Fantastic experience: Took my daughter for a serious issue, not only did they offer the best prices to fit my budget, allowing her to have gas (child is asd and autistic) they talked to her in a way she would understand what they were doing and why allowing her to be calmer and more confident. They gave her time to freak out and cry and just calmly spoke to her and kept her occupied and joked with her. Forever greatful to have found these guys!

Negative experience: If you have private health insurance and want to save your $$, dont come to this place. I have been to different dentist ( just accross the street from this place and another dentist in North Rocks) they have never charged me $$ for xray as my private health insurance would cover things such xray and general cleaning. Today was my first visit to this place with dr. Annika Sood for general cleaning. When i filled in the form, i told the receptionist that i used to go to the dentist just across the road) the receptionist asks for my consent if they could grab some information for my old xray etc and i did give my consent. After the session with dr. Annika, she asks me if i have private health insurance and i said i do have one. She was like oh great lets just do xray and scan cause it should be covered. At this point i dont understand why they want me to do another xray cause they asked for my consent to grab some info about my xrays to my previous dentist. At the end, they charged me $126 for general cleaning and xrays after giving my private health insurance card. I didn't bother to argue as the receptionist cant even explain why am i being charged. I should have another appointment with dr. Annika but no i wont be coming back.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting my dental work done by Bryan for as long as he has been practising in Blacktown. I moved away over 10 years ago yet still travel back to Blacktown for any work needed. Bryan has set up a modern surgery with the very latest in dental technology and techniques yet he still provides good old-fashioned honesty and care with his patients. The same can be said for his colleagues and staff as well. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I’ve had some really bad experiences with dentists in the past, but he was so patient and understanding with my anxiety and made sure I wasn’t distressed during my treatment. He thoroughly explained my treatment plan and was not pushy at all with me making decisions. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I was a little apprehensive about the teeth whitening procedure, concerned about the level of discomfort and whether the results would be worthwhile. However I was very pleasantly surprised that the treatment was painless and I could see immediately that my teeth were whiter. It is now over 2 days since visiting the surgery and I have had no aches etc and have started to use the HomeKit, it’s use thoroughly explained to me before I left The dental office.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this surgery for in excess of 30 years. Sadly I needed urgent attention late last week. All the staff were beautiful, helpful and compassionate, I even received a follow up call the next morning to check that I was going ok :) The new surgery is absolutely amazing with state of the art equipment and no need to now go further afield for other procedures. My husbands family has been attending the surgery for many more years than myself. Would I recommend Dr Levy and Associates, absolutely :)

The dentist Dr. Emma Levy was solicitous of my well-being, asked how I was feeling throughout the procedure, discussed aspects of my case with a senior dentist (Dr. Bryan Levy) when he enquired, and was very informative in discussion of my dental situation and options after the procedure was completed. The premises were clean and well-lit, and dental surgery staff were properly masked, face masks were available in reception for waiting patients who hadn’t brought their own with prominent signs requesting people to wear them, and hand sanitiser was also available and in visually prominent spots.
