Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Suffering from an abscess, Dr Singh opened his clinic after hours to treat me. He explained my options and then resolved my problem They then followed up with a phone call the next day to ask how I was going.

Negative experience: I was going to do my Invisalign here alongside fillings and dental clean. When realising that another dentist performed the dental clean slightly less and presenting this information to the clinic, Dr. Narinder Singh adopted a frugal mentality failing to honour this price. As a direct consequence of this, he has forfeited the consultation and procedure entirely essentially losing out on thousands of dollars this clinic could have made simply over a measly $35 difference in dental clean costs. It’s not about the money but the principle particularly when individuals choose to be stubborn minded and frugal which as a lesson to be learnt, will only make you lose more in long run. Great business decision - greed will get you no where.

Fantastic experience: I had been putting off going to the dentist for a while because of the discomfort of teeth cleaning and cost. I took advantage of their complete exam and clean package. My dentist Marina made the experience a positive one with numbing cleaning and checking in to make sure I was comfortable. The staff and receptionist were very welcoming. I will be back for regular cleans from now.

Fantastic experience: I attended this clinic today with an acute toothache, as being a Saturday my regular dentist was closed. The staff were all very professional and empathetic. I saw Dr Ravhnit Kaur who was very thorough and explained all the options available to me. I decided to start a root canal and not wait till Monday to see my regular dentist, as I felt very assured with Dr Ravhnit, and so glad I did as I am feeling much better now.

Fantastic experience: Over the last 5 years I have had Root canal, fillings, wisdom tooth extract, chips fixed and descaling performed by Dr Narinder and his always capable assistants. All procedures were performed efficiently with minimal discomfort at reasonable cost in a newly outfitted surgery. The work has totally restored function and appearance of tooth with good durability and workmanship, which I am very thankful for. If you require treatment , a visit to Dr Narinder will become a relief of any hesitation you may have. Update: 04 Jun 2023: After some post pandemic catch up work last year, all was efficiently restored to a 6 month checkup and just needing a clean and helpful advice from the hygenist. 5 Stars again !

Fantastic experience: My wisdom tooth was a bad one and i was referred to a hospital by another dentist. In a lot of pain and unable to wait for another two weeks i found a review describing how Dr. Narinder Singh helped someone who same as myself was reffered to a hospital, few hours later my tooth has been extracted for a fraction of a price that i would pay if it was done in a hospital. It seems like experience is the key in this field and Dr. Singh has a lot of it, the words cannot describe how happy i am, thank you very much!

During treatment he was really kind and asked me multiple times , if I was feeling OK and offered me glass of water . I had bad experience in past so I always hated dentist visits . But after this experience I have gained my confidence back . I will be definitely returning back to this clinic because of Dr Inder . Negative experience: Called for emergency toothache after hours as advertised on website only to be told the person that usually looks.after emergencies was not at work. Didn't even offer alternative care. False advertising!

Negative experience: Went here for emergency wisdom tooth pain, could barely move mouth. The dentist was sexist and wouldn't speak to or listen to me when I said what he was doing hurt. He decided I had nothing wrong with me and wouldn't be pescribing me any pain meds or anti-biotics. He told all of this to my male partner as he wouldn't speak with me. This appointment cost me $190. After speaking with my doctor for advice he referred me to a face surgeon. Using THE SAME xray the dentist took the surgeon imidiattly identified a wisdom tooth infection, gave me anti biotics and helped me get a mouth guard. This SURGEON appointment cost me $150. Will not be going back to this dentist ever.

Positive experience: I had an appointment with the clinic on a Saturday morning. A very convenient time. I describe myself as a nervous patient. One which Dentists try to avoid? I had a positive experience with Dr. Anna. She explained clearly to me each step of the process. We also talked about future visits and the options which are available for making visits to the Dentist a less stressful experience. There is nothing cheap about visiting a Dentist. I do not have extras on my private health insurance. I did a google search and found that this clinic in terms of pricing is competitive.

Fantastic experience: The clinic saw my son late on a Saturday afternoon, were very sympathetic and excellently resolved the issue. We really appreciate the care taken.

Negative experience: I had to take my 15 year old daughter there as she cracked a tooth. Get hold of this clinic is very difficult, especially after hours. The nurse was very friendly, but the dentist, needs to work on his skills in talking to patients, they removed her tooth, and gave her care instructions. Three days later she woke up with a very swollen face and very bruised. This dentist is very expensive, and I think he over charges.

Fantastic experience: My partner needed to have 3 teeth extracted and a new denture made. The denture was made before extraction so my partner could walk out without not feeling embarrassed by loss of teeth. Was a seamless process with everthing thoroughly explained. And no problems with denture. Narinder was meticulous in preparation of it. No problems going back to him to make adjustments

Fantastic experience: I'm quite anxious and nervous at the dentist so its been years, long years since I've been to the dentist. But after pulsating throbbing pain, I just had my last wisdom tooth taken out and the whole process led by Dr Narinder and nurse Andrea made me so at ease, and they kept me in the loop about what kind of pressure or pain I might experience, I wasn't scared at all. I'm so relieved that now I've found a local dentist and has made me less tentative about going for check ups now.

Fantastic experience: I had to get a wisdom tooth out, I was so nervous and I have never been so comforted before. The nurse had her hand on my shoulder and told me it was all going to be okay and I can relax. It came out in 2 minutes, I have had no pain. I have only had to take 2 panadol, normal strength. I have had this done on Saturday and am back to work like normal! I won’t be going anywhere else for dental work.

Negative experience: Was looking for a dental clinic for the family so went to try it out. Initial appointment for a clean was at 10am (first appt). I had arrived and filled in the forms. The reception staff was polite and nice. The dentist rang at 10:10 to reception to then say that he was going to be running about 20 mins late coming from home. No apology was made. I did not stay as a phone call could have been made much earlier than 10 mins past my actual appointment time. As much as I was looking forward to starting my journey at this clinic I and my family will not be attending and this clinic has just lost three customers.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing place. I called at 10pm on a Saturday night because of an infected wisdom tooth and by midnight it had been extracted at the pain had stopped. Dr Singh and his team are life savers! And pretty cheap considering I ruined his Saturday night.
