Fantastic experience: After a really bad time at another dentist, Dr Muhammad has put my dentist anxiety at ease. From what I was originally told would be a painful and hard extraction, it was out in less than a minute. He gave me the most upmost care that I’ve ever received from a dentist before; spoke me through everything and answered all my questions, even the silly ones. I’d highly recommend this dental practice and Dr Muhammad to absolutely anyone that has a dental anxiety or anything like that. Negative experience: I requested for a refund in January. It’s mid May and I still don’t have the full refund. I keep getting told “the money will be transferred next week” and when “next week” arrives, no transfer, two weeks later, I got another “it will be transferred next week”. Apparently Jessica Stavely does not have any “limit left in her commbank”. Not only is she making annoyingly small instalments, I have to make multiple calls and send emails to get any transfer made. They’re very quick to take your payment tho. AVOID!

Fantastic experience: After putting of dental work for a long time because of my PTSD I decided to enquire with RDC about Invisalign - they advised me it would be a bit of a process - on Tuesday I went in for a clean, I had horrible anxiety but Dr Mohammed Saadi OHT made sure I was ok ! Today I got my two fillings - usually I would back out either last minute or after the first one - but Dr Mohammed and his BEAUTIFUL dental assistant Lavinia made sure I felt safe and comfortable the whole process , I proceeded to get both fillings in one go! Lavinia even held my hand while I got the injections what a beautiful soul!! I wish I could thank them more ! I’m so excited to proceed with my Invisalign journey with Royal dental care <3 thank you !

Fantastic experience: I was considering a dental implant after the tooth I did a root canal for many years ago has now failed, so instead of redoing this, I chose to do a dental Implant. I found Royal Dental Care Narellan, sent an enquiry and got a response within a few minutes. For ma initial consultation and assessment I was booked with Miss Amani Chendeb, and she was so lovely, made me feel very comfortable, answered any questions I had. So I decided to proceed to the next step and booked with Dr Muhammad El-Hajje. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, explained the whole process to me, went to all the payment options available, I was really happy and comfortable to proceed. I am now 1 day after my first stage of dental implant, I had my tooth removed and a screw placed in. I woke up this morning with no pain, no swelling no bleeding, just amazing. And the doctor was kind enough to checkup on me also. I would highly recommend Royal Dental Care Narellan

Fantastic experience: Went in for a same day emergency booking. First time doing this. On arrival was met with awesome vibes of the place. Within 2 minutes, was diagnosed with a wisdom tooth infection and 5 minutes later wisdom tooth out! Thanks Dr El-Hajje. Seemed to have all the latest tech in there, too. All post-care clearly explained and was happy to expand on the things I wanted to know more about. Pain-free 16 hours post-op. Exceeded my expectations. Thanks team!

Fantastic experience: I had initially come in for an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and saw Dr Muhammad. I was given a same day appointment due to being so uncomfortable. We then had a chat about wanting to fix my teeth as they were in poor condition and I haven’t smiled in photos for years because of this. I then had a consult with Summer who was amazing and so accomodating. She was happy to answer any questions I had, didn’t rush me and gave me all the time I needed and even made time to have another chat to ease my nerves, talk me through it again and was always so understanding and sympathetic with me. Dr Muhammad was amazing before, during and after my procedures, always checking in to make sure I was feeling ok and keeping me as calm as possible as I have severe anxiety during dental procedures. He understood how this was a huge thing for me to do and always validated how I was feeling. He was also happy to answer my 100s of questions without making me feel like I was bothering him. I honestly believe if it wasn’t for how Dr Muhammad and Summer had treated me, checking in and making me feel so welcome, I wouldn’t have gone through with the procedure at all. I honestly cannot thank them enough for making this whole process as smooth as possible and giving me my confidence back to be able to smile again without trying to hide my teeth! Fantastic experience: So Far on my Dental Journey with RDC I have had visted both Parramatta and now Narrellen since I have moved down the south coast. I had my initial consultation with Parrisa who looked after me so well. She makes it looks effortless she is very skilled and precise at her art. Would highly recommend teeth restorations through her you won’t be disappointed.

Negative experience: First appointment, dentist didn’t show up.. 2nd appointment, dentist running late by 1hr. Then they took photographs of my teeth for Invisalign which I never said I was even proceeding with and tried to charge me. They agreed to delete the data and write off the charge but now debt collectors have contacted me 6 months later. Not one follow up from the clinic, no invoice, no contact to advise the outstanding debt was still in their system, just straight to debt collector. Complete waste of my time.

Front desk girls are beyond amazing - they really take time to make sure you're comfortable and understand the process from work to healing and more! Special shout out to Summer, Steph and Rayan who are absolute queens ! Dr Zarif is a legend for the hard work he put in, especially taking my 4 wisdom teeth out - no infections or even pain at all, quick to heal too which was surprising. Mirna fitted my braces so carefully I have had no pain or ulcers, she's so quick and efficient but also takes the time to make sure you're 100% comfortable. Hands down my best dental experience!

Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr Bez are the best, they are very friendly and caring. Only hiccup was the first implant denture when the cheaper dental acrylic was used and I was in so much pain, unable to eat, drink yawn or talk. But Dr Bez came to the rescue on his day off and cut them out. This time had the good acrylic and he is taking it slowly now. Wonderful friendly staff and Dentists

Negative experience: I had a consultation, everything was great, I made an appointment with Dr. Behzad Fazlali for a tooth filling. During the visit, I asked not to give me an injection because I am afraid of injections and all my previous visits to the dentist, at my request, they did not give me injections (either when removing a nerve or when filling), to which Dr. Behzad Fazlali refused to give me a filling without an injection and said that no one will give me an injection without an injection, but this is not my first time at the dentist and, as I already said, I have never given an injection, I can calmly endure it. I am very upset and upset. After all, it is my choice to endure pain or get an injection.

Fantastic experience: My best overall experience at a Dentist thus far! I made an emergency appointment and was seen within a few hours to have a wisdom and molar extracted. The clinic on arrival is extremely clean, is a beautiful heritage building and you have a choice between a calming outdoor garden waiting area or the boutique styled indoor waiting area. The staff are all genuinely concerned, kind, personable and accommodating-overall vibe here is amazing. Importantly everyone was happy (this is rare) and go beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Fazlali was extremely professional and has a great personality. He promised I would not feel any pain and delivered on that promise! Both extractions were done swiftly and professionally in between a few smiles and laughs. I was provided after care instructions that were clear and straightforward, then received follow-up contact to ensure I was recovering well. Overall I cannot fault this clinic or its staff at all-I no longer have a fear of seeing a Dentist . After 47 years I have found my forever clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone including my family.

Fantastic experience: I have not been to a dentist for awhile and a bit scare of getting a dentist that can be rough. From the first phone call they have made it so easy. Dr Majid is so gentle and took the time to explain everything that is happening with my teeth. I am so pleased to have found the right dentist so close. Have booked another appointment for Jan. Negative experience: Very disappointed service, all they care about is charging you and no real compassion for customers, I have now gone to another Dentist after narellan exhausted my health fund and wish I would have gone to them first Instead of dealing with Narellan and wouldn’t return emails to follow up on refund, definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Wish I could give them half a star

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Zarif today, thinking I was having an extraction because of a broken tooth, he managed to save it by doing a new filling!!! Everyone I was in contact with were lovely and helpful. Extremely happy with their service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (in fact I already have). Best dental experience ever!!

Fantastic experience: The care provided at Royal Dental Care Narellan is beyond excellent especially by Dr Amin, who makes every visit enjoyable as well as Summer who is always so warm and welcoming. I could not recommend them more!

Fantastic experience: I can’t stop smiling after Dr Amin and his wonderful team brought life back into my teeth. I have brilliant new veneers across my top teeth that look so natural and strong.
