Fantastic experience: This place has the best receptionist I’ve ever experienced. Her name is Shez and I decided to give this dentistry a try specifically because of how polite and caring she was. She went out of her way to hear my situation, and even asked the doctor to slot us in on the same day. We had never been to this clinic before but they accepted an emergency walk-in. I brought my mother in for treatment on a very painful tooth, which Dr Arash was very considerate and extremely efficient at diagnosing, treating and explaining everything we needed in terms of care and treatment recommendations, clearly showing us his thoughts on the xray of what could or couldnt be done. I would definitely recommend this place for people who are looking for a caring dentistry with very reasonable prices.

Fantastic experience: One end of the permanent wire on the inside of my bottom teeth came loose and started lifting up. I was referred to Refresh Dental Care and they were so responsive and accommodating and fit me in less than 48 hours from my service enquiry. The entire staff are very friendly, helpful and calming. I felt extremely looked after and informed about what caused the wire to lift and they provided me with a care management plan. On top of that the dentist waived the gap fee, which was such a kindness, particularly as my private health insurance dental provider was planning on charging me upwards of $600 to get the wireless re-glued. I highly recommend Refresh Dental Care for service, flexibility, care and knowledge. I'm glad to have found a local independent dental centre that I trust.

Fantastic experience: Had a crown replaced and renewed after breaking it and Dr Arash was very professional, gentle and skilled. It was all done with one visit due to their quality high tech equipment. The nurse Emma was also exceptionally gentle and efficient with the suction.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency dental work and first of all the staff were super understanding and accomodating despite the inconvenient timing of the emergency. The doctor was very professional and comforting. I think he could have easily charged me double but he took care of the main issue and gave a plan for future work instead. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Planned visit for fixes to two teeth with one requiring and digitally designed cap manufactured during the visit. Excellent outcome, and no pain.

Negative experience: I made an emergency booking at 8:30am and was asked to arrive a little before as im a new patient. Arrived 8:05am and nobody was there. There surgery was still closed at 8:30 when one guy rushed in and opened the doors for us. I was in pain when I made the booking and didn't ask about pricing so it was one of my 1st questions. For a simple extraction they wanted over $500. I was in pain but I'm not dumb. When he told me I replied, Wow, that's quite expensive and with a condesending laugh he responds with "we are actually the cheapest in the area" Now that was a blatant lie as the next 2 calls I made to local dentists were cheaper. I just politely said thanks but no thanks and left. What a poor experience, won't recommend and certainly won't return.

Fantastic experience: Arash is by far the most gentle dentist I’ve ever been to. He’s knowledgeable and explains everything that’s happening. Doesn’t over treat and only fixes what needs fixing! I love that he takes photos of your teeth to show you and this is particularly good for keeping an eye on things that may be more of an issue down the track. He’s also brilliant with my little kids. Super calm and caring. Best dentist!

Fantastic experience: Took my 3 and 5 year old boys to Refresh Dental and was extremely impressed. Great front staff (with two loud impatient boys) but most importantly, our dentist (Arash) was very friendly, gentle and patient with my boys. I was nervous how the kids were gonna go but they both ended up loving the experience and asked when they had to go back!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend enough! I have had a single wire (permanent retainer) in the back of my teeth for years which caused my teeth to build up a lot of plaque and also eventually have the wire snap. Called around to dentists in the shire but no one would do the job, however refresh dental were more than happy to do the job! Bar was removed and plaque was cleaned off, also moulded my teeth for a night retainer, all done at a very generous cost

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this practice to anyone The dentist was skilled and communicated clearly all the options and costs with a genuine caring approach.The other staff also were great.I was also impressed by the their range of the latest dental technology enabling them to provide a very comprehensive range of services in house.

Negative experience: Not recommended. Dentist was detached, condescending and defensive after problematic crown. Frankly suspicious number of 5 star reviews based on my distressing experience. Update: I have seen a new dentist who said my teeth are fine. Even the one Arash wanted to grind and crown. The so-called cracks are just lines in my teeth. Thank god I didn't allow him to proceed with a needless, expensive, painful procedure.

Fantastic experience: Overall a great experience with this dental centre. Easy to book an appointment and didn't have to wait a long time to get in. Lovely reception ladies and all staff were very friendly to deal with. Dentist and assistant explained each step throughout my appointment and worked in a gentle manner. Bonus is the easy parking. Will definitely be back!

Dr Arash did major implant surgery on me and was fantastic he really cares about his patients and made me feel comfortable at all times. I Highly recommend this dentist and I travel over an hour to go there by car because they are so good.

Fantastic experience: Usually I hate going to the dentist and annoyed I walk away a couple hundred dollars down even though it’s for my health but this dentist made me feel the opposite. Right from my first booking of appointment with Shez being lovely over the phone and then getting my check up with Arash and Emma was pleasant they were all very kind, welcoming and made the process bearable. Positive experience: The level of care and professionalism this practice exhibit is fantastic. However, I had several crowns put in by their new technology whereby it is a one visit install and the crowns were made onsite with a 3D printer. Three of these crowns have failed, they are just not strong enough. I hope the technology has improved. I am currently having to replace all the crowns with traditional ones which are vastly stronger. UPDATE: I contacted Jeff from refresh. The dentist who attended to my crowns was a locum dentist and used the wrong material on my molar. Apparently there are five different products of varying hardness and appearance for different areas. Jeff replaced the crown with the hardest of the substances, which was cubic zirconia. I am very relieved that the problem was remedied with such ease. Thank you Jeff!

Fantastic experience: As someone with a significant level of fear and anxiety towards the dentist, I won’t go anywhere else. Refresh is top of their game and always so lovely and accommodating. The only dentist I feel comfortable going to.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jeff Agius and Jacquie (the most incredible OHT in the world) are just an all star team! They are professional yet so incredibly warm and friendly, they really make going to the dentist a joy! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my smile, the amount of time and effort they put in to my treatments can not be overstated. The clinic itself is so clean and fresh and the staff are so kind and caring (I have had both Georgia and Emily as my dental nurses and they couldn't be more lovely!). Bec at the front desk was so helpful when I was organising my next appointments and really went out of her way to make a time to suit me. I couldn't recommend this team highly enough and I honestly look forward to my dental visits there!

Fantastic experience: Definitely the place to go if you’re scared of the dentist and needles. All the staff are friendly and helpful, do a great job and explain everything. Most importantly the dentist numbed my gum before the anaesthetic injection so I didn’t feel the needle at all! Completely painless from start to finish. Highly recommend.
