to spend a morning. But the staff there are great, and I'm very happy with the service they provided me. Thank you very much. Just had my 2nd visit to Beenleigh Dental. They gave me an appointment very quickly, and once again I was very happy with the result. (Thanks Amy). If you need a dentist, or if you haven't had a check-up for a while, Beenleigh Dental is a great choice.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Tim, and he was absolutely amazing! The procedure was completely painless, and he made me feel so at ease. His assistant was equally professional and supportive, creating a comfortable experience from start to finish. Thank you both for your outstanding care!

Negative experience: Came here about 6 months ago with my daughter to get a teeth clean. Were able to do my daughters teeth, but were only able to do half of mine (they were pretty grubby, not going to lie there, but did not have gum disease) so therefore they wanted me to come back for a second clean which they were going to try and charge me $190 for even though I was covered by my private health which they also accepted. The dentist was also extremely rough with my daughter’s teeth and the only good experience she had was holding onto a toy. They also told me that I need to see their orthodontist to get my wisdom teeth out due to holes I wasn’t aware I had because they didn’t hurt. Have since got a second opinion and that dentist (who I have stuck with because she’s gentle) told me they just need filling because I had no infection and the tooth wasn’t rotten or decayed and she finished that clean and my teeth are now beautiful. This dentist surgery is not interested in your hygiene or your teeth, they’re just trying to milk as much money as they can out of you. Unless you want to be robbed, do not go here! If I could give the place 0 stars I wouldt!

Fantastic experience: The search is over…Beenleigh Dental is without a doubt the best dental experience I have ever had. From the friendly welcoming faces as soon as you walk through the door to the kind and caring and very professional Dentists, Dental hygienists and Dental assistants. 10 outta 10 for me and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for regular dental care..

Negative experience: Shoddy dental work by Dr John, I have had dental work at another dentist since coming here and the workmanship you can see he had done on 2 of my teeth is nothing but shoddy. The teeth look very rough and square shaped not smoothed off like other work I have had done on other teeth by other dentist. He also suggested I needed work on teeth that wasn't needed at all. I now also have a root canal tooth that is starting to crumble that he did, that I would have expected to have lasted longer than it has. I have another root canal tooth that was done elsewhere 20yrs ago that is still going strong but the tooth Dr John did in less than half that time is crumbling. X-ray's had suggested this tooth wouldn't last as long as my first root canal, (as it wasn't done as well). And this has been proven to be the case. EDIT* I don't know why this is showing as posted yesterday as it was posted a long time ago, but never received a response until now. It had one word edited out yesterday as Google brought these reviews to my attention with another review posted.

Negative experience: Scammer dentist. My partner went here and was told she needed 5 fillings. Went to a better rated dentist for a second opinion, saw the X-rays first hand. Not a cavity to be found. Go here if you want to get ripped off.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Beenleigh Dental. It was my 1st time meeting Dr Khaled. He was great. I am an annoying difficult patient, but he took his time & for once I didn’t feel any pain. (I am a weakling who is scared of going to the dentist, so that was important.) He was also really good at clearly explaining my treatment options. Hayley the assistant is the best!! She always makes everyone feel comfortable & welcome…. & I like that she makes fun of me. It makes me forget that sharp things are in my precious mouth.

Fantastic experience: As per usual, Amy was brilliant brilliant. She knows I have childhood dental trauma and always makes sure I'm relaxed and gentle :) Trish was also lovely. Tarna was super friendly as usual, but this time I spared her the trouble of looking after my now 14 month old as she's a whirlwind of destruction.

But a huge thank you to Dr Afnaan for my new tooth - crowns are expensive and I was a bit disappointed there were no diamonds but you looked after me and made the process pleasant enough … thank Momena for assisting and thank you to Hayley and Gayle on reception for your welcoming smiles … everyone was a pleasure to deal with thanks again
