Fantastic experience: I visited National Dental in Mudgeeraba to have a regualr clean and check and while my previous dentists was not available her replacement was first class and not only cleaned and checked my teeth she found an inexpensive solution for a chipped tooth. Very satisfied with the treatment received.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Dr Ryan enough!! Went for a check up a couple of weeks ago, then got my wisdom tooth removed yesterday as well as 6 fillings. As someone who dreaded going to the dentist, Dr Ryan made sure I was comfortable as I could be and was really supportive with the whole process and ensuring I was in good hands! If you’re after a good dentist I highly recommend seeing him!!

Fantastic experience: Very relaxed and comprehensive 1st visit

Fantastic experience: To put it lightly... I am terrified of dentists...to the point where I have to be driven to the appointment or I will bail out and not go. I had to have a tooth removal performed by Dr Ryan... I have never been to this Dentist before... initially I walked into the wrong Dentist as I had mistaken where the premises were... lucky I had someone driving me or I would have bailed then... anyway after finding NDC I met Dr Ryan and he explained the procedure. I was still terrified. He made me a promise that I wouldn't feel any pain during the procedure. For the first time ever... there was no pain... in fact I couldn't feel the injection. He told me to close my eyes and would stop and tell me to start to breath during the extraction...when I would tense up...at all times he was aware of my state of anxiety and did everything to keep me calm and informed. For any of you out there that have a phobia of dentists... give Dr Ryan a go... you will be pleasantly surprised. I have to go back for some more work... and am writing this review the day after an extraction. My first google review and for a dentist.. that's how much of a positive impact this Dentist has had on me.

Fantastic experience: I had such amazing treatment with NDC. I was so nervous about coming in as I have had some not so nice experiences in the past. But Dr Ryan and the team made me feel very welcome and were so courteous. They were able to answer all my questions, made sure I had a keen understanding for what was happening with my tooth and were so kind about all of it. After four weeks of struggling to eat solid food due tooth ache, I was finally able to eat my first full meal after one treatment! I would highly recommend NDC to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: I have had excellent treatment at Bell Place centre with Dr Emma Passey. She is the only dentist I have gone to that has NEVER hurt me. Even the injection wasn't felt, and when she drilled I never felt any discomfort. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: I was in extreme pain and very swollen and needed my tooth out ASAP, which after an xray showed an abscess. NDC Mudgeeraba squeezed me in even though they were fully booked due to Easter approaching. I am so grateful to Dr Emma and her assistant for helping me and to the lovely ladies at the desk. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. I even got a follow up call the next day to see how I was. I would highly recommend this practice without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: A very accessible, professional, well appointed surgery. The ancillary staff were most welcoming and efficient. The technical support staff were attentive, sensitive and efficient. The dental professional was personally sensitive, warm and welcoming, very professional in overview of my condition, with acute and focused diagnostic skills, and impeccable in all aspects of treatment procedures. As an overseas visitor, I was seen promptly and efficiently. I was also permitted access to the photographic evidence of my condition for use by my home dental professional, which I anticipate will be emailed to me shortly, as promised.

Negative experience: Terrible service by Simone on reception, making out I’m lying.. my child’s appointment was cancelled twice by myself once by text as he was I’ll and the second I truely forgot about. Simone advised I’d not turned up for 3 appointments and very abruptly “telling me I must attend “ … No thank you Simone myself and my family will be going elsewhere and as for your notes … maybe just maybe they were wrong…

After a prior bad experience with a dentist he was very anxious and did not want to go again but the team went out of their way to make him comfortable throughout his treatment. Explaining in detail what they were doing, showing him where they could and checking in with him to make sure he was OK. We cannot thank you enough for making his visit a pleasant one so he is no longer afraid of going to the dentist.
