Fantastic experience: Wife and I are visiting Western Sydney from Central Queensland for a couples of months. I needed a lot of dental work including dentures. In CQ I was quoted about $5,000 in 2019 just before covid. I have just paid about $2600 to have my mouth sorted. Last time I had a tooth pulled in CQ (2019) it cost $330 I just paid $160 per tooth. This dentist is one of the most knowledgeable, skilled, honest and patient medical personnel I have ever met. Also wife's dentures required replacement, once again this gentleman excelled. If you need and honest, capable dentist then call.

Negative experience: I have been a usual client for 10 years. However, I wont be coming back due to the rude attitude of the pathologist staff. I was given the request form for UBT test. Dr Angela, at the time did not inform me that I need to make an appointment for the test. When I came back another day for the test, the rude pathologist staff told me that the Dr did not know that an appointment is needed. And I had to make an appointment just to see that pathologist. Seriously ?. This is not the first time I got this test done. Such a shame to lose a regular client - just because of a negative attitude from an individual

Negative experience: The 15 year review of this place & it's drs. For unfortunate reasons I keep returning to this place as the have My parents history In my +40 visits between myself & family over 15yrs never once has a dr seen us on the given appt time. Wether u have a appointment or not ur wait time is over a hour. I was curious to why good gps leave this place. But it's poorly operated My elderly parents discovered Dr Wong 30yrs ago I have had to challenge his dosage prescriptions his incorrect diagnosis for 15yrs my mother has been using a inhaler due to asthma when her last hospital visit discovered she has never had asthma. She arrived to him during covid period with chest pains he sent her home due to COVID concerns. She had a heart attack 5 hrs later. Now the worst of this place is the receptionist. They have multiple all who have time to have chitty chat conversations & free time with a line out the door of sick patients. Secondly just call this place allow Donna to take ur call and you will understand what I am talking about. Complete rudeness to the point I have had to ask her what the disrespectful tone is for. She has absolutely no people skills & 0 phone etiquettes. I barley leave reviews so when I tell u do urself a favour just avoid going here all together

Negative experience: I have been a patient at this medical center for an extended period, but I am currently in search of a new healthcare practice. I believe it is essential for appointment times to be adhered to, as waiting for a minimum of one hour has become the norm here. It's frustrating when appointments are frequently canceled, and there seems to be a lack of respect for everyone's time. Recently, the situation has reached a new low, with the waiting time to see my regular GP extending to 2-3 weeks in advance. I cannot recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I always been self critical, I did arrive late. Appointment being at 5:30 and arrived at 5:40pm at the dentist reception desk at the back. I should have arrive earlier. This being said. Made my way to reception at the front, waited for the kind receptionist to finish her phone call before she directed me further back to the dentist part of the medical centre. When I arrive, the dentist had already left. Being told that the dentist left couple minutes prior. I know I arrive late but not to wait 10minutes after appointment, Not to make a phone call, or text message reconfirming my attendance before dentist leaving is frustrating. Very disappointed with the lack of correspondence, poor form and low standards. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: In all visits to this medical centre over the years I have found both Drs and the receptionists to be amqzing. The receptionists greet you as you arrive, always kind, helpful, will do everything they can to get you in to see the Dr and they acknowledge you when you leave. Negative experience: If I could give Big Fat Zero I would have. Who employed the cranky old hag on the reception desk? I called for a dental appointment in the morning, had to repeat myself numerous times and when mentioning my reason for attendance was a 'check up' because I hadn't been in a while I thought this was enough information to get me a dental appointment. When I arrived the cranky old hag was bumping her gums for 5mins so I sat down and waited, when she was ready to check me in I sat back down and waited to be called. Only to to be called to the doctors room as the Muppet had clearly booked me in for the wrong appointment. Completely wasted my day!! If you're thinking of visiting this surgery, don't bother.

Negative experience: This review is for the Pathologist, Michelle Wood. I attended this Pathology today and have greatly regret it. Michelle attempted to take my blood but has missed the vein and she redirected the needle which have bruised up my arm. It was quite painful! I told her it was hurt and she was rude! Needless to say, i will never go back there again for any blood collections nor any of my families and friends! ZERO SERVICE!!

Negative experience: Try avoid if you have other clinics. You will have to wait one hours or even longer even you have an appointment at a agreed time! When you ask them they always say that you are the next one, won’t be too much longer bla bla. Bad experience.

Negative experience: I just phoned this doctor as I have covid and am having severe abdominal pain. Was asking if I could have a phone appointment (earliest tomorrow). When the receptionist found out that I had made a booking elsewhere and that they didn't call me (hence needing another doctor) she refused to put me down for an appointment as I haven't been there for a couple of years. I explained that I am in extreme pain and need any doctor to speak to and she refused. Lack of compassion disgusting service! I will be reporting this clinic as I really do not think you can refuse medical appointment to someone in need like this. I would never treat my retail customers like this, let alone someone who needs medical help. I really am in severe pain

Negative experience: I wish I could rate this place 0 and 5 stars. 5 stars for Dr. Sung and the dental surgery at the back, they were absolutely fantastic, such a great experience. 0 stars for the medical centre, the receptionists are so rude, the doctors just seem to want you to leave as soon as possible and it takes them 20 minutes to answer the phone. The receptionist gossiped loudly and pointedly about my 3 year old daughter using the toilet (after another staff member let us in because the centre toilet was closed).

Fantastic experience: Wow! Firstly, The receptionist that greeted me was the nicest receptionist I've ever experienced! I felt better already. These receptionists go above and beyond. They don't judge and they look after you like no other practice thank u so much ladies Then the wait was what you would expect not too bad I've had triple the wait elsewhere. It's a medical centre people it's unpredictable illnesses walking in all day how can people expect them to run on time. The appointments are to guide their day not stick to it. They will spend this time with you too if you need that you know!! These doctors are the best in town. Very thorough and caring and up to date. Now pathology OMG nicest lady I've spoken to in long time. She's doing such a hard job risking her health to help us. The needle for my bloods was the best one I've ever had. Did not feel it. She cares about each an every person so show a bit of respect!! We are all trying to make it in this weird world. Show some love n see what you get back. Be patient we're all in this together. Negative experience: The WORST MEDICAL CENTRE!!, i arrived on time to my appointment with a sick kid who had a negative covid19 test, they told me to wait outside because she has symptoms, waited for hour and half and when i went to check for updates they didn't even have my kid name in the system after hour and half, on top of that i had to wait outside where no even a chair was provided so i had to literally sit on the floor with a sick 2 year old, i tried to go inside as they told me i was next and one of the receptionist kick me off , that's no even human!!!! I was so angry that i cancelled the appointment in that moment, no one deserves to be treated like that ... by far the worst experience i ever had

Negative experience: REVIEW ABOUT RECEPTIONIST Firstly, I called on Friday to make a booking for the next day and the receptionist was quick to shut me down to tell me that they don’t make bookings on the weekend (she spoke to me as if I was suppose to know that). As soon as I walked in the next day, the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. I got in at 9am and wasn’t told that there weren’t any doctors in - what medical centre doesn’t have doctors in at the opening times?? Can this place do some work and get in on time without having to be rude first thing in the morning?!?!? Ffs we’re already struggling with our health would be nice if they were nicer.

Negative experience: Had to wait 3hrs for a booked appointment, this place is ridiculous. They made us wait at the reception while they were celebrating someone's birthday.

Negative experience: Clean and wonderfully designed, doctors are more than helpful and professional, the reception staff are in dire need of training on how to converse with patients as well as desperate attention to learn manners, as i find them to be quite disrespectful and blatantly rude at times, really dampens the reputation the centre is trying to deliver.

Negative experience: It's a generous 1 star, only because I can't give it a zero. If I was dying, and the only choice was to go to this centre, I'd say my final prayers. The reception is absolutely incompetent and rude. I feel sorry for the doctors that work here. I'm sure they're fantastic but after booking it at 12:30, arriving at 10.45am to see if it was worth waiting for a walk in, one of the 3 receptionist told my wife and I that the wait wouldn't be long. We waited until 12:40. After asking for updates from the receptionist, she gave a weak apology blaming the other receptionist because they're new and was doing it in such a rude manner. As I said, run away as though the medical centre is the source of the zombie apocalypse.

I have attended his dental practice for almost 2 years for numerous and various dental works before moving interstate and I can tell he is very knowledgeable, ethical, caring, respectful and offers high quality at affordable prices. Negative experience: Dr Angela Kwok. This review is for her, as ive seen other doctors there that are brilliant. Needed a medical certificate for 3 days my regular doctor wasnt in. Dr Kwok said she can only give me one for 1 day, and id have to come back for another one the next day. It was for a very obvious physical condition (wound) that prevented me from working for a week. She told me medicare was cracking down on medical certificates hence the reason id have to come back, which is completely false

Positive experience: Its a good practice & Dr Nancy is amazing to attend but unfortunately the staff are no help as you can't speak to your own doctor over the phone, they forget to ring you back or make you wait up to 2hrs in waiting area before being seen without any discussion on what happening & why i have to wait 2hrs to to see Dr Nancy

Negative experience: Never seen careless staff like this. Every time i go there for my kids immunisation they don’t register it and i get contacted by the Australian Immunisation Register. Each time i talk to them, they apologise and then it happens again.. three times the same mistake is really unprofessional..! I then have to visit them again and ensure they update the system in front of me. Never going back again..! Receptionists are very welcoming and friendly to be fair.

Negative experience: Had a casual doctor that made me explain my life story and if i finished my apprenticeship just to umm and ahh and give me a piece of paper with random doctors numbers on it as a "referal" and could not give me any information on to what was wrong with my lungs and just told me to quit smoking after listening to my breathing. Then dis reguarded all other conditions I needed to speak about. I was given a 'free bandage' for my foot injury and was sent on my way

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this surgery for a few years now and have been nothing but totally satisfied. In the first instance the surgery is immaculate. Then, the receptionists...what lovely helpful women, always cheerful and they are very helpful to people feeling unwell in the waiting room. I usually see Dr Huang, she is so patient and thorough and I thank her for that. The other Drs always look kind and happy when they call their patients. And, if you have to wait, so what, it is a medical centre...it means someone who needs it is getting attention, I bet people who complain about waiting don't complain when it is their turn. My recomendation is visit here and be pleasantly surprised.

Negative experience: I'm giving it one start only because there is nothing lower. The treatment of myself and my family was disgusting. To start out with the receptionists rudeness, and the doctors (i use this term very lightly) refusal to treat my children because they had a fewer which apparently means they automatically have covid, I'm pretty sure she is not even licenced to be a doctor, but we all know indian doctors never are. I recommend you to stay away from this centre, unless of course you like to waste your time, get treated really badly and be refused to be seen..In all my life I have never experience such disgrace as these people calling them selves doctors..

From the receptionist to the consultation itself, it was so refreshing to have such a personable experience with a GP. I usually struggle with the public health system, but this was a very pleasant experience all round. Keep up the good work guys!

Negative experience: I was directed here for pathology services as the medical centre on level 1 was closed and I honestly cannot stress how appalling the 'customer' service at this clinic is. Absolutely disgusting... If you are looking for a medical centre which is kind, caring and genuinely cares about your health, try Myhealth Medical Centre Macarthur Square on Level 1. Their level of professionalism will amaze you- especially the manager and reception staff. No words can explain the difference between the two clinics, you need to visit Myhealth in order to experience what a well managed medical centre should be like.

Negative experience: This medical centre doesn’t deserve a half star rating. Don’t bother going there, a complete waste of time. I made an appointment to see a doctor thinking it would save me time waiting, was told I had 40 minute wait and was still waiting over 1 and half hours and was then told the doctor had 2 emergencies come in. Suddenly it was my fault as I should of asked to see another doctor. Rude arrogant staff which made me even more angry. How dare you try to belittle me in front of other people! Get some customer service skills or get another job not dealing with people.

Negative experience: You ring up and they say 45min wait and then sit there for 2 hours waiting. It would be handy if they say doctors have called in sick when you ring so you don't waste your time coming here. I asked how many were in front at the beginning and they said they had 3 lists running. Why not just be upfront and honest and say it's going to be over 2hrs. Terrible Terrible Terrible place.

Fantastic experience: Never had an issue with the staff or doctors... I’ve seen most doctors in there but so far my favourite is Dr Eugene, very understanding and all for homebirth/freebirth and breastfeeding! Great to hear a doctor who actually supports a mum in her decisions. A doctor that actually listens. He is great with myself and my 2 boys. Yes you do have to wait and it can be very frustrating especially if you have young kids but you gotta be very patient. Go for a walk or something then come back within half hour and check to see where your place is :) I can not fault them at all... the staff are amazing, always saying hello and asking how we all are and talks to my 2 boys and even nurses my 3mth old.

Negative experience: AVOID! If i could give no stars i would. Came in & the receptionist said there was not much of a wait - 30 minutes later, still waiting. Saw Dr Angela Kwok, expressed my concerns and she didn't even acknowledge what I had said - she then asked me questions but if she had listened she would have known the answer to them, then she proceeded to talk over me and recommended I make another appointment next week for what I had originally came in for. She checked my breathing, tongue - didn't seem to even know what she was checking for because she hadn't listened to what I had said. Also, I've never seen someone take blood pressure so quickly and be accurate. Literally strapped me in, pumped up my arm, released the pressure and was done. Would not recommend this Doctor and/or practice at all. They just try and see as many people as they can so they can get billed!
