Fantastic experience: Being a regular patient I cannot recommend Fady and the team at Peninsula smiles enough. Over the past few years I have basically had a full mouth transformation from Invisalign to internal whitening to fillings and crowns to bonding on my front 6 teeth top and bottom. The professionalism, communication, kindness and skill shown in all areas is second to none. I have and will continue recommending Fady and the team to all my friends and family as I truly think they’re the best clinic I have come across. Negative experience: Service is good but prices are really expensive - $600 to examine and tighten screws on existing implants all done in 30 mins.

I had a chat with your treating dentist and they explained to me that it was actually two loose implant crowns that needed attention, not one. They advised you regarding the anticipated cost prior to you consenting, both medically and financially to go ahead with the treatment, and as a gesture, they also did not charge you for the radiograph that you needed. My practice manager reached out to you, to inquire if there is anything we can do to help, and you opted to leave a 2 star google review. It is a bit disheartening, given the fact that it was 2 teeth that needed attention, not one, and you were not charged for the radiograph. If there is anything we can do to help, please reach out. Embarked on the journey of getting porcelain and veneers on my teeth and am so happy. My jaw was out of alignment making my face crooked. Negative experience: Lovely dentist and staff, however very expensive - $100 for a check-up alone, so I decided not to proceed with the clean given that was an additional $220. Would be beneficial to advise new clients of these costs at time of booking.

Fantastic experience: I moved from Sydney to Melbourne 8 months ago and needed to find a new dentist. After reading other reviews I tried Barkly Street Dental in Mornington and I'm glad I did. A crown on one of my teeth broke and I was referred to Sahi one of their dentists. To remove the remainder of my old crown and to prepare it for a new one is an intense and laborious procedure but Sahi was extremely professional and competent. Negative experience: I was charged $800 for a minor wisdom tooth procedure, 15 mins in the chair, the dentist was grumpy and did not explain anything, there was not a nice energy in this clinic, I will not be going back. I have found a great dentist in Frankston, my next wisdom tooth is costing $350 to be removed and the staff are lovely.

I understand that wisdom teeth removal can be a bit stressful, and complicated at times, like the one we helped you out with. Some are more complicated than others, some require surgical treatment, while others are a straight forward tooth removal. This guides the pricing for wisdom teeth extraction. I was glad to hear that the procedure went smoothly, and you did not have any trouble afterwards. But I am disappointed that we did not meet your expectations.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed Invisalign treatment in under a year and I’m so happy with the results. Fantastic experience: This was the second time I’ve been to Barkly street dental. My first appointment I was very early in my pregnancy and they where able to give advice and guidance on how to care for my teeth and gums while being pregnant. My appointment today was just as good as the first, I’m now 38 weeks pregnant and the staff made sure I was comfortable throughout my check and clean. I highly recommend seeing them, especially if you are planning to have a baby or expecting.

Fantastic experience: My teeth were in shocking condition and a great cause of shame. I required adhesive restorations, fillings, extractions... I was treated by Dr. Sahithya Reddy Sanjeeva and her lovely Dental Nurse. They performed, without a shade of a doubt, absolute miracles. Dr Sahi was gentle, patient, understanding and very skilled. She went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and did a fabulous and very exact job. There was no pain, no judgement - just a reassurance that I'd be left with a lovely smile again - and I was!!! Thanks also to the wonderful Debbie at reception who was always professional, yet understanding...with a great sense of humor. What I was fearing would be a scary, painful experience turned out to be a pleasant, life changing treatment session.

Fantastic experience: My first time visit to this Dental Clinic. 1. The girls on the desk were more than helpful to me. Amanda secured me an appointment at no notice for my dental emergency. Even thiough I was not yet a client she made me feel that I was a valued patient that had been coming there for years. 2. I had Dr Fady Goher carry out my difficult procedure. He explained everything along the way and checked the price with me. During the procedure, which would be a normally very painful one, I was given very sufficient pain management. Dr Fady also checked many times along the "journey" to make sure I was comfortable and pain free. The procedure took over the an hour and he achieved an excellent result for me. 3. Darshika is his dental nurse and she was very kind and gentle with me. She is very efficient at her profession. I will be attending this Clinic from now and and can highly recommend them to anyone who wants a caring and professional procedure. PS. They even called me the next day to ask how i was feeling. You just dont get service like that anymore. So refreshing.
