Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Advanced Dental Spa, I am totally scared of dentists and hadn't been for 10 years, Dr Victor Tan was so patient and very gentle with me. He explained everything and took his time to settle my nerves and made sure I didn't feel any pain. All the staff from the receptionist to the dental staff are very friendly and put you at ease straight away. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Tan for several years now, and I couldn't be happier to have found such an excellent dentist. Dr. Tan is always polite, kind, and highly professional. He recently did a crown for me, and the results were absolutely fantastic - I'm thrilled with how it turned out! During one visit, he identified a significant gum issue I wasn't aware of and has been instrumental in helping me heal my gums since then. Thanks to his care and expertise, my gums are now healthy, and my crown has been flawless. If you're looking for a skilled and caring dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Tan :)

All of the staff including reception are so kind and take good care of you, especially Dr Janet. Clean and comfortable practice too. Fantastic experience: Have had the best experience with Dr. Victor Tan for the removal of my wisdom teeth. Had all 3 removed at once and he was extremely friendly, patient and gentle making the supposed nerve wracking procedure a painless and pleasant one. His genuine care for my recovery was followed up with a courtesy call to ensure everything was fine and suggested I pop in the same day so he could ensure my concerns were addressed. The dental clinic was clean and all staff were welcoming.

Negative experience: Dentist - Victor Tan Worst dentist we had ever came across. Zero patience with children. Went in yesterday with my son to fix his tooth decay. This was our second visit, and on the first visit, due to his fear, Victor Tan was not able to fix it. On our 2nd visit, upon seeing (3mins) my son's tooth condition , he instantly referred us to a pediatric dental specialist. He said it had to be extracted and had to be sorted out by a specialist. Later in the day we went to Leeming dental. The amazing and patient team extracted my son's tooth immediately. If you do not have the patience to deal with a child, please state in your booking system to not take in child patient. That 3minute of "consultation" might be the easiest money for you but you are wasting people's time and effort.

Fantastic experience: For years i had smiled with my mouth closed, in an advanced stage of decay/neglect with a skewed pallet I had given up on my teeth thinking implants the only way. Janet was recommended as she would deliver the best outcome, and best value for money as she is a perfectionist. The 12 crowns (including 2 bridges) to the upper pallet look amazing, a brightness suitable for my age and so natural that nobody thinks they are crowns. Janet a heart felt thank you, for giving me back my grin :-D your the best of the best.

Fantastic experience: I always had a bad experience with dentists and hate my dental visits. adding to that my previous dentist didnt do the root canal properly and caused an infection. Until i see Dr Victor Tan and he showed me the xray and explained clearly what is happening with my teeth, answered my worry and questions in detail, discuss the treatment options, didnt rush his work and did tooth extraction with minimum pain, gave me an after care check list and follow up call. He also kept the cost to minimum. He is the best ! thank you

Fantastic experience: I had a bad experience with dentists in the past and always anxious before the visit it was nightmare. BUT Dr. Victor Tan changed that, visit to dentist becomes more pleasant and informative. He addressed the condition/problem in detail, explained the procedure and answered all of my questions/ worry patiently in simple words, friendly but yet professional. He gave me assurance and understanding. My 3 kids (7yr, 5 yrs, 10 month) also went to see him and they love him. Very accurate, gentle, neat and didnt rush his work. Fantastic experience: When I was a child I had a few mishaps with my front teeth and as such they never looked quite right. I recently took the plunge and had crowns placed on front teeth. Janet did an amazing job! I’m really happy with how my new teeth look and can now smile in a photo with confidence. I would definitely recommend Janet and her friendly staff at Advanced Dental Spa.

Fantastic experience: I urgently needed some dental treatment a few weeks ago & could only get an appointment with Advanced Dental Spa for what ended up being a crown, which I half expected anyway. Dr Victor Tan was so respectful of my nerves & as he gently counted backwards with the needle, he completely relaxed me. He is the only dentist to repeatedly sit me up to rest my shaky jaw during the treatment & just to have a rest. Thank goodness I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else, as he will be my permanent dentist now. Cannot speak highly enough of all the staff here & how comfortable they made me feel, thankyou

Positive experience: Great team of dentists, but may I suggest both dentist and dental hygienist to remain professional at all times while performing treatments on patients. Leave the conversations, gossip and small talk in the lunch room; doing that in a middle of a treatment in the presence of the patient is simply not acceptable.
