Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Alex for a few years now, and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s incredibly attentive and caring, always taking the time to listen and make sure I feel comfortable. He’s approachable, happy to help with any questions, and never makes you feel rushed. On top of that, his knowledge and professionalism give me complete confidence that I’m getting the best care possible. It’s always a positive experience, and I truly appreciate the excellent care he provides.

Fantastic experience: This is my third visit to Rowe St Dental. Dr. Alex removed my wisdom teeth and also did a regular check-up. I'm confident that Rowe St Dental doesn’t over-treat like many other clinics I’ve been to. Dr. Alex provides precise care for my teeth and even pays attention to my brushing habits. I’ll definitely visit again, and I’ll be recommending them to my friends for sure.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kim is a very good and professional dentist. Ever since my two children started coming here, they haven’t wanted to go to any other clinic. He always gives great advice and doesn’t blindly encourage you to spend money on dental treatments. The kids really like Dr. Kim and are not afraid of going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was referred from a friend to Dr Kim with really bad wisdom toothache which I was hoping to get it removed overseas. However the pain was so severe for over a week I had to see a dentist before travelling. Dr Kim is a lifesaver, he was very professional and very clear on addressing my concerns. I took an x-ray to find out the wisdom tooth was very rotten and best to be removed right away, he made time for me on the spot and had it removed straight away. There were some pains which is expected, I took Nurofen for a few days and it's all fine now. The overall experience was really good. The clinic is very clean and the receptionist was very kind in making everything work for me. I've just got my stitches removed today and I'll definitely come back here for my future routine check up even it's far away from home.

Fantastic experience: Really good experience getting my teeth cleaned and check up. Reception was nice, friendly and smooth. Dr Kim and his assistant were both lovely. The main thing that I appreciated was that I didnt felt rushed in the process to get my cleaning done and get onto the next client. Dr Kim sat down with me and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and explained things in a way that would make clear sense to someone who didnt go to dentistry school!! Fantastic experience: When my 10-year-old son accidentally broke his permanent front tooth while playing in the late afternoon, I was completely panicked. It was such an unexpected situation, especially since we had been preparing for his future orthodontic needs, including baby tooth extractions. In that moment, the only person I could think of was Dr. Kim. Dr. Kim was incredibly calm and reassuring, giving us quick, clear advice. Thanks to him, we were able to safely bring the broken tooth fragment to the clinic. The very next morning, as soon as the clinic opened, my son was treated, and the broken tooth was successfully reattached. Dr. Kim took great care to preserve the nerve, and miraculously, the tooth healed perfectly. His expertise in preserving the nerve and ensuring the tooth healed was truly remarkable. He took the time to explain all possible outcomes before the procedure, and his follow-up care was equally meticulous. 3 months later, he checked on the progress of the treatment, and now 6 months later, my son’s tooth is still in perfect condition, thanks to Dr. Kim’s exceptional care. I regret not writing this review sooner, but I truly trust Dr. Kim’s medical expertise. He and his team at Rowe Dental Clinic are exceptional. Not only do we trust him with our child’s care, but he is also our family’s primary dentist.

Negative experience: I went for teeth gap fillings less than two months ago and had it done by the doctor. Last week I felt pain from the same area. I wanted to check whether it is the filling done properly or it’s caused by other issues elsewhere. So I went to book me in with the receptionist and I asked if they are going to charge for this checkup. The lady said depending on what the doctor says and didn’t guarantee this appointment will be free. So I said what I need is just a quick simple look at the fillings. I don’t even want him to check anything else. If the fillings are alright I will go home. I think it’s quite normal to check after one and half month to see things are alright. But the lady still refuses to say it will be free of charge and repeated the same answer. Remember I just get the teeth filling done for less than two months and because the pain comes from roughly the same area I am just a little suspicious about something might be wrong with the fillings. Went to the doctor and they found out the pain is not from the fillings but from two teeth behind. I said alright I’ll come back later for the new tooth. Then shockingly the doctor started saying how upsetting he is when we doubted his work and how we can demand a free service from him. He kept saying we don’t trust him. Today when I book an appointment to get the other tooth fixed one of the receptionist (different one, mandarin speaking) told me the doctor was angry because I didn’t express enough how thankful I am to the doctor last time after being checked. The doctor thinks he should charge me for the check up and he didn’t so I owe him a big thank you now. Then the receptionist kept on saying that the doctor is so proud of his job that if anyone has any doubt on his work he will be upset. And from my experience he will not be hesitate to tell you in your face how upset he is. In terms of doctors skills he might be pretty good. In terms of of how the whole clinic handles customers, including interactions between the doctor and patients, it is the one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: Front desk kindly welcomes and the doctor conducts the operation in a skillful manner and thoroughly and kindly explains the procedure when necessary, as well as the further care the patient can do to improve their dental health.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kim and his whole staff is next level!!! Worth 5 stars! They go above and beyond. A service I've never experienced in my life. I went to take my wisdom tooth out. It was complicated but he explained thoroughly with indepth knowledge about the complexity of the procedure. He took his time and took no risks with possible permanent damage. They took extra xrays before and mid operation. He even gave me a follow up call THAT DAY to check if I'm all good. Whaaaat?!! Blown away. Hands down to the most caring staff, they packed me extra gauge for possible excessive bleeding. He and his staff are thorough and genuinely care about you!

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best service I have ever experienced at a dentistry centre, yes you might have to pay a gap but it is WORTH IT. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr Kim honestly has the most gentle hands (very important when you're getting a wisdom tooth out !!!) and really understands the patients concerns and fears. Fantastic experience: I’ve been recommended by my friend to take my mum to this clinic to see Dr. Kim. My mother has been having a VERY COMPLEX teeth issues for many years but hadn’t been fixed properly by other dentists. Major dental procedures for my mother who is from China without dental insurance can be very costly. But Dr. Kim has been providing a reasonable price. I would say that we would never regret paying for the results we have seen. Dr Kim is very knowledgeable about things he is doing while also being able to excellently explain everything in a simple language. He addresses all our concerns after every procedures. We are very impressed by how Dr. Kim building trust, his consistent hard work and knowledge. Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dental clinic in Eastwood. Dr. Kim is very thorough in his explanation of the cause of my discomfort as well as the treatment plan he had for me. He and his team made sure any preparation leading up to the procedure has been followed and maintained contact after. Dr. Kim is also great with kids. I took my 4-year-old for his first dental checkup, not only was he not scared or cried during the examination but also he left with a smile (and gift). He explains condition thoroughly everytime and I'm happy to be treated. He is the only one dentist telling me that I have clenching teeth.
