Fantastic experience: From the receptionist to the dentist and dental assistant, my experience at My Smile Clinic was exceptional. I was seeking a new dentist as I required the extraction of two teeth and was experiencing significant anxiety. From the moment I entered the clinic, I felt a sense of calm, which greatly eased my concerns. It is rare to find a dental practice that genuinely understands and accommodates patients with anxiety, and the team at My Smile Clinic did so with professionalism and care. I highly recommend their services, and my entire family will now be attending My Smile Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and have been seeing Dr. Ana Ngo. Not only is she highly professional and excellent at her work, but she also makes you feel comfortable right away. I’d recommend Dr. Ana any day of the week—she truly makes going to the dentist feel a lot less intimidating.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment with My Smile Dental online, which was seamless and easy. I booked in for a clean with Jennie, and was amazed at the service that I received. Jennie explained every step and ensured that I understood what was going on with my teeth along the way. After my clean, she went through what she recommended for me to get done (fillings) and also explained the why, which I really appreciated as not many dentists or hygienists/oral health therapists do. Fantastic experience: Great dental clinic for kids. My 5 year old comes running in to see Jennie with a smile every visit. Jennie is so patient and great with my daughter and makes every visit enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this clinic as it’s clean, inviting and everyone is so helpful and kind :)

Positive experience: Dr Cindy and her assistant made me feel calm and comfortable, especially considering how anxious I was. It was a positive overall experience - from customer service to procedure. They are now my regular dentist! My only issue is the $100 cancellation fee - it's excessive, and sometimes things happen that are out of our control.

Fantastic experience: WOW :) What an Amazing Team at " My Smile Dental Sydenham ". This is my 3rd visit in the past month and I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed at a Dental Practice :) :). From when I walked in, Sydney (Office\Reception Manager) had welcomed me and the staff were very comforting. As like other people, I had a fear with Dentists and that fear has now totally gone with the Help and Professionalism from Dr Cindy Lay and Jade (Dental Nurse). The Communication & Detailed Procedures were clearly explained from Dr Cindy. One of the things that I was Very Impressed with was that you are Treated as a Patient & Not a Number. Fantastic experience: Im in my 70’s and had my very first encounter with a dentist, Dr Albinia David from “My Smile Dental Sydenham”. After seeking some references and giving it much consideration suffice it is to say I took the plunge - was very nervous initially but I needn’t have been Dr Albinia David was excellent and beyond in her treatment of me and allayed all of my underlying fears when it comes to dentistry, hence the next few appointments were a breeze so thank you Dr Albinia. Also a big shout out to the staff and receptionists who are extremely polite and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant and the place was clean and bright. If you’re hesitant and unsure about looking for a good dentist then “My Smile Dental Sydenham” is THE place. I saw Dr Albania David but I’m certain the others are just as good. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Dr Ahmed Mekkawy enough! Made my most feared experience of molar extraction so manageable. He is gentle, patient and very compassionate. The team at my smile made the whole experience less daunting. Highly recommend Dr Ahmed and my smile clinic.

Positive experience: Suffering tooth pain, just 2 days before the Easter break, I realised that if I didn't get it attended to quickly, it would be days before I could get relief. I tried several dentists who were all unable to help.Upon calling My Smile, I was asked to wait a few minutes while they tried to fit me in. I was happy to be told they could see me today. A couple of hours later, dental work done and I could look forward to being pain free. A big thank you to the receptionists and dental people. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: It's always a good experience coming to My smile dental. Staff are helpful and friendly. The whole place has a calm vibe to it and is warm relaxing, from the fish tank in the corner to the coffee station and the TV playing childrens movies. Staff explain proceedures and are always attentive to any questions you may have. I've been going there for over 20 years and although staff may change the calm and relaxing nature of the practice doesn't. I highly recommend My Smile Dental.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend seeing Dr Cindy Lay I've had several fillings done by her and never felt any pain, even when giving local anesthetic. She was very gentle and efficient. I felt so comfortable that I almost fell asleep during the procedure. I'm less avoidant of seeing the dentist now.

Fantastic experience: I live in Rosebud, but travel to my smile dental in Melbourne because, I am treated with care and respect. Their treatments are average in price , and they will provide a payment plan if need be. The staff are all friendly, make your comfort a priority, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: We were referred to My Smile through a friend. My son needed an emergency extraction. Being only 7 years old, I was terrified for him but the wonderful staff were very supportive and reassuring throughout the entire process. Isabelle and the dental nurse took great care of my son, and the reception helped keep my daughter occupied so she didn't have to see what was happening. We have called the clinic a few times for a second and third opinion, and follow up questions which they happily provide. The knowledge and honesty from the reception staff, particularly Adriana, has been so helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic to friends and family.
