Dr Nimra was fantastic so I'll be making this my regular spot! They also made sure everything was covered gap free which was greatly appreciated!

Negative experience: My first couple of visits were ok but my last ones were bad. I was spoken down to as though I was a naughty child. The filling that I had done to stabilise a cracked tooth was bad to the point I have had it redone elsewhere. During this rework I was asked when my teeth has last been cleaned, they couldn't believe that it was a couple of months ago. I am now significantly out of pocket from the additional rework. They didn't give me my Bupa card at the end of the appointment as I didn't remember either, it was just shear fluke that I realised that it was missing as they didn't bother calling to let me know or even post it out. They had a pile of cards so I'm definitely not the only one this has happened to. Really it's not that difficult at the end of the day to pick the phone up and make a couple of calls. I will definitely not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Dr. Manjinder for the excellent care given to my family. Recently, my 11-year-old daughter had a filling done, and my mother had a tooth extracted. Both procedures were carried out so neatly, gently, and professionally. My daughter felt very comfortable, and my mother’s extraction was done with such care that she had no issues afterwards. Dr. Manjinder’s kind approach, clear explanations, and skillful work really stood out. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and professional dentist.

Negative experience: Had one of the worst experiences with Dr. Manjinder Kaur. I went in for a filling for my chipped tooth, and I was extremely unhappy with the results. During the treatment, Dr Manjinder constantly kept on conversing with my father and pausing her work. She asked me if I thought the color match was right or not, I thought it was too dark but she dismissed my opinion on MY teeth and said it's right. The entire time she was unfocused and when she was done, the shape of the tooth was humongous so I asked her to change it, she did but after I told her she hasn't done it right to which she insisted it was correct. The filling was transparent, too yellow not levelled. When I told her the color was too yellow she replied(and I quote) "your teeth are too yellow". Afterwards, I got some expert opinions from my experienced orthodontist and a few dental aestheticians, and also to them the dental build up was poorly done. What I was most disappointed about was that Dr. Manjinder dismissed me opinions and was not focused at all during the treatment. She told us about her entire life story (we didn't ask, or engage in it). Now I have to get my build up done AGAIN by a professional, thanks to Dr. Manjinder. All of the other staff are wonderful, and great at their work especially Dr. Rekha. I do not recommend Dr. Manjinder at all, but otherwise the clinic is great.

Fantastic experience: I always visit doctor Nimra for myself and kids. She is such an amazing dentist. My kids are always super comfortable with her and remind me themselves, every six months, that it’s almost time to visit Dr Nimra

Fantastic experience: It is a funny thing to say "I love going to the dentist" but that really is my expression when I attend my appointments at Bupa Dental Werribee. The staff (both reception and dentists/assistants) are always so genuine and lovely and helpful. They share great tips and advice and my teeth are in the best shape they have been in years. They make it so easy to book appointments and are flexible if I need to make changes. Everything is always clean and feels new which is nice.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the treatment and overall experience I recently had at your clinic, which has left me in significant pain, distress, and financial hardship. I initially visited your clinic for a wisdom tooth extraction and was advised to undergo a CT cone beam scan for better assessment, which I found reasonable and paid 400 out of pocket for it. After obtaining the scan, I contacted your office to confirm if you had received the results, only to be asked to personally deliver the CD. When I visited to drop off the CD, Dr. Rekha briefly saw me. However, I was surprised to be charged a consultation fee, despite no substantial consultation or service being provided at that time. Following the review of the scan, I was given an appointment for the extraction, with confirmation that it could be performed at your clinic. On the day of the scheduled extraction, I arrived a few minutes late, but was not called in until approximately 10 minutes after my appointment time. Once inside, the doctor asked whether I was aware of the procedure and the associated risks. I informed her that I had not been provided with any prior explanation. After a brief explanation, I was informed that the procedure would have to be cancelled and rescheduled as it was already 15 minutes past my appointment time and the next patient was waiting. I was extremely disappointed, especially given that I had taken time off work for this appointment. Nevertheless, I was charged another consultation fee without any procedure being performed. I was rescheduled for April 17th. I arrived 30 minutes early, but was still called in approximately 9 minutes late. During the procedure, after anesthesia was administered, I experienced sharp and unbearable pain when the doctor attempted to extract the tooth. I expressed my pain immediately, but was told that it was likely just anxiety, which I firmly believe was not the case. I am not pain-sensitive, and the pain was real and severe. Ultimately, the procedure was unsuccessful: my tooth was broken, I was sent home bleeding, and was referred to a specialist for further treatment. I left the clinic in far worse condition than when I arrived — having come in healthy and pain-free, and leaving in extreme pain with a cracked tooth. I was advised to go to emergency care if the pain worsened, but no immediate solution was provided. Given this experience, I have serious concerns and would like to ask: Who is responsible for the ongoing pain and suffering I am enduring, the financial loss I am facing due to missed work, and the additional expenses I will now incur to have my tooth properly treated by a specialist? I trusted your clinic to provide appropriate and competent care. Instead, the decisions made during my treatment — including proceeding despite signs of infection and without ensuring proper anesthesia — have left me in a severely compromised state. It is clear that your clinic and the treating dentist had a duty of care to: • Properly assess whether the extraction was advisable under the circumstances, • Ensure complete anesthesia and pain management before proceeding, and • Avoid exacerbating my condition unnecessarily. The failure to meet these obligations may constitute professional negligence, resulting in significant pain, emotional distress, and financial loss for which I believe the clinic bears responsibility. I respectfully request a detailed explanation regarding: • Why my case was handled in this manner, • Why repeated consultation fees were charged without proper services rendered, and • What the clinic intends to do to address the harm and inconvenience caused. I expect a prompt and formal response to this complaint.

Fantastic experience: Recently I took my two kids to Bupa Dental Werribee for routine check-ups. Dr. Rekha and her assistant Lena were phenomenal. They used their expertise and calming demeanor to truly ease my kids' nerves. Both kids walked away happily with toys provided by Dr. Rekha. I'll highly recommend this practice to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to BUPA Werribee for a while now. Experience with Dr Rekha is always exceptional and she really care about our dental health. I like the fact that she is always thinking ahead of us and tell us what needs to be done by what time so we don’t get surprise bills. Our kids had Dr Rekha for their check-ups and they are never scared. They love dental visits and I don’t have to lie or anything like that to get them in for regular check up! She also never forget presents for them whenever they are in for visit!

Fantastic experience: Was very apprehensive of dentists but Dr Vanessa was extremely professional, kind and courteous. She gave me a complete run down of my teeth issues and the remedial plan. Front staff was also very courteous and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tahir is very thorough and explained my condition really well. It's a quick cleaning. Best of all, because now I'm with BUPA DENTAL, I don't have to pay for gap, which sometimes can cause more "pain" than the teeth

Negative experience: I had the most horrendous experience with this dental practice. I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance, only to receive a call on the day of my appointment informing me that the time needed to be changed. Fair enough, they offered me two options: 3:20 or 4:40. I chose 4:40, thinking it would work out fine. Little did I know, they failed to send any confirmation message or email. When I arrived at the practice, they had the audacity to inform me that my appointment was actually at 3:40, not 4:40 as I had agreed upon. Not only did I miss my appointment, but they also refused to accommodate me because apparently, the dentist had already left. This level of incompetence and lack of communication is simply unacceptable. ***UPDATE: After posting my initial review, I was pleasantly surprised by the clinic's proactive response hence the change in rating from one to three. They reached out to me, offered sincere apologies, and provided alternative appointment options, which were very convenient. Upon visiting the practice, I found the staff to be supportive, and the dentist demonstrated great knowledge and helpfulness as always. While my initial experience was disappointing, their efforts to rectify the situation were commendable, and I left feeling satisfied with the service provided.

Fantastic experience: We are a family of 5 that had to do the bi-annual routine check-up and clean. We were all very happy that we decided to return to Bupa Dental at Pacific Werribee and have Dr Manjinder Kaur as our dentist. She was very thorough during the routine check and was gentle during the clean (gums were not sore after). She took extra time to explain and show our 3 kids the proper way of brushing and flossing. My husband was also very happy for his filling procedure which was done the day prior. We have been using a dental practice for more than 5yrs prior to Bupa Dental but our good dentists had left and we have no information on where they had move. However, we are happy that we may have found our forever dental practice at Bupa Dental Werribee with Dr Kaur as our family dentist. We are also thankful to the reception Mandy(not sure if I got the name right) but she was also to accomodate us the moment a booking was cancelled and also booked an emergency appointment to have my husband’s broken filling repaired asap. Looking forward to more pleasant dental appointments!

Negative experience: I visited Bupa Werribee. The dentists are very good but the staff on the reception named Natalia is very rude. She has no communication skills when it comes down to acknowledging customers concerns. I was asked to come early 10 minutes before my actual appointment time, but time went past my actual appointment time. I asked why I was called early when I have to wait still. Instead of explaining the issue she was very rude and instead she made me feel bad for asking this question.I waited for approximately 30 minutes before I asked this question.
