Luxe Dental Care

Negative experience: Terrible service - was told by one dentist that removal of wisdom teeth should be no issue only to be told via email from the receptionist that this was not possible and to be referred elsewhere. Despite following up on the phone, I was never provided an explanation on why this was the case or what had changed, or how whatever had triggered the change may impact what options are available to me as a result (i.e. does this mean I require surgery under general anaesthetic). This is highly unprofessional and unfortunately has left me totally in the dark regarding the underlying issue. Not really sure what I payed for.

Fantastic experience: Had a good journey on my Invisaligners with Dr Cathy, her and the team always make sure I’m well taken care of despite me being abroad. Thank you Lux!

As a person who fears needles, Dr Cathy knows how to make me feel comfortable and she knows how to give an injection so well you don't even feel it. I'm forever recommending my wonderful dentist.

She's everything you’d hope for in a dentist - warm, super personable, and just a genuinely kind human being. I tend to ask a lot of questions (like... a lot), and she always takes the time to chat about things without ever making me feel rushed or silly. She’s incredibly thorough and clearly very knowledgeable, but what I appreciate most is how comfortable she makes it feel in the chair. She is always considerate and thoughtful, with regular check-ins. What is equally amazing is her relationship with my two sons, who are 7 and 3. She’s got such a gentle and friendly way with kids, both of them actually like going to see her, which I never thought I’d say about a dentist. She takes her time with them, her bedside manner is child-focused, and makes it a positive experience every time. I can only assume that this level of professionalism extends to the wider team. Fantastic experience: I had problem with my bite and just completed a 6-month spark ( like Invisalign) treatment. Dr Jessica has been fantastic, she carefully prepared a plan to fit it to my travels. She was super dedicated and at the end made lost of effort to complete the process and make my teeth looking much better and helping me also with TMJ I suffered as a result of bite shift. Can’t speak more highly of the stuff at Luxe Dental Care!

Fantastic experience: I called up earlier today really upset as I’m flying out of Australia for a year in three business days and I found out I had an abscess on my crown tooth. The ladies at admin were SO SO helpful. They moved appointments around to help accomodate me and organised treatment for the first day available. Unfortunately I have had changes in my availability and cannot make the appointment anymore but I would highly recommend this practice on their professionalism and consideration for my situation alone. Fantastic experience: I had such a perfect experience at Luxe that I really don’t know how to be succinct. I was travelling in Australia (from the U.S.), and I disconnected my 20-year old “permanent” retainer. I found Luxe on Google and the reviews looked great, but one never knows! I got an appt online easily. Dr. Cathy greeted me in the lobby, as it appears is each dentist’s practice with each patient (disarmingly humane, compared to the U.S.). She helped me organize a list of dental challenges (as a tourist with one week incl a holiday) that I have delayed for too long, as well as helping me get a replacement permanent retainer. I had such trust in her expertise/thoughtfulness that I decided to have her apply composite veneers, and for the first time in *years*, I love my smile!!! She exchanged emails with me on her weekend to be sure that I got all the work done that I wanted. She also worked closely with Dr. Daniel, who was equally trustworthy in his expertise. The receptionists Lilly, Ginger, Vivian, and Alycia were coordinated and also friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Finally, the office space is bright and clean. Love Luxe!!

Negative experience: A dentist practicing here named Joe SCAMMED my elderly father in an age care facility telling him half his teeth needed to be pulled for his own health, and then overcharged him on the spot without letting him consult me or my siblings. This practice is an absolute scam that you should steer clear from and check on your parents or grandparents to ensure they aren’t falling for the same predatory practices they are using to build good faith with patients who can’t fend for themselves. Would give zero stars if I could, PLEASE reach out to your parents and grandparents facilities to ensure they aren’t falling for the same scam!

I think having a great first visit created that. The dentists have always been really great when we first started going there when he was 7 yrs old. We just went back the other day & the dentist that we've always seen is on maternity leave and the new one is super friendly, explains everything thoroughly to us & my son enjoyed having nice clean teeth afterwards. Fantastic experience: I just had my first appointment with Lena at Luxe Dental and was very impressed with the service and the clinic. Lena was very informative and gentle. And didn’t give me too much of a hard time considering I haven’t been to the dentist in 7 years. This appointment was as pleasant experience as a dentist appointment could be. Might even encourage me to not leave it another 7 years before the next visit. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Fantastic experience: You know how you generally cringe and wait till the very last minute to go to the dentist... with Luxe you don't have to feel that way. Straight away, felt at home, was great. Vivian was very caring in cleaning my teeth. They were professional and friendly and was the easiest and most enjoyable (yes, you can believe I said that for a dental appointment!) dental experience I've ever had.
