Emily is not only a highly skilled dentist but also incredibly accommodating — she worked around my schedule to get everything I needed done. What really sets her apart is how clearly she explains everything. You always know exactly what’s happening and why, which makes a huge difference if you’ve ever felt uneasy about dental visits. On top of that, she brings a great sense of humour to every appointment — we’ve had more than a few laughs, and that’s not something I ever thought I’d say about going to the dentist! She’s completely changed my perception of what dental care can be. If you’re looking for quality work, great service, and a dental team that actually makes the experience enjoyable, this is the place to go.

He is honest and his treatment is conservative. Very skilful dentist. I can't recommend this practice high enough to anyone. We've also seen Dr Andy a few times and he is also very good and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Shoppingtown Dental is the best dental clinic I’ve been to, that’s why I’ve been with them for years. The principal dentist, Dr Andy Kuo is amazing! He is highly skilled, professional and knowledgeable. During my latest visit this week, he treated my molar problem in a quick, painless process. Prior to that, he did a number perfect crowns for me. He always takes the trouble and time to patiently explain the treatment. I know that I can have absolute peace of mind with my dental needs looked after by Dr Andy. The rest of the team of receptionists and nurses are also wonderful and caring. My experience at Shoppingtown Dental has always been positive and I strongly recommend them.

The service is very professional, listen to what you have to say and do a great job from reception to Dental nurse to practices. No hurry to go back, but I will go here for sure when needed.

Fantastic experience: Really easy and simple check-in process, and the receptionists are kind and friendly. After I did my paperwork I waited like 3 seconds before getting taken in! (15 minutes early I might add) my dentist was amazing and he made a calm and comfortable environment. He works really fast and efficiently! I recommend to go here!

Positive experience: I had a great experience at Shoppingtown Dental. The staff provided excellent service and were very professional throughout my visit. They made sure I was comfortable and explained every step of the procedure clearly. Thank you, Dr Andy!☺️ However, I was disappointed to find out that my private insurance (Medibank) did not cover 100% of the costs. It cost me $130.

I am always terrified going to a dentist but i dont need to worry to come here because of his patience and understanding how to handle my teeth and with care. The receptionists are also wonderful and helpful. I was helped to get an urgent appointment when i had an emergency. I strongly recommend this clinic and the crew. Plus it it very convenient as it is located in a nice Westfield shopping centre.
