Fantastic experience: I have a severe phobia of going to dentist. My first visit here was an extraction of a broken, painful tooth. My anxiety levels were through the roof but Dr Riz and nurses were amazing in calming me down and when I asked how much longer he said "it's out." I couldn't believe it. NO PAIN. Today was a filling. . Amazing, brilliant Dr Riz and nurses once again kept me calm and NO PAIN. If Dr Riz was around 50 yrs ago I would not have an upper denture. My first molar was capped couple years ago and all still well and procedure went without a problem. I had all 4 wisdoms out in the chair and i was very anxious and nervous but dental nurse and Simon made the process as comfortable and pain free as they could for me. Since having them out the clinic has been keeping in touch with regular phone calls and check ins. All staff are lovely and the place is very professional and clean. Will be going back for any more dental concerns that i have.

Fantastic experience: I had to have an emergency tooth removal and Dr Riz was fantastic as were all other staff who helped me during my visit. I have had some extremely unpleasant experiences with another dentist and this has left me with a fear of any dental work, Dr Riz explained everything he was doing and was very gentle. I will be returning for further dental work and I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: First they made me regret ever seeing a dentist. Then they threatened to sue me over the subsequent Google review. Let's see if they consider this defamatory as well. Point being: proceed with caution. If you want to risk flimsy legal threats, by all means. Also, and I have made this clear to them through prior correspondence, all I require for this review to be removed is a sincere apology, one that shows they understand how they've wronged me, and demonstrates a commitment to do better in the future. I understand accidents happen, and I understand they must have happy customers. My point is that they know they wronged me, but refuse to show any kind of contrition.

Negative experience: I’m Very disappointed traumatised and so upset. I rang explaining i have no money I had to go to LCHS to get a free waiver form being on pention card it in titles me up to 331$ free work the lady on the said that’s fine as long as I have the 34$ walk in fee. I did so I went to appointment they did X-rays then stuck in 3 huge needles in my mouth to numb everything. I do want to make a point of how nice and caring everyone was up untill they asked me how am I gunna pay for the work I said excuse me I explained my situation to who I made the appointment with. I explained everything again to the actual dentist he checked with front desk comes back and says we only take the consultation fee of 70$ ish for that form but we also need you to pay for the 34$ walk in fee and for the tooth to be pulled wich today will be around 500-600$ I said I don’t have that then the dentist said well your all numb now so u will need to go but first pay the walk in fee they kicked me out I didn’t pay anything cause I don’t have the cash and now il need to go to another dentist I can’t get into untill the next day and pay the walk in fee!

Two dentists had told me I need root canals /extractions but Dr Riz was able to make an accurate diagnosis and saved me from a lot of unnecessary pain and expense. Fantastic experience: Today was my first time visiting the Family dental clinic and I can't fault it 1 bit. Leah the lady at the front counter was very welcoming and lovely. I had simon and his assistant Shelby. They were both amazing Simon made me feel very comfortable so did Shelby she knew I was very nervous and my anxiety was at peak once Simon had explained and given me 2 options to choose from, I started my 1st root canal treatment and i couldn't believe i felt no pain or discomfort at all which made it a pleasure actually being there to start the ball rolling getting my teeth fixed up before braces. I'll definitely be back and only be going here for all my dental work now safe to say I have found a dentist I love going to which I didn't think id ever say that in a million years. Fantastic experience: Found the staff I dealt with amazing. They were friendly, helpful and very informative. Days just before the Christmas break is not the time you expect to be deciding to have your 2 front teeth removed (I was adamant I wasn't going to be gummy for Christmas and New Year, but my body had different ideas.) Went in initially to see if I could maybe get something to keep the pain at bay until into the New Year. Had a discussion at reception where I was offered the chance to speak with the dentist a short time later. This was what I eventually did, thankfully - bonjella and pain killers weren't doing a great job. Riz, the dentist, after looking over my records and x-rays, went through my options (I felt none were really great at the time but couldn't continue in pain either) and then it was up to me to make a decision. There was no feelings of being rushed, no ' you have to do this or that '. I was given the facts, the possible outcomes of the different choices and at no point was I pushed in making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. Yes, I decided to go ahead, and thankfully had it all done at the same time - 2 front teeth removed with care, encouragement and support. Riz and the dental nurse made me feel relaxed and comfortable through out the whole process, so thank you all so very much.

I saw Dr. Riz who was very patient, listened to my concerns and set up a plan moving forward for my future dental care. Health care is expensive but this clinic is on par with any others I’ve been to. They offer quotes and payment plans if you require that service. So far I’m glad I made the switch. Fantastic experience: Visited the clinic to have a very painful wisdom tooth removed and sadly the tooth next to that was damaged by the wisdom. Dr Riz was incredibly kind, gentle and professional and made the experience as easy as possible. The whole procedure took around 30minutes and was completely pain free. Fantastic experience: Dr Riz was my dentist for 4 years and he is still the only dentist I truly trust, even though I’ve now moved interstate. I still seek his advice when it comes to other dentists and treatments as his expertise is high when it comes to TMD and jaw issues. He has truly legitimately saved the quality of my life, and is an extremely caring dentist! Especially if you have any anxiety like I had when it came to dental work, you know how valuable it is to find a great quality dentist. As this is his new practice, he dedicates 100% of his time and effort and I know he hires only dentists and assistants that he really trusts.
