Fantastic experience: I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed, and I felt at ease from the very start. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. Dr. Rompi was thorough and explained everything clearly before the treatment. The ambience in the room was calming—from the choice of content on the TV to the soft-spoken nature of the dental assistant. I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly and easily the procedure went. They numbed the area being treated, so I didn’t feel any discomfort. The top tooth came out in a flash, while the bottom one took a bit longer, which I was told is usually the case, so I was prepared. I even received a follow-up call from the assistant, Riza, the next morning to check on how I was doing. I truly felt cared for. Hats off to the entire team.

Every other dentist appointment in my life has been filled with anxiety and fear, to the point where just thinking about it would give me a meltdown. I left the clinic with a whole new perspective on dentist visits. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment! Fantastic experience: Dr. Rompi did a root canal treatment and crown on my tooth . She is great, has empathy and very professional. I also had a clean with Dr Faisa. She’s very lovely and gentle. The airflow clean was a good experience, the water is warm which is so great for my sensitive teeth. Lovely staff, nurses and receptionists are all nice and friendly. I Highly recommend going there they care a lot for their patients.

Negative experience: I usually am happy to visit this dentist. ( well as happy as you can be to see a dentist) So i booked a 40min chipped tooth appointment. I was 3 mins late my apologies. I have an air sensitive tooth I was unsure of which tooth. had 2 x-rays. Then I get told there isnt enough time to do the job. I would have come back another day. I was still charged a consultation fee plus the x-rays. Still have the same issue I went in with.

Dr Prema, was unbelievably great!.. so so gentle I nearly fell asleep while she was bonding my tooth after an unfortunate incident pith a peach pit.. she was so quick and yet so careful.. I can not recommend her highly enough!.. Also the receptionist who's name I didn't grab was so kind and lovely too.. This clinic also offers after pay payment option Thank you Prema, and the team at Coogee Plaza.. you're all amazing!

Fantastic experience: I have a big fear of having dental work done and was advised pretty quickly into my appointment that I would need my wisdom tooth out. The procedure was available to be done there and then, I started to have a panic attack due to not have mentally prepared for anything more than a check up, I was treated with such amazing care, respect and empathy. I could not recommend this dental clinic more! Such professionals, everything was done within 30mins, from check up/x-ray to the extraction, thank you so much!

Positive experience: I couldn’t give close to 5 stars like most people have because comparing the clinic to other places I’ve been to, it does not live up to expectations unfortunately. On each occasion I felt like the service was stilted and not completely professional and information was not openly shared with me unless I probed further with questions. Nice people for sure but I look for transparency and full disclosure of procedures especially when it comes to health. I won’t be going back unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: I have visited four dentists so far as my daughter had a cavity that had to be filled. I was advised to have that done on general anesthesia as my 6-year-old was not opening her mouth to get her cleaning done, let alone filling in the cavity. I cannot thank Dr. Rompi enough for the way she handled my daughter. Her playfulness and kindness helped my daughter have the most impressive and calming experience. She explained every step of the way and checked with her if she was OKAY. My daughter not only had both teeth cleaned and filled, but was also so happy by the end of it. Previously, she was so scared to go to the doctor or the dentist! I can't thank you enough, Dr. Rompi, we have finally found the dentist my daughter loves, and we cannot recommend you highly enough!

Minor wait is to be expected with the small up and coming business. But worth the wait! Two wisdom teeth took about 10 minutes with 0 pain and all the professionalism I could ask for. I had a molar extracted, and she went above and beyond to ensure the procedure was stress-free. Cons: Doctor Rompi was running a bit late and I ended up waiting (however, Netflix with headphones was available to watch so it didn't bother me). Conclusion: Highly recommend.

They were able to take the OPG x-ray there at the surgery and advised that the best treatment was extraction of the wisdom teeth, which also could be done at the surgery. A few days later Dr Rompi extracted the wisdom teeth with ease & professionalism. Thank you Dr Rompi & staff, I cannot recommend you enough!!!
