Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr Neil Raj for a check-up and advice following a minor injury, and then brought my son in for a tooth extraction with Dr Jason Bishop. Both were punctual and professional with an open and friendly manner, and gave good, honest advice. Friendly and attentive service at reception, too. We left impressed, and in good spirits.

Fantastic experience: Maheen was amazing! I’ve never felt so comfortable at the dentist. She explained everything clearly in terms I could actually understand. I could tell she really took her time, and the whole consult was centred around me. The whole vibe in the room was just so nice. I left feeling valued, relaxed, and confident in my care and I’ll definitely be back just to see her. Liana and all the other reception staff are also really lovely and welcoming. Highly highly recommend!

While Dr Ebru Oz is a stand-out, every dentist I have had a check-up and clean with at Holistic Dental is great. Front of house staff are always very warm and friendly too :)

Whether a simple clean and polish, a crown and even adult wisdom teeth extraction, I have always received excellent treatment. I particularly appreciate the consistency with the teams attentive bedside manner. They offer such supportive care and are attentive enough to give helpful follow up advise. They take a holistic approach, respecting personal preferences by allowing you to opt out of chemicals, including the local anesthetics typically used for fillings, such as lidocaine and epinephrine. They don’t push fluoride and offer cavity treatments without injections if preferred. The care is professional, accommodating, and truly tailored to your needs. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Sam Talpis went beyond measure to ensure I was satisfied with a completely holistic approach in terms of non metal implants and non cadaver bone grafting. Sam went that extra mile with the TGA to ensure I received an implant that was completely ceramic. I am satisfied to be the first person in Australia to receive the z- system implants. I couldn’t be more grateful. An excellent result was achieved in the hands of a craftsman dentist. Thanks you so much Sam.

Not only am I absolutely thrilled with my implant (it looks better than my real teeth) Sam made sure I was informed and reassured at every step of the way. After a couple of bad dental experiences over the years I was super anxious, but Sam's caring and understanding nature made the whole process so much easier. Sam's work is precise, with every millimetre checked and reviewed, and as this was my front tooth I couldn't have asked for any better! I really cannot recommend him highly enough!! Negative experience: Been going here for years however, had a recent visit due to tooth pain. I pointed out the exact tooth with pain, but dentist insisted it was the tooth next to it that needed a filling. While that was probably true, the pain in the tooth I went in for originally has only gotten worse.. Frustrated I wasn't listened to and got a filling on a tooth where I had no pain and am still in discomfort weeks later. - Not using birth name for privacy reasons.

Negative experience: I got recommended a unenthusiastic hygienist that wasn't able to answer my dental questions, then I got charged extra for a lazily administered service that I didn't ask for or agree to. Felt like the guy didn't want to be there. To top it, they made a specialist referral but never sent it through. I've been following up the extra charge and the missing referral for a month now with no call back or response to emails. Really disappointing stuff.
