Fantastic experience: Having had an unsatisfactory experience at my previous dentist, I did an internet search & found SmileCo Dental at Eastern Creek. I dropped in there & met Julie in reception & asked a few questions. Julie was very helpful & was able to answer all my concerns. I later made an appointment to see Dr Bruce. Dr Bruce is a very calm & very kind presence who knows his stuff & took very good care of me. I was asked if I had any objections to an X-ray & agreed to have one done. Moments later Dr Bruce was able to show me exactly what was going on with my teeth. He gave me advice on what I might improve in my dental care. All in all I was very impressed with the people I met & I can say I have definitely found my new dentist. The premises are modern & clean & conveniently located, plenty of parking available & you can do a bit of shopping before or after your visit. Very glad to have met the people at SmileCo & will be happy to go back for my next checkup!

Fantastic experience: This isn’t usually my dentist I go to but a friend recommended me to this wonderful dentist and I’m so glad I went. I got my wisdom teeth removed yesterday by Dr Rashmi and Dr Jeanie, they were so lovely they kept me calm and relaxed during the entire procedure as I was very anxious and scared. They were so lovely and reassured me and spoke me through the entire process the whole time, it felt like I had two Aunties removing my wisdom teeth that’s how calm they made me feel, also the receptionists were so beautiful and welcoming as well (Julie and another young lady with brown hair) I felt so at ease and welcome into their clinic. I will definitely be back and this will now be my new dentist!

Fantastic experience: Friendly dentist and appointment only took 30mins. Fit me in conveniently after a cancellation on my day off work at a convenient time and was close to home as well. I am a childcare educator so finding time around hours of 7-6 is hard. Took a free xray to show me my teeth quality and were very professional. They also gave me a cute doggy bag with toothpaste and floss tape in it. Cheapest dentist in the area, highly recommended by myself. The reception ladies were also so polite and friendly.

Fantastic experience: So glad to live near this dental clinic. Dr. Suryawanshi and her dental Nurse (don’t remember her name) were so gentle and compassionate and overall lovely. They never once made me feel guilty for having anxiety or feeling unwell on the day and made sure I was taken care of at all times. They were both professional and nurturing and I left feeling very reassured with a lot of extra knowledge that I didn’t expect to receive. The receptionist on the day was also very sweet. :)

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Smile Co Dental was a positive one.From the friendly receptionist to meeting the Dr & Assistant. I have high anxiety when it comes to dentists & having work done. They were so accomodating to my fear & relaxing me before doing anything. I initially went for a check up,scale & clean.I knew I had a few things needing to be done. My worst thing is the noise & not knowing whats coming at me.I had Dentist Sharayu Belote & Assistant Pawan. They talked me through every step & made the experience so comfortable I went back a week later for a deep filling & xray for the next issue. I would suggest for other nervous patients to take a Seremind (lavender) capsule & some relaxing natural oils rubbed on the wrists to relax. Great work ladies

Fantastic experience: Easily the best experience I have ever had at a dental practice! Firstly, the receptionist was welcoming and kind (even though I was running late). I then met the dental assistant who was also kind and welcoming, and went through some questions regarding my medical forms. I then began my appointment with Dr. Michael Kim and he is without a doubt the most caring and considerate dentist I have ever met in my life. He was so accomodating of my concerns about coming to the dentist, extremely knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing in detail and answered all of my questions. He was completely transparent with me, and I felt the most comfortable I have ever felt sitting in a dental chair. I left my appointment half an hour ago and have done nothing but rave about him and the SmileCo practice to all of my family and friends. Thank you for being such a fantastic dentist! I will certainly be returning

I did a consult for the first time with them and they were super instructive and explained the whole process simply and clearly. I even got a deep clean of my teeth, the X-rays and before and after shots/results which were of top quality too. They even kept checking on me throughout the process which I appreciated! Fantastic experience: An acquaintance referred me here after hearing how terrified I was of going to the dentist. Dr Suryawanshi and her dental assistant were just amazing at putting me at ease. They were in no hurry, talking to me, explaining everything they were doing, giving me a break after I’d tense up. They could not have done more to make my experience easier. She will definitely be my regular dentist and I have no hesitation highly recommending her and the practice.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and I was impressed with the professionalism, the equipment and especially with my new Dentist, Dr Rashmi Suryawanshi and her Dental Nurse. A large piece of a back molar had broken off and Dr Rashmi built up the missing piece and I now have a complete tooth again. She is calm, gentle and knowledgeable, explaining the procedure step by step. I think this is the most stress free visit to the dentist I have had and I’m not nervous about the follow up visit next month. I highly recommend this Dental practice.
