Negative experience: Disgusting rude never go to place they spoke to me very rude on the phone terrible service she called me and abused me all i did was to ask a question about my porcelain veneer. Bit weird only open Mondays and Fridays. And on google its advertising closed down stay away .

Negative experience: Massive grub. Stole money from a number of his customers and never to be heard from again. Beware if he has set up in a surgery near you.

Negative experience: Have been trying to reach them since January with their voicemail advising 'temporary closure until Feb' it is now end of September with no updates or contact on what is happening. I'm aware of the very unfortunate incident that occurred (only due to my own findings by searching google for answers) but to leave myself and all your other paying clients in the dark without answers and not a simple courtesy email to advise of the closure or future plans is pathetic. Is that how you treat clients who have spent an upward of 10k? Chipped my front composite bond in half yesterday eating lunch (only a year after having them done) and tried to get in contact again for the 20th+ time to find the line is completely disconnected now.. no option to call for an emergency repair which resulted in me having to pay an additional $1k at a random dentist with no information retrievable on colour match, shape or anything to have it fixed urgently. No decency to paying customers.. if they do decide to reopen, avoid!

Negative experience: The dentist hasn't reached out to me. Several clients have this issue and I have a long chain of emails proving this. Since the very tragic incident involving the doctor, this business has had endless opportunities and time to rectify the situation with their clients since going out of business

Bill has significantly increased my confidence by 100% with his professional dentistry skills, as well as his kind and friendly demeanor. He has performed four dental implants now, and each and every one are as secure and perfect as the day I first had the procedures. However, since 2017 Dr William and his team provided me first with some restorative work and a better denture (working with what was affordable for me at that time) then this year a permanently implanted bridge has been completed. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Bill & the Classic Smiles team. I have been seeing Dr Bill for over ten years and wouldn’t ever see another dentist. I live in the eastern suburbs and travel to Miranda because I will not let another dentist look after me. Dr Bill is very gentle, kind, knowledgeable, professional and a perfectionist with everything he does he will always give you his honest opinion and he won’t let you leave the chair until your happy as well. Dr Bill does the best clean and whitening treatments he uses this diamond clean which no other dentist has. He my check ups twice a year and ever since I started seeing him my dental hygiene and condition of my teeth has given me no troubles or problems I see him for my regular check ups to maintain. The clinic is very clean, smells nice and you are always greeted with a friendly smile from the receptionist. Dr Bill is definitely the best dentist and I feel very lucky to have found him all those years ago. Dr Bill is the holy grail of dentists.

Fantastic experience: I had nice teeth when I was young apart from my teeth leaning inwards slightly. I was given braces to correct my bite which included having four teeth removed. I was never happy with my teeth after having braces because the leaning inwards of my teeth was more marked after braces - I should never have had four teeth out. Also, one of my lower, front teeth died from the sideways movement of the braces. I had root canal therapy then a crown was fitted on the dead tooth. To make room for the crown, a large portion of the back of one of my top, front teeth was removed which caused this tooth to wear away over time. Eventually, this tooth was reduced to about 2/3 of its original size and I was in jeopardy of that tooth also dying - Dr William was surprised that this hadn't happened already. Also, I clench my teeth at night and this had caused my lower teeth to lean inwards more and more because the braces and removal of teeth allowed room for more inward movement. My teeth had also yellowed over time which was contrasted to the colour of the crown. As a result of all these problems, I hated my teeth, I was embarrassed about my teeth and I was very concerned because I was headed for more functional problems. Over the years I spoke to two different orthodontists but I was not convinced by the solutions that were offered. Eventually I saw Dr William with the aim of getting invisalign to bring my teeth forward and to discuss what else could be done to improve my dental problems. Dr William put a crown on my top, front, shrinking tooth to protect it and used porcelain veneers on the surrounding teeth to build them forward and lengthen and whiten them. He replaced the lower crown with a softer material to avoid it causing further problems and used veneers on a few surrounding teeth to improve their look and colour after filing them to even up the heights of the teeth and remove some chips. I am extremely happy with the job that Dr William has done on my teeth and I will probably now not even bother getting invisalign because even though my teeth still lean inwards, the top teeth have been built-out forward, the look of the lower teeth has been vastly improved and the attention has been drawn away from my lower teeth. Thank you very much Dr William - I am extremely happy with the results of your work and I now find myself smiling a lot more instead of trying to hide my teeth!

Dr Williams and his team at classic smiles are like angels on earth.As a Health care professional myself, I see the level of patient care stretches far more then their clinical duty of care alone. I arrived at Classic smiles, with brittle, broken and wobbly teeth. Painful exposed nerves, Painful gums due to teeth missing. And a really ugly smile. (Due to aftermath of eating disorder). Eating was painful. Eating anything crunchy, hot or cold was impossible.I was so self conscious of smiling and laughing because of the state of my teeth. On my first day of work Dr Williams fitted my mouth with temporary teeth whilst he worked on the permanent implants. Well the temporary teeth alone were incredible!!!!!… I could smile and laugh!!!!! I crunched my way through two bunches of celery and a bag of carrots!!!!!.....I can’t wait to see the finished product! Dr Williams is extremely, talented, committed, passionate, compassionate and professional Dentist. If the world had more health professionals like Dr Williams it would most certainly be a better place.

Negative experience: I had to constantly call to make appointments almost every few weeks after getting my new veneers done by Dr William because they kept getting chipped even though I kept telling Dr William. I’m extremely careful with what and how I eat. He was always blaming me. He would still sadly charge me every few weeks when my veneers would chip one by one and discoloured quickly. He promised me a 10 year guarantee but he wouldn’t acknowledge his paperwork. I finally went to another dentist who fixed removed Dr Williams veneers. I have absolutely no problems at all now. But again, sadly it cost me more from my new dentist to remove Dr William’s poor quality veneers and put me new ones.

I now have completed my procedure (which turned out so good) and been getting regular check ups by the lovely staff. Fantastic experience: I was researching many places in Sydney and found that Bill, Georgia, and the team at Classic Smiles, Miranda to be very friendly and professional throughout the whole process, from consultation to adjustments that I needed after my veneers were fitted. I had porcelain ones made up and they look terrific. I had gapped and very worn teeth from brushing too hard over my life, as well as some discolouration from coffee stains. Im very happy with the finished product now and I would highly recommend dropping in to see Bill and Georgia.

Fantastic experience: Perfection at last thanks to Dr William Zafiropoulos! I am thrilled with the result of the composite veneers. Dr William also performed gum surgery on my daughter and composite veneers many years ago and they are still amazing without any discolouration. My son is currently having Invisalign with Dr William and within 3 months there was a dramatic change and he no longer has a severe overbite and his teeth are completely straight. Fantastic experience: I had my porcelain veneers done a few years ago due to numerous issues with my top teeth. I have type 2 diabetes which can cause gum disease. I also had a couple of teeth missing we hitch also caused me to hide away from the world.
