She had a great plan for my kids and after the treatment for about 4years, they are now have perfect smiles and out of braces. The Oralux team have been very good with my daughter who had her first visit a couple of years ago when she was just under 3 years old. Super patient with her and helped ease her fears. Nowadays she'll ask when the next dental appointment is and looks forward to her visit!

She left me with no pain, although I thought I might need a root canal, she managed to treat me without a root canal. Negative experience: Rude, just focused on giving a massive bill for unnecessary stuff just for the sake of making money. Could give no star if I could. This was the first dentist I went to when I moved to Sydney totally destroyed my confidence in finding a good dentist but luckily I did find one later on. Negative experience: It is a nice practice but only for very basic dental procedures such as cleaning or simple filling. I had horrible experience with dr Georgina doing several fillings and a crown. She did a big filling on one of my back tooth, after filling was completed I told her that I was feeling a bit of pain still she said it has to settle for 6 months. 6 months later another dr in the same practice told me that the teeth has a crack and I have to get a gold crown done. Went to another practice for second opinion and I was told that I definitely don’t need gold crown and crack can be fixed with porcelain. Very disappointing experience will never go back. I have never received any email from practice with regards to the treatment provided and best options. dr Georgina never warned me about the crack as she didn’t even recognise it at the time. Misleading feedback very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Big shout out to Oralux. I went to Oralux to pull out my daughter’s baby tooth. The dentist was very professional and patient, at the beginning, my daughter was a bit nervous, but the dentist (sorry I couldn’t remember her name properly, a J name)and assistant Mary calmed her down and made her very relaxed. The whole procedure took only about 10 minutes.In the end, the dentist gave me very detailed instructions and showed me how to help my daughter handle wobbly tooth in the future. Quite informative. Great service, I will definitely recommend Oralux to my friends and family.
