Fantastic experience: Bentley Plaza Dental Clinic is my go-to dentist now! They made sure my teeth were squeaky clean and X-rayed my mouth. And guess what? I got a crown! Dr. Chetana is a magician who made sure I felt minimal discomfort during the procedure. The temporary crown is so comfortable that I forget it's there. Kudos to the friendly office staff and Dr. Chetana for being so gentle and considerate!

Fantastic experience: Just could not find a urgent dental doctor and went all the way from far south to Bentley as they accommodated our urgent need . They really are star in Bentley Plaza dental. We have tried various dental clinics over the years and have never been really happy. Our whole family wld now go to Bentley Plaza dental , apart from being a VERY cool place, the staff are fantastic. To make a 6 year old not afraid of going to the dentist is no mean feat! Well done guys, never thought I would say it but going to the dentist is now a pleasure. Would recommend to everyone Best dentist! Fantastic experience: I recently got my dental checkup, fillings, and deep cleaning done after a year. Thanks to Dr. Sruthy, my experience in Bentley Plaza Dental was great! Dr. Sruthy is very friendly and helped me learn a lot about my dental care and hygiene. The front desk service was good too! Also, thanks to Dr. Srikanth for extracting my bottom horizontal wisdom tooth! I got 2 of my wisdom teeth removed with local anesthesia and I don't feel any pain at all (except when injecting the anesthesia felt like a pinch). The recovery was also quick. I can eat normal food in 5 days ✌

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Very late with appointments and left waiting for ages. Rude people and very very amateurish treatment. Will not be back. The dentist I had didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I think I will have to go elsewhere to have a cap rectified after she had at least 15 goes at it. In reply to your 5 or 10 minute delay. First appointment 45 minutes waiting Second appointment 35 minutes waiting. 3rd appointment for 10.00am. Dentist didn’t even arrive at the clinic until 10.15am and then it was a further 20 minutes wait. As I said very amateurish dentistry and also receptionist needs some training, it took another 15mins to find out that I had paid in full. She didn’t have a clue. As I said NEVER AGAIN.

Negative experience: Last week, I went to the Bentley Plaza Dental Clinic. The receptionist, a young lady, is very unprofessional. She said that you did not receive any service from our clinic, so with this government discount form, you are not getting any discount and need to pay the full $95 from your pocket. I said that the doctor did an exam and x-rays, which are considered part of a treatment, so I will get a discount as per law. She was so unprofessional that she has no idea what it means to be a part of treatment. When she tried to force me to pay $95, the doctor came out of his room, listened to everything, and stated that the patient is right. An exam and x-rays are part of the treatment. He solved the problem very nicely and smoothly. The doctor instructed his receptionist to accept the government discount form accordingly. Finally, the receptionist had no choice but to charge me only $35.17 In my opinion, for this profession, the receptionist requires more training and must be more honest.

Fantastic experience: I recently received implants and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Dr Chetana was extremely capable, I felt comfortable and well supported at all times by her and the dental technicians. The front office staff were always friendly and provided regular appointment updates. I have no problem making a positive recommendation.

Fantastic experience: Professional team, very friendly and helped me feel less anxious about my visit. Reasonable pricing. The team is up front and honest about what work needs to be done and the cost. They aren't rushing to get you in and out and also aren't out to do work that isn't required. The only one thing was I did taste the anaesthetic but I said something the dentist quickly apologised and gave me a sip of water to get rid of the taste. The dentist checked on me regularly to ensure I didn't feel any pain and could manage with my anxiety and both the dentist and the assistant were very comforting saying "you're doing very well" I know it sounds small but all the little things add up when you have anxiety about the procedure of wisdom teeth removal. They go above and beyond to help with writing prescriptions for pain/infections, giving mouthwash gargle, gauze, ice packs and all sorts to help with recovery

Fantastic experience: Dr. Srikanth Aluru is an outstanding dentist. He has done a wonderful job on multiple occasions with regards to both of my elderly parents who have dementia. His patience and care are clearly evident. I highly recommend him to you!

I was always afraid of pain and dentist but Dr Alaru made the visits very plesant. Also along the way about 2 hours he kept on asking "Are you ok, Are you ok?". Negative experience: What ruined my day was the receptionist mentioned right after I paid I was to be given a 50$ discount for my visit after paying 290$ for a checkup,clean and 2 xrays only. I understand they agreed to give me my 50$ discount on my "next appointment" to make up for it but let me tell you about the next appointment first. I was quoted 2000$ worth of work to be done here. After a couple of restless nights I got a second quote from else where for my own piece of mind and was quoted 600$. Keep my 50$ i wont be coming back. In my opinion id look elsewhere. Its not worth breaking the bank over.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chetana is an amazing dentist. I haven't been to the dentist like for 3 years due to illness in my family. I have neglected my teeth in this process. Been for a checkup and Dr Chetana has done some fillings for me since last week. I was going to extract my back tooth, but Dr Chetana suggested that she would prefer to save the tooth. Dr Chetana suggested to do a crown instead. Had a few visits for the above. Wow! never felt anything under a local anaesthetic and her magic touch. The level of care and attention to detail was second to none. Dr Chetana made me feel comfortable and completely updated me through the whole process. Dr Chetana is a very gentle, friendly and kind dentist. I highly recommend Dr Chetana. The Receptionist was very friendly and also made me comfortable while sitting in the waiting room as I was anxious. The whole team are amazing and they do care about your health and wellbeing. Today is the 19 April 2022 and I have just had a follow up phone call to find out how I am feeling. This is so amazing!!. I will now make sure that I always have all my regular future sessions with Dr Chetana. Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: EDIT: The dental practice has reached out and personally apologised for the inconvenience and offered to fill my tooth for free, I appreciate the kind gesture and they do care about their patients. Thank you. I Do not recommend this place at all! First they make you wait half hour past your allocated appointment time with no hint of an apology, then during your treatment you raise a concern with your teeth and told "yes we will treat that today" then at end of treatment you ask why haven't you treated my tooth and met with "oh we have run out of time" really? So now your concerned about the time. No patient care at all, I will be going to another place for treatment from now on. Poor.

Fantastic experience: Doctor S Aluru removed my top two wisdom teeth with almost no discomfort in under 20 minutes and charged very reasonably, much less time and money than I was expecting. Day after and I have no pain at all. Had I known the procedure would be this painless and efficient I would’ve gone years ago.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with Dr Shiffali Goyal. She treats patient like a dummy, not being gentle at all. She won’t care whether you feel uncomfortable or not. The needle was accidentally stab on my gum as she is not being gentle for the treatment. Did said a “sorry” but my gum is bleeding. Also, she didn’t tell me what she is doing on me, I have no idea what she is putting on me. I have no chance to ask her as my mouth is keep opening for her procedures. Treatment room door can be open at anytime, privacy not being protected all the time. Please guys, I highly not recommend you all to this unprofessional dentist.

Negative experience: Took my wife there and they sliced her for 3 hours and leaving her mid procedure to attend to other clients. If you are of African descent...stay away, they can't handle our teeth
