Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible place, the staff is lovely. Dr. Zhi and Zoey took such good care of me when I'd gone in to have a tooth filled, they were precise and didn't sugar any potential issues. They offered a future treatment plan, and I could not be more thankful that I'd seen them today. I could not recommend this place enough, I will be seeing them in the future without a doubt.

Full dental reconstruction top and bottom by Dr Nick and Dr Peter both very trained in their profession. Finally can smile showing my teeth for first time in my life. Unbelievable finish. Fantastic experience: Dr Sunveer Bhupal is a very compassionate, patient and skilled dentist, who is always so gentle when performing dental work. He has such a calming nature and tone of voice which instantly puts the patient at ease. I appreciate how thoroughly he explains what he is planning to perform in advance, so I know what to expect. He is also very knowldegeable and thorough in explaining treatment options available, which allows an informed patient choice to be made. His dental nurse is also very friendly, kind and efficient. The reception staff are friendly and I have been very impressed by their willingness to try and accomodate last minute booking requests.

It saved me a large amount of money and I have already had great results. Dr Sapphire explained the whole process to me, offered a supportive environment and gave me advice about ongoing care. Fantastic experience: I've been on call to Dr Sunveer discussing my 2 year old sons dental diagnosis and treatment. We ended up not proceeding with exploratory X rays under the advice of Dr Sunveer. Unprompted Dr Sunveer has followed up with me the following day having a several minute phone call offering advice and discussing options including suggesting another clinic more specialised to children. As a stressed parent this was comforting and helped alleviate initial stress from my child's symptoms.

Fantastic experience: If you have a phobia about going to the dentist, you can easily get over it by making an appointment to see Dr Sapphire. Dr Sapphire is gentle, caring and exceptionally thorough. I recently had major dental work completed with no pain during the procedure. Even the anesthetic was administered gently and slowly so as not to cause pain. My regular 6 monthly cleans are a breeze. With Dr Sapphire using the latest technology and processes to provide an efficient and painless cleaning of the teeth and gums.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are on holidays on the Sunshine Coast and I started to get a twinge of a toothache yesterday so I rang to get an appointment for today, the receptionist went out of way to get me an appointment and to make this happen they stayed late so they could fit me in. Just before we left my husband decided to try one of the choc chip cookies that I made in the air fryer which turned out rock hard this broke part of his tooth off and they made time to fix the tooth after my appointment. They were very obliging and made the time to see us both. Very much appreciated

Fantastic experience: 5 stars is simply not enough to describe the whole team at Northshore dental. I needed to repair my front 2 teeth from an accident as a teen, and as a result one had an abyss so was needing a root canal. Dr Sapphire to the rescue. The amazing Dr Sapphire was so gentle and so caring making sure I was always comfortable and always made me feel at ease. I had the root canal with no issues and no pain. The next stage was to get teeth whitened which went better than expected again without any dramas. The next stage was to repair my front two teeth with crowns. Again this process was faultless and again Dr Sapphire worked her magic with her steady hands without any pain or discomfort at all. Would totally recommend anyone who may have any apprehension on making an appointment, to totally trust this team at Northshore dental.

The ladies at reception make sure that you are welcome and at ease. Upon entering the surgery a warm welcome from Sapphire and her assistant. Sapphire is very thorough and gentle. She explains exactly what is happening with my oral health, what the plan is and options. I get a little gift on the way out the door as well, I love Gorilla Floss! I actually look forward to our next appointments. North Shore Dental and Dr Sapphire have my highest regards.

Negative experience: Dr Natasha Teoh did a root canal on my wrong tooth in 2020 during Covid. It was so botched I lost the tooth. There was no follow up or rectification by Dr Teoh or the dentist surgery that she was operating out of. Update: confirming I am a client of ‘Dr’ Natasha Teoh

Fantastic experience: I wanted to thank Northshore Dental and Oral Health. I went in with needing an emergency extraction of my wisdom tooth. I was so scared. I have had teeth pulled before and I was avoiding going to the dentist because of the trauma I experienced in the past. This was a dream. It was the best experience anyone could ask for. I booked it it the night before walked in morning within an hour I was home. Dr Natasha gave me some numbing gel, aesthetic and then before I knew it my tooth was pulled out in one swift movement. No tugging and pulling just like that. Plus my tooth was broken so I was really worried. All I can say is that I highly recommend anyone with fear of the dentist to go here. They are fantastic. I will definitely be coming back and so will the whole family. Great work to all the team.

Fantastic experience: My treatment with NSD started 12mths ago, due to been so terrified of dentists my teeth had deteriorated so much to no return. I had no choice but to make an appointment to have a consultation to determine where to from here. After reading reviews I chose NSD. this was the best decision made. I cannot fault NSD, from the front reception staff to the dentist and dental assistant they all treated you like real person, they were professional, caring, transparent, friendly, excellent communication, nothing was ever a problem. My dentist Arjun and his assistant were absolutely amazing and I would give them both 20/10 . Arjun understood my fear and my anxiety levels, he communicated during each process, he was gentle professional and caring as was he dental assistant. If you are afraid of dentists please go see NSD you will not regret it, I highly recommend this NSD and the awesome team, it is nice to visit a business that treats you like a real person.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting all my dental work done now for over 5 years by Dr Nick Taft. Over this period Dr Taft has looked after my braces to place an overbite and align my teeth and recently in August 2021. Dr Taft placed two implant posts into my upper jawbone, where future crowns will be placed. The thought of Dr Taft using a drill into my bone was a bit confronting at first. However I can not rave on enough on the professionalism of Dr Taft and his staff that looked after me that morning. I was wide awake during the procedure and could see Dr Taft drilling away, but i could not feel anything, NO PAIN AT ALL. Dr Taft used the keyhole procedure and took his time, stopping to check that he was on track, very much the professional that Dr Taft is. I was given a bag of pain killers to take as soon as i was to get home and not to wait till the anesthetic wore off. So I decided to wait and see what would happen when the anesthetic eventually wore off............ and to my amazement there was NO PAIN at all, Nothing, Nada. A week later I went for a checkup and returned the bag of pain killers that was given to me, unused of course! So if you are reading this review I would highly recommend that you go and see Dr Nick Taft and his staff of professionals at Northshore Dental and Oral Health for all your dental care. Now I am excited and looking forward towards having my new crowns in Nov 2021. Keep you posted on final results....lol

Fantastic experience: I have just had a number of treatments from Dr Natasha at Northshore Dental and Oral Health. It's been a remarkable experience to be in the hands of a Dentist who is so thorough, and so caring, and genuinely wanting the best for me as a patient. I'll be definitely staying with her as a patient from now on. I don't think I have ever met a dentist like this before who is so keen to do the best job possible for you as a patient, and shows genuine care and interest in you. Also, Katrina (Front Office Coordinator), has been fabulous in coordinating my visits and times. Not only is she professional, but she is wonderful in the way she makes you feel so comfortable, and her politeness and genuine caring manner and friendliness to you is just amazing. Thank you to both of you for making my visits to your Dental Center such a pleasant and comfortable experience. Also, even though I was not dealing with the other young lady on the desk, she also does a great job there with her happy and positive attitude in her manner of dealing with patients also. Both of these ladies on the desk are so refreshing to deal with. Thank you Dr Natasha, Katrina, and the other staff of Northshore Dental and Oral Health for looking after me :-)

Fantastic experience: Needed to find a dentist on a Saturday due to terrible toothache. The front of counter staff member Tiara was excellent and was able to fit me in. Dr Arjun explained everything with the procedure so I was fully informed. Even received a follow up call on the Monday to check how I was. I would fully recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Northshore dental for the past 8-9 months. My first visit was very nerve racking as I knew my teeth were in trouble as I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years so my teeth were in a mess. I thought I may loose them due to gum disease, I met Dr. Natasha Teoh who was very caring and supportive and helped me to understand what it would take to get me teeth back on track. She didn't promise anything but said she would try her best to sort my teeth and especially my gums out and get them back on track and with her help that's what I did. 9 months Later my teeth feel great. I would like to thank Dr. Natasha Teoh and her team at Northshore Dental and Oral Health for all their help.

Fantastic experience: My review below was posted after my initial visit and treatments late in 2020. This edit is an update based on my most recent visit to Dr. Arjun, not to mention the several visits in between. All work to restore my broken tooth has now been completed and I can't say enough about how happy I am with the result. It was quite a process. The old tooth, broken off at the gum line, had to be removed. A titanium post with a screw-in receptacle for the eventual crown was then implanted and given a temporary cap. Once all that healed, plastic moulds of the top and bottom rows of teeth were made from plastic via 3D printing, to be used in determining the exact shape and size of the crown. And today, Dr. Arjun, ably assisted by Celia, screwed the crown into the post, filled in the screw top with Teflon and topped it off with the white enamel material used for fillings. This whole process had been truly amazing! All the skills involved! All the high tech equipment! He has explained everything in easy-to-understand terms at every step of the way. His Dental Assistant Meliza’s professional support has facilitated smooth and fast procedures (not to mention, her bright smile that always makes me look forward to my next visit.
