Fantastic experience: Nice friendly atmosphere. Receptionists are happy. The place is nice and new. Plenty car parking. Has a nice area for children to enjoy while waiting for their parents.

Fantastic experience: It is an absolute pleasure to have any dental work done at Muller Road Dental Care.The reception staff are always welcoming and Alison the dentist I usually see is brilliant However the star of the team is Alex,he is a top bloke who is very thorough with his work and is always great to deal with.If you are looking for brilliant dental services in a friendly environment please make an appointment. You won’t ever dread a dental appointment again

Negative experience: My morning started off wonderfully until my teeth ended up looking like this. If you've never seen a C-shaped tooth before, here it is. It took a lot of time, caused disappointment, and perhaps some enamel loss to achieve this result, which I never expected in my life. Perhaps an antidepressant would help me get through the rest of the month until I see a cosmetic dentist who can fix this.

Fantastic experience: The dental experiences were nearly perfect. Can’t find fault. From the dental facilities and staff at the front desk are very helpful and courteous and helpful. The dentist that attended to me is very professional in his field and discussed treatment plans clearly.

Fantastic experience: I havent been to the dentist in over 25 years but Dr Alison Wissman, Hygienist Julia, Lily made my experience very pleasant, They are very professional and talked me through the process in which I appreciated so much! Definitely recommend and will continue further check ups here :-)

Fantastic experience: I have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice. I presented with the worst possible condition of my teeth0. I simply cannot say how grateful I am for the exceptional work they did to save and indeed restore those which *could* be saved. All but one were recovered. If you saw what they had to work you likely wouldn’t believe it. Ask to see the photos if you dare. Alicia had the unenviable task of getting rid of the grunge. Poor lady, I was very embarrassed. If she was, she never let on. Dr Maylad performed a difficult extraction without any discomfort for me. And the poor old Alex had to do the rebuild. Alex is an artist. Exceptional work that I really couldn’t have imagined. I have whole front teeth again! No wonder I’m smiling all the time. The entire process was completed in 5 visits, some longer than others, all within two weeks of the first visit. This was really impressive and important. And let me not forget to mention the assistants and support staff who always made feel welcome and at ease. I wouldn’t put dental visits on my list of things I want to do but I am so glad and grateful that I did. The only risk I face in the future is wearing them out eating steak or through excessive brushing. (Kids, if you want to have teeth when you’re 60 brush brush brush! Wish I had.) Thank you for taking such excellent care of me. I have waited for some months to write this review and I can happily report that all their efforts remain intact in every way. I truly am grateful. Edit- 20241122: I have recently been back for more treatment which includes a cleaning with Alecia who is awesome, some new X-rays also thanks to Alecia and some further dental maintenance performed by Dr Alex (great guy, very generous indeed, especially with the water) and his truly wonderful assistant, Khemica who was pretty much literally a lifesaver. They make an excellent team but I do worry that if Alex keeps up the cheek he gives Khemica the next instrument will go through his hand. Never mind the patients, Khemica has to survive Alex! I’m mostly kidding about that but she definitely has the hardest job in the room. I have to Lee my mouth open. Khemica has to bite her lip. I don’t know how she does it. Time for a raise methinks. In 12 months I’ll be back again. I really hope they are all there. I’m so comfortable with them all the process is painless on every respect. Thank you for caring as much about my teeth as I do. Obviously I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their unique style and help.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted with smiling faces and kindness by reception. My hygienest, Alicia, and my Dentist, Bernie, were excellent and really easy to talk to. Their assistant, Gemma, was fantastic and seemed to have a great relationship as well as sensational communication with both Bernie and Alicia, throughout the entirety of both appointments. They made sure I was comfortable and explained their processes to me, thoroughly. I’ve never been too keen on going to the dentist before, but now I look forward to it!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely have to let you know about Dr Bashour and his staff at Muller Road Dental. First you need to know a little about me - I hated and feared attending the dentist my entire life UNTIL NOW!! Dr Bashour, his nurses and office staff have made coming to the dentist an entirely enjoyable experience so much so I look forward to my appointments. The office staff always go above and beyond for me from fitting my visits in and around my busy work schedule and I really just appreciate so much their warm greeting each time I come in. They even made an effort to get to know me and I noticed this from my first visit. The nurses working with Dr Bashour are incredible. Their skills, ability to assist the doctor and attending to my every need each visit is impressive. Sometimes I literally do not even swallow they are so good at their job!! And Dr Bashour. Well. When I say this man is born to be a dentist I mean it. In the chair I am entirely relaxed. His method of dentistry from your care plan to the work he completes is the best I’ve ever experienced and I’ve seen a lot of dentists in the past. He is confident and knowledgeable and kind and honest about all costs and has never once made me uncomfortable during surgery or in any other way. He is born to be a dentist and I feel blessed he is involved with my dental care. I have been to Muller Dental many times now for everything including teeth cleaning, fillings and repairs all the way to root canals and soon, crowns. I can’t thank you all enough for making coming to the dentist an amazing experience and hope you know that every one of you have a profound effect on peoples lives. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Muller road dental for about a year now and cant recommended the team enough always so friendly. I always have a great experience with Julia my dental hygienist she is super caring and very knowledgeable and gentle. I have always been so self conscious going to the dentist , but Julia always puts me at ease and really cares. Even though i don't necessarily like going to the dentist haha who does, i do look forward to my hygiene cleans every 6 months. Thank you to all the team at Muller road.

Fantastic experience: Dr Alison Wissman is the best dentist and dental implant specialist in SA. I obtained 3 different dental opinions when I was told I required an implant. The moment I met Dr Wissman, I knew I was in the right hands. Her extensive knowledge, together with her warm and friendly manner gave me so much confidence. I am truly delighted with the results and can’t recommend her enough. If you are considering an implant, you won’t find a better dentist in SA with greater expertise and skill. The practice staff are lovely too and make you feel at ease. Best experience.

Fantastic experience: I am a regular patient of Muller Road Dental Care, and i cannot speak highly enough of the services that they have provided to me. All of the staff at Muller Road Dental care are very friendly and lovely, right from the practice manager Fiona and her front desk team as you enter the doors, all the way through to the dentists and hygienists. Ashleigh is the hygienist that i have seen all the time. It is always lovely to catch up with Ashleigh and have a chat about how life has been in general and discuss any dental issues that i may have concerns about. Alex always explains to you why you should get on top of certain dental issues rather than wait until they get any worse. Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first dental appointment with Muller Road Dental. After recently moving into the area, I wanted to choose somewhere local and I’m so glad I chose Muller Road. The staff were so welcoming and kind, and the practice was spacious and immaculate. I scheduled a clean with Ash, their Hygienist and I was so happy with the treatment I received. As part of my appointment, intra-oral photos of my teeth were taken as well as radiographs, and once these were taken we sat down and reviewed these together with Dr Meylad (who is lovely and did an initial exam on my teeth too). Reviewing these records together instilled confidence that I was being treated with honesty. Both Ashleigh and Dr Meylad are so knowledgeable and I look forward to my routine dental care with Muller Road Dental! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Alecia and Dr Meylad looked after me so well today as I was relaxed for the first time ever going to the dentist! Alecia did a scale and clean on my teeth and it did not feel uncomfortable! She also made me feel at home which I found refreshing as normally I get anxious ! Fantastic experience: Hygienist Alicia is a delightful lady who is caring and careful. It's always reassuring to have a person such as Alicia who has been part of this practice for some years. Dr Meylad has checked my teeth and has a pleasant manner. So far he has not actually done work on my teeth so I will have to do another review once he has.

They care for their patients and after you have procedures done they always contact you the next day to see how you’re doing. The dental hygienist Alicia is Absolutely FANTASTIC and she is so knowledgeable about what products would work best for you and your teeth, I’ve been seeing her for well over a decade now and I recommend her %. Everyone that works here from Hygienist - Dentist - Receptionist are all so Friendly, Professional and do Excellent work. These guys aren’t there just to make money they actually do care about their patients. I really can’t recommend this clinic enough. I actually drive almost 10kms and past 2 other dental clinics just to go to Muller Road Dental Care. I won’t go anywhere else!! Fantastic experience: I came to the dental care centre with really bad gum infection. Alicia and Dr Meylad patiently listened to my symptoms and explained the treatment plan clearly which instantly put me at ease, helping to clear out any anxiety I had about the procedure. The deep cleaning was done with great attention to details and after the visit my symptoms was so much less than before which was an amazing experience. I would recommend Muller Road Dental to anyone in need of exceptional dental care.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended this clinic for a scale and clean which was booked with Alicia. I actually booked with her since she was temporarily helping out at my normal clinic the last time my teeth were cleaned, and she did such a great job I decided to travel the extra distance to her regular place of employment. I cant rate her highly enough. She is extremely thorough and the treatment on both occassions has been pain free. The other staff at the clinic are extremely friendly and take time with their customer. Can't rate the overall experience highly enough. Recommend +++++

Fantastic experience: Dr Bashour and team are the best! So understanding, patient and considerate to my husband, who had suffered childhood trauma from dentists. From an initially terrified patient needing gas/drugs, my husband finished the last two treatments gas/drug free and in comfort. Only because of the trust Dr Bashour established. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend muller road dental to anyone whos looking for a great dentist. Friendly staff who care about their patients. Happy to travel the distance to these guys. I had a molar and a wisdom tooth removal and I had such a easy recover hardly any pain what so ever. They rang me a few times to check how I was going and were so helpful with any questions I asked. I have alot of anxiety going to dentists but muller road dental made my visit as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: Attended Muller Road Dental Care for my routine Hygiene appointment. Upon arrival for the first time I was greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. As a new client the pre appointment form was simple and quick to fill out, while being thorough. The facilities were well maintained, warm and welcoming. I saw Alicia for my hygiene appointment and X-rays, Alicia was gentle and super thorough. Meylad conducted my examination and communicated simply and precisely the out comes of my X-rays.

Fantastic experience: Today I had my appointment with Dentist Alex and Dental assistant Beth followed by a visit to the Dental hygienist Ashleigh. Nobody likes going to see the dentist, but can I tell you it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived, i was warmly greeted by Fiona which set the tone for my Visit. It was a great experience, Alex together with Beth are fantastic, very motivated to do the best for me that they could and just got on with getting it done and all making it enjoyable at the same time. Who can say that about a Dental Visit. Then to see hygienist Ashleigh, and again another great experience. I would go as far as to say I would follow them should they ever change. If you are looking for a dentist that gets in and does the work and does a great job and makes it a enjoyable visit. Please see these guys .

Fantastic experience: Muller Road Dental Care is by far the best dental clinic I have ever been to in my life. My first appointment was such a great experience. I was greeted by very friendly and professional reception staff, and after a short but comfy wait I was soon having a check up with Dr Meylad, who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and comfortably reassuring. All dental assistants are also extremely friendly too! My second appointment was with Alicia the hygienist. I thought this appointment was going to hurt as it had in the past at my previous clinic, but it was pain free and surprisingly gentle! I'm actually looking forward to my next appointments so much that I've booked ahead for the whole year in advance! Everything about this clinic is better than you could imagine! Fantastic experience: Hands down 5 stars, completely blown away with the level of professionalism and service I received here. I had been going to the dentist provided by my health fund for years thinking I was getting a "good" clean, but it turns out what I have been getting all those previous years was a rush job. What I received on my appointment yesterday was nothing short of perfection. The staff were extremely professional and shared a wealth of knowledge with me that will definitely help my teeth long term. From reception, to the dentist and the hygienist, all the staff I interacted with were super friendly and welcoming. The clean I had done on my teeth was next level, the hygenist took her time with every tooth instead of the quick 5-10 mins I have been used to at my previous dentist and you can definitely tell the difference. So much so, that I've had multiple comments from colleagues at work today who are suitably impressed with the results. The clinic is clean, modern and easy to get to with parking out the back. If I could rate 10 stars I would. I don't hand out 5 stars easily but you guys definitely deserve it. I've already recommend my mum to switch dentists based on my experience. Thanks again!

Especially Alicia's kind and comforting personality which compliments her gentle and thorough cleaning. Needing some cosmetic work, Meylad was careful and meticulous in getting my teeth looking great and ready for my wedding.  As well as Alex and his knowledgeable work. The receptionists are always welcoming and helpful! Can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently visited the team at Muller Road dental after not visiting a dentist for a few years. My whole experience there has been very pleasant and positive. As soon as you walk in the reception staff are always friendly and cheerful. Alex himself is also friendly and easy to talk to. He takes the time to explain things clearly using photos and x-rays, and he was always happy to answer any of my questions. I have been back for some fillings and have always felt relaxed and at ease (despite my needle phobia!). Fantastic experience: My family has been coming to this dental practice for many years. The staff are so friendly, caring and professional. If you want the best quality and highest standards of care I recommend this practice. My children see Alex and I see Alicia for our 6 monthly hygiene visits and they always do a fantastic job. One thing that is a standout at Muller Road is how well all the hygienists explain things. They are great at explaining treatments and giving advice in such a way that is very clear and easy to understand. I like to know exactly what they are doing and why so I really appreciate that they take the time to explain.
