Fantastic experience: Oasis Dental Pottsville provides excellent dentistry services. The decor is modern and feels more like a day spa then a dentist. This calms the patient especially if you suffer from anxiety. Dr Trevor is an exception dentist. He is professional and has the right attitude for a dentist, who explains clearly about an procedure. The suites are modern with the latest technology. The greeting staff are friendly, respectful and always greet you with a smile. The after care service is high quality. Not many dentist places ring the customer the next day to check on the how you are feeling after a procedure. Overall I cannot fault this practice at all and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never had such a calming, caring dental experience. From as soon as you walk into the reception you are greeted by friendly receptionist (Jade and Chantel were so lovely) The environment is well thought out, beautiful green velvet furnishings with lots of natural details and plants really help relax you. Dr Toby is exceptional! He will talk you through the whole process and answer any questions before getting started. He has a gentle nature and soft manure. I’d highly recommend oasis dental particularly for anyone with anxiety around dental work.

Negative experience: First clean was covered with no out of pocket. I rebooked at the time of my initial appointment and was not told this was a once off and that in the future I would have an out of pocket for the same service. I was shocked when my health fund covered $149 and I was out of pocket $142. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months so it’s an in and out service. Prior to sitting in the chair I advised the receptionist of my health fund, I expected better communication and to be advised at the time I booked with no out of pocket or at least before seeing the dentist since we did have a discussion on health funds. I have never had to pay out of pocket for a clean at any other dentists in the area however oasis is not a preferred provider for major health funds. Great dentists. Bad communication. Not impressed with this not being communicated and paying $142 for something that is $0 at other dentists.

Fantastic experience: We started seeing the team at Oasis Dental Pottsville about a year ago. Natalia picked up on some long missed issues with my teen sons teeth and she is now working hard to fix those issues! Our family appreciate how Trevor and Natalia both explain everything they are doing and talk you through the procedure, they both have such a calm manner which helps with nerves when you're in the chair! Courtney has a lovely way of reminding us of the importance of dental hygiene and is so gental with her cleans! Linda, Jade and Jaz all do a wonderful job with backing up the dentists and Courtney. Fantastic experience: I move around a lot and have had many dentists in my life, which unfortunately also comes with some bad experiences. I decided to look in some Facebook groups for recommendations and Trevor at Oasis Dental kept popping up, so I tried my luck. I had so much pain in my mouth, and was pretty worried about the condition of my teeth, as I was a heavy smoker for 18 years. Another dentist had told me what I needed done which I was very nervous about, until I came in to Oasis and met Trevor. He made up a plan, went through it carefully with me, was very patient and present at all times. Once we started the dental work, I was basically waiting for the pain to start, but in all honesty it never did. If you are nervous about the dentist this is place to go. The staff at the front are beautiful and caring and you will feel at ease as soon as you step in. So a big thank you to the team, I won’t say I “can’t wait” to be back, but I’m definitely not scared to come in. Cheers!

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in over 5 years and was apprehensive about booking in as I had had bad experiences with dentists in the past. I saw Dr Trevor and he was incredibly polite, calm and reassuring. I didn't feel rushed at all during the appointment. Quite the opposite, he made me feel heard and listened carefully to all of my concerns which I greatly appreciated. He was incredibly thorough with his examination and got to the bottom of some issues that I have. The whole experience was pain free and I am genuinely looking forward to my future appointments (something I never thought I would feel). My consult with Nat regarding my root canal was very smooth. She reassured me that it was an easy fix. Which put me at ease. She treated me like I was a valued family member. I am so grateful to have come across these wonderful dentists. They are doing an amazing job for the community.

Fantastic experience: Oasis dental in Pottsville is hands down the best practice I have ever been to. The interior is absolutely stunning and clean. The reception staff were extremely friendly and warm. I saw Dr Trevor and he was excellent! He has the best patient rapport. I went into the appointment with a lot of fear and uncertainty around my gum sensitivity and he was able to get straight down to the source of the problem. During the whole session, he made me feel very safe through his continuous and reassuring communication. I also had a consult with Natalia for my jaw alignment/bite and I felt very well looked after. She is confident, professional and has a great sense of humour . I appreciate the transparency in regards to the cost of all future appointments in my dental plan, and look forward to visiting again!

I had been seeing the same dentist in Brisbane for most of my adult life until I realised I should be using a local practice. So I did a lot of research. I have had amalgam removed and some restoration work done by Dr Natalia and Dr Trevor and both have been so professional, friendly and conscious. The team at the practice have all been amazing. I booked my appointment with Dr Kyle this morning at Pottsville, my whole perception changed after the appointment. He made me feel so comfortable and explained each step of procedure thoroughly and checked on me every now and then to make sure am ok. I am very happy with my appointment and recommend Dr Kyle at oasis dental And also a big thank you to nurse Jashmine (sorry if I got your name wrong)

Fantastic experience: I travel from Iluka, NSW just to see Dr. Natalia. She does a great job of my cleanings and shows me my x-rays. Explaining what is happening with my teeth; and what I can do as preventative care. (Eg. flossing…) She is very personable and nonjudgmental of the state of peoples teeth, as my Husband’s are quite damaged. She made it a positive experience for him. Today I had Jade assisting with my cleaning and found they made a good dental team. No matter where you go dentistry is expensive, but at least with Dr. Natalia I feel I am getting the best care for the money.
