Fantastic experience: As someone who has feared dentists for most of her life and has been once (somewhere else) in the last 20 years, my now 3 visits to Artarmon Dentist have been a revelation in the best possible way. Being as scared as I was, Dr Rola was really patient and empathetic with me, and took amazing care of me. The procedures that I've had done have been so smooth and painless, with no discomfort afterwards either. I might actually be overcoming my fear in general of the dentist, and this is all due to Artarmon Dentists! I highly recommend them and I personally won't be going anywhere else after discovering them.

My family have been coming to Artarmon Dentists for 6 years and have never had a bad experience with cleaning, fillings and crowns, and now Invisalign. Negative experience: Artarmon Dentist completed a root canal and crown for me around 6 years ago. When the crown was fitted it was too large for my mouth. The dentist at the time ground down my bottom tooth so I could close my mouth properly for the new crown to fit. I have spent close to $4000 on that one tooth/crown since due to the fact it’s too large for my mouth. It’s been a pressure point when I bite down and as a result was able to ‘move’ resulting in it getting infected and requiring further orthodontic work. The reason I am writing this review 6 years after the fact is because the crown cost me around $3000 - now I am still years later paying thousands of dollars to fix issues due to the fact it was never fitted properly in the first place.

All my appointments were in the afternoon, Radhika was never running late, or went over the scheduled appointment time. She was always available and willing to answer any questions throughout. Fantastic experience: The team at Artamon Dentists is fantastic. I booked an emergency appointment when I had my dental wire at the back of my teeth come off. They were able to get me checked in right away. Speaking with Dr Nick, it was uncovered that my teeth were needing proactive treatment to slow wear and tear. He was able to get my wire sorted and a plan in place to better manage my teeth moving forward. I have since had several sessions at Artamon Dentists. The time and care provided to me has been excellent, and I cannot recommend the practice more.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming to Artarmon Dentists for well over 10 years. Nick always takes the time to explain any ongoing procedures which are more frequent with advancing years. He also manages pain to a minimum which is most appreciated. Nick is also big on preventative maintenance to avoid more drastic consequences in future years. Reception team are great at working around our movements & fitting us in the very busy booking schedule.

Fantastic experience: After being stuck overseas during the COVID lockdowns and having to make do with some pretty average dental experiences during that time, it was such a pleasure to walk through the door at Artarmon Dentists. Every member of their team is incredibly professional and also lovely to talk to. It's also very refreshing to see a dental practice take a more holistic approach to care and dental health, being far more focused on understanding (and solving!) the underlying issues rather than simply patching up the end result with fillings. Leaving after my first appointment, I knew that I had found my dentist for years to come.

Fantastic experience: I originally found Artarmon Dentists as they were listed as an emergency dentist so I booked in. I've now changed to them permanently from my old dentist. I've had to have a lot of work done (unfortunately) but have found John Woo to be fabulous. He explains everything perfectly so I know exactly what's going on. I also love the dental assistants and the administration staff. They are all exceptionally friendly and warm. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had a truly excellent experience with Artarmon Dentists and Especially with Nick the dentist, and not just because he has a great name. I had an accident at work and smashed my two front teeth with the swing of hammer. Nick was able to make room in his busy schedule to see me on the day, he quickly made a plan to fix my teeth and got started right away on a temporary solution to keep me looking and feeling normal as-well as a permanent solution for the long term. Every moment when i had to get into that chair to have work done on my teeth Nick and his staff were always very calming and relaxing and patient with me who does not respond great to needles. the result at the end of this experience is amazing and no one would be the wiser looking at my teeth to think i had smashed them the bits only a few months ago. would highly recommend Nick and his team to anyone looking for anything teeth related. The facilities are very modern with amazing equipment. I've had to be treated by both Dr Nick Mehtha and Dr Radikha Bahtia and they are both highly professional, they explain everything thoroughly, allow you to make decisions, and once the decision is made, they get on with the job with aplomb. I feel very confident in their hands. Keren, the Hygienist, is highly skilled and helps you understand how to manage your oral hygiene on a daily basis. Jacoline at the front desk is a friendly first contact on your visit, and very helpful with all the administrative matters and after care. It's a friendly, professional team, and despite my almost profound dislike of visiting the dentist, I feel I'm in the best of hands. I couldn't recommend Artarmon Dentists more highly.

Fantastic experience: We have had two emergency trips to Artarmon Dentists this year with our young girls. Dr Bhatla was recommended to us by friends after my 7 year old chipped her front adult tooth and my 5 year old developed an abscess on a baby tooth. Both times Dr Bhatla has been kind, patient and so gentle with my girls and made what could have been potentially a traumatic experience, such a positive one. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Artarmon dentists for a couple of years now and they have incredible service. I got my braces on and off with them and they kept really on top of it. As anyone who’s had braces knows, it’s an uncomfortable experience and you can’t wait to get them off. Dr Radhika had me come in regularly to make adjustments and keep the process moving quickly. They’ve always made sure I’m comfortable and understand the process. I can’t fault them.

Fantastic experience: After having a history of bad experiences with dentists that eventually led to a tooth being extracted (which could have been avoided), I was scared I will never find someone I can truly trust, but knew I need to get an implant. After researching a lot of dentists, I eventually found Dr. Nick Mehta and his team and thought I would give it a chance. Best decision ever. Dr. Nick takes his time to fully understand the problem, finds the best solutions for you and explains everything in detail to you. I visited 10 times in the last couple of months, got 6 teeth's fixed up and an implant and crown for the missing tooth. Every single visit, including a 1.5 hour implant surgery, I felt as if my happiness and health are the only things that matters to the business. I have not felt so cared for, actually cared for, by a doctor. That's customer service I have not experienced in that way before and would have never thought to find in the dental industry. Last but not least, my new tooth looks, fits and feels absolutely perfect.

Fantastic experience: Artarmon Dentist is one of the great Dentist in my lifetime experience, started Dr taking a call on weekend emergency call and all the follow ups, I just had my wisdom teeth extraction and I had no pains during the treatment was rermarkable work, and they do care about the pains every patients have in the treatment. I think depending on your situation, and for me, the team did their best to put me in the front of the queue when there is an earlier slot became available. Always having friendly follow up calls and reminders. Highly recommended

I moved from the area and still travel 45min+ for my dental work and couldn't recommend a better place.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the "Artarmon Dentists" team. They offer a friendly, caring and professional service and take the time to listen and assist with your dental needs. I have been going to the practice for many years, but have recently had 11 months of orthodontic work undertaken. Dr Radhika Bhatla was amazing, extremely patient and I am very happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: It has been a pleasure getting dental work done at Artarmon Dentists. We can feel the difference as we have visited a few clinics in the North Shore area now.This clinic is hygienic and equipped with latest state of the art equipment. Fantastic experience: I just had my wisdom teeth out by Dr Nick and it was as good of an experience as getting your wisdom teeth out can be. Professional and friendly, but I'm not surprised as his wife Radhika is my usual dentist and is equally caring and trustworthy.
