Bupa Dental Helensvale

Negative experience: I signed a release form & confirmed with both my old dentist & this practice that my records had been sent & received. Despite this, they were not reviewed. The dentist spent ~10 minutes with me, told me I was fine but couldn’t compare my current situation because they did not know what it looked like previously despite me making sure they had these records. they still charged Bupa $100. Disappointed & I'm going to just take the hour journey to my normal Bupa dentist. The experience was so different for the same chain.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff are always friendly, helpful and patient. The dentist was so amazing with my son that has additional needs and I don't think I can ever find a better dentist

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zachariah is amazing. He removed two of my son’s teeth so smoothly that my son didn’t even realize—it was completely painless. My wife had a failed wisdom tooth extraction at another clinic that left her in severe pain with exposed bone. Dr. Zach quickly diagnosed the issue, treated it with great skill, and guided her healing. He is professional, caring, and explains everything clearly. A special thanks also to dental nurse Kaz for her support and kindness.

Fantastic experience: As a child I had terrible experiences at the dentist. Fillings and drillings - all quite traumatic! I don't enjoy a visit to the dentist, but Bupa Helensvale are alway amazing. Dr Jennifer was gentle, thorough and also explained things to me clearly. The staff at this practice are all friendly, kind and hard working. They offer extended hours for people who work, so you can always get an appointment. By far the best dental practice I have ever encounted. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I am a year 10 student and I have been attending Bupa dental Helensvale for a couple years now. I have just done my work experience with them and everyone at the clinic are super kind and amazing. My normal dentist is Dr. Zach and he is a dental guru. Watching him do everyone’s teeth is very heart warming, as I get to see the persons smile afterwards is the best thing ever. I highly recommend coming to Bupa dental Helensvale for the best experience and amazing results for beautiful teeth. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had an outstanding experience with Bupa Dental Helensvale, especially with Dr Allchurch and the entire reception team. Everyone has been incredibly kind, professional, and efficient throughout my dental journey. Over the couple of years, I’ve had four wisdom teeth removed, a filling, Invisalign treatment, and regular 6-month checkups. Thanks to this clinic, my teeth are not only healthier but in the best shape they’ve ever been. The procedures have all been flawless, and I genuinely feel safe and confident knowing I’ll never need to look elsewhere for dental care. Dr Allchurch has been exceptional, highly communicative, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions. The level of personal care and attention here is truly refreshing. Thank you to Dr Allchurch and the amazing team at Bupa Dental Helensvale. 10/10 – highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a huge shout out to Senior Dentist Dr Stuart at Bupa Helensvale. Yesterday I attended this practice to have a tooth extracted. I was very nervous, anxious and upset at having to undergo this procedure. Dr Stuart was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He made me feel more at ease and his bedside manner was impeccable. He is a great bloke and you can see that he is passionate about his work. I would like to commend Dr Stuart and the team at Bupa Helensvale. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I joined this dental clinic towards the end of 2024. We are so thrilled we made the move. We have received excellent care and kindness from the staff and were made extremely welcome when we attended for our first check ups. Dr Stuart Allchurch is so skilled, gentle and empathetic. Fantastic experience: Kudos to Bupa Dental, Helensvale. I had a horrible toothache turn on, they fitted me in to their busy schedule for a tooth extraction, which I am so grateful for. Their service was wonderful. Kristen, the receptionist really worked to get me an appointment to see the dentist, when three other dentists couldn't see me for another 4 days! The dentist was very kind and gentle and explained what she was going to do, which didn't take long at all! Great work, l can't thank them enough

To me it’s EVERYTHING but for the past 20yrs I have never smiled despite having braces as a kid and dental work performed no one ever saw my teeth because I hated them and the way they looked! That was until I met Dr Zach Bupa Dental Monterey Keys and I reclaimed my smile. Dr Zach has the keen ability to distill complex procedures and processes into every day language, he has completely mastered dental cosmetic surgery to perfection he is a true artiste of his profession. He leads a highly skilled team led by practice manager Tory , state of the art dental equipment and provides a wide range of dental services. His team is professional, truthful, courteous and respectful towards patients at all times. When I talk to people now I show my teeth ! Dr Zach had given me every reason to showcase my beautiful smile now !!

I did not even feel the local and he was great and explaining what he was doing and offering breaks if needed. Always takes time to explain the xrays and shows me the images which is really helpful. Negative experience: My front tooth crown snapped off. I had, had a root canal prior. Bupa Helensvale could do nothing temporarily, only offering a false tooth or denture. Travelled to my dentist on days off. New temporary tooth that will last a year or two.... Thanks to Palm Beach Dental.

Negative experience: Worst dentist experience ever. Dentist was in a rush did a check and quote for 3500 grand. My son was literally in the chair for less than five minutes. Offered no care or advice. Have since been to a different clinic for second opinion and thank goodness we did..got a much better service, treatment and quote. Never again. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: Past couple of bad experiences with dentists had put me off seeing one for the last 5 years. Stuart and his dental assistant are excellent, I would say he’s the best dentist I’ve been to. Extremely diligent in their job, very personable, and Stuart takes the time to explain things as well as make recommendations on potential solutions. All the receptionists are lovely, special thanks to the blonde girl with the nice smile who had a nice chat with me.

Fantastic experience: Have been attending this office for a number of years now and the service has always been great. The staff and dentists are always lovely and friendly making the experience much less anxious for me. Saw a different dentist today Dr Lee for yearly clean and scale and he was very gentle, explained everything very well, then set up plan of action for some things to be done in near future. With my Bupa cover today cost me $0 which is awesome! Highly recommend these guys

Fantastic experience: The entire Team is so friendly and very welcoming. Dr. Zach is my favourite dentist and one who I truly trust. I’m an adult who has a lot of anxiety to the point I gag sometimes and yet Dr. Zach and his assistant are so patient with me and understanding. They never rush me. And always manage to calm and put me at ease which I am very appreciative for! You can tell Dr. Zach truly cares about his patients and their health. In my opinion Dr. Zach should be praised or deserves a raise for always going above & beyond! I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: So good with my son who has Autism and extreme anxiety, Dr Taylor went out of his way to put him completely at ease and the whole appointment for his filling went more smoothly than I could of ever hoped for.
