Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in you graded by an amazing lady by the name of Demi, knowing that I’m so nervous, she calms me down, then Dr Leo his calming nature invites me in to the dental area, guides me through my procedure and a calming and holistic manner. And above all anxiety and pain-free. I can’t say enough about the team at Manningham smiles they are absolutely amazing.

Negative experience: I visited for a scheduled teeth cleaning. While I initially agreed to a dental check as well, I was left dissatisfied as the main service, the dental cleaning, was not conducted. It's disappointing that I ended up paying for a dental check that took precedence over the cleaning, especially when I had explicitly agreed to both as long as there was sufficient time to be allocated for me. The explanation given was a lack of awareness about my specific dental condition. The dental cleaning can be done without a full comprehensive dental check regardless of my dental condition. If a full check is decided upon, there should also be adequate time allotted for the cleaning afterward. It's frustrating to be told there isn't enough time for the cleaning after committing to both procedures. This experience has left me frustrated.

I now live four hours drive away but I keep coming back because I don’t think I could find a better dental practice. Dr Leo is a very gentle and skilful dentist. Fantastic experience: I just had a new crown and Dr. Siew-Lee and her team did a great job with MSD's new cutting edge technology machine. I arrived at 10.30, cut down was finished together with a filling on another tooth by 11.20. Dr. s then took scans of the cut down tooth and the upper tooth and I was asked to take a break until 12.30. On my return the new computer had built / cut the new crown, Dr. S tested the fit, all ok so it was bonded into place. Excess bonding was removed and I was on my way by 13.00. New crown fitted, feeling and looking good, my old amalgam filled tooth all fresh and new. No more waiting 2 weeks for the crown with a temporary filling. Great service and result. Ken T

Fantastic experience: Great clinic of dentists. Dr Leo is very up to date with latest technology. I normally see Dr Hong. She is very gentle and has small fingers - which is good because I have a tiny overcrowded mouth. They have their own machine to make crowns, and they hand painted my front crown as it needed to match the other teeth. Very good dental surgery.
