I would go as far to see the approach was trauma informed! Very gentle check and clean. A lovely trip to the dentist. Most dentists just can’t be bothered and advise false teeth as solution.. very patient, and empowering teacher, very impressed with with his style with his team … if you have difficult issues that your not liking the idea of just get false teeth that will fix your problems, I highly recommend you see Alesh

Having been through a 6 to 7 year orthodontist journey, we really weren’t holding out with too many expectations with seeing yet another specialist.. But to our genuine surprise, He was polite, very approachable, very informative, and very compassionate.. Thank you for your help, Dr Connor.. I would definitely recommend going to see them. Which we will be back , in the future..

Negative experience: Awful experience at family dentist. I had surgery months back and I’m still suffering to this day, from the moment I left the chair I was in agony for 3 weeks. Nobody knew what was wrong after returning numerous times and I being told everything was okay; It wasn’t ok. I had bone fragment left inside the socket and a horrible infection. (Undetected for 3 weeks) in the end I demanded to speak to the manager, who knew there was something wrong. I got a full refund, rightly so for what happened, however It wasn’t good enough for the trauma and pain left behind, I’ve sent many emails and family dentist did not respond, completely ignored. Awful. Go elsewhere if you need something more complex - please! I’d hate anybody to suffer how I have. Devastated on every level.
