Fantastic experience: Each visit to Riverlands Dental, I go in, sweeting. Dental work is one of my least favourite. However, I am always pleasantly surprised at the end at how weirdly great my experience was! The staff are incredibly supportive, they constantly check-in, inform you of their next steps and make you feel comfortable during even the most uncomfortable procedures. Really thankful to all of the staff there and the wonderful work they do. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My 8 year-old son required a tooth to be extracted today. Never having had a dental procedure done before the team at Riverland’s Dental went above and beyond to make him feel completely at ease from the time we walked in the door, until the time we left. The dentist and assistant explained what they were doing every step of the way in a gentle and calm manner which put my son’s mind at ease. The clever use of a simple fidget toy to kept my sons mind busy and off the procedure and was well received. Before we knew it, the procedure was all over and my son left without tears, worry or fear of future dental visits. We are so grateful for making the experience as pleasant and pain free as humanly possible. We will be returning for all our dental needs in the future. Many many thanks!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, professional competent dentist who inspires confidence. Had to change dentist after 25 yrs excellent service with a lady who has stopped practice recently. So am looking to replace such excellence. After not being impressed with the corporate replacement of that lady dentist ie the new owners business culture I am pretty sure after today's consult Riverside fits the bill. Very happy.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend riverlands dental enough! They are fantastic so caring and patient. I was extremely nervous about stepping foot into the dentist after many years of not visiting one, I went in one day for a toothache which dr Faris told me needed to be removed I was extremely overwhelmed by the thought of that happening. He was understanding and very patient as well as the lovely ladies at reception long story short I finally built up the courage to get my tooth extraction dr Faris and his team were extremely patient with me during the procedure I definitely recommend having the gas as it does wonders. Pain was very minimal to none afterwards. I feel alot more confident and not so scared about visiting dr Faris and the riverlands dental team and look forward to my next dental check up visit.

There was almost a 100% recommendation for this practice when another new local called for people’s opinions and everyone spoke so highly of all the staff. After visiting other practices in northern Australia in years gone by, I was shocked at how reasonably priced my service at this practice was. Negative experience: Unfortunately i can’t say Riverlands is very professional!!! I just move to the area looking for a dentist for my family but my experience was very very poor I went with my daughter to have an opinion to have braces but sadly the dentist couldn’t even give me an answer on the day, I visit him in October he took some X-rays and and OPG when I did mentioned previously to the receptionist that I can take my daughter to have an OPG in Castlereigh Xray Centre because is bulk bill but they took the OPG without asking me, and charge me for that...plus the receptionist told me he will call me in couple days and it never happen, she’s just called again to say that the dentist it’s busy !!!and that he will call me another day when Who knows I have to say very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: After breaking my tooth to the gumline in April this year, my regular dentist would not see me for 6 weeks due to COVID19 restrictions. As I wanted some advice to stop possible infection I made an appointment with Dr Faris Kirmani. What a game changer! He was able to give me a temporary replacement until restrictions had been lifted sufficiently to start implant procedure. I needed a bone graft prior to implant and had final implantation on 15 October 2020. I cannot express my gratitude for the professionalism, care and courtesy shown by Dr Faris and all his staff. They have been wonderful and continued follow up phone calls and appointments have certainly eased any concerns I have had. I would highly recommend this dental service to anyone. I will certainly continue seeing Dr Kirmani for all my dental needs in the future.

Fantastic experience: I went to Riverlands for dental care for years. When I arrived, I had bad periodontitis and couldn't afford the exorbitant cost of a periodontic specialist. They helped me treat the disease in office and at home with complete understanding of my situation. Over the course of two years, I healed completely and was able to get onto a regular care schedule. They also helped me treat minor cavities at home, saving me money when they could have insisted on charging me for fillings. Cannot recommend highly enough. Fantastic people.
