Fantastic experience: I highly recommended dentist Soroush Salimi and Hannah Zhou, the oral hygienist. Hannah is so gentle, attentive and thorough. I can’t say I look forward to going to the dentist for regular check ups but they both make the experience as comfortable as possible.

Negative experience: Word of advice to your dentists. Don't take on work you are not capable of doing. One of your dentists messed up a root canal and my daughter had to go to a specialist to fix it. The Endodontist struggled to repair her tooth due to the dentists error. Do not recommend and will never use your practice again. Thanks for your response. I stand by my word that I will not use your practice again. This isn't the first bad review the dentist in question has had and I am sure it won't be the last.

Fantastic experience: I went to dentists@burswood seeking a second opinion and ended up getting all my dental work done here! Dr Soroush has been very patient with my questions and concerns and was able to provide an honest recommendation and detailed education after each treatment. Loving the availability and flexibility of their appointments, and I appreciate their assistance in accommodating my desired payment option. I only relied on google reviews and the clinic will be my first option for any future dental care.

Fantastic experience: After multiple bad experiences with different dentists I'd resigned myself to just not going to a dentist unless I needed an extraction. A freind prompted me to go to dentist@burswood and after some gentle prodding I've had a few visits and getting a treatment plan sorted to get everything in order. Both Dr Reezan and Dr Saroush are professional, kind, gentle and understanding. And I have no plans to go to another dentist ever again.

Fantastic experience: Hi. I was seen by Dr Mariam Bassiri for a wisdom tooth extraction and did a consult before with Dr Soroush. I had procrastinated and not seen a dentist for a long time, so this was an emergency dental. Both doctors were extremely professional, helpful and understanding. I found this experience to be the best I have ever had with an wisdom extraction and I have had all of them removed now. Much respect and recommend to anyone needing work done. Fantastic experience: Wonderful practice with lovely staff. Dr Mariam is an extremely calm and gentle dentist. My husband and I have been seeing her for several years, and always find our visits to be pleasant and no-fuss. Dr Mariam is also very patient with our young children, and they love coming back to see her. She even managed to do xrays for them (which can be tricky for young children who are wriggling around) and promptly referred us to the paediatric dentist for additional treatment. We find her to be honest with what treatment is required, and as a result have referred many friends to her - even our children’s kindergarten teacher! They’ve all come back with the same positive experience.

Negative experience: My name is Vishnu Rajendran. I definitely would not recommend Dr.Mariyam and this clinic. I got my wisdom tooth extracted on June 22nd along with Dental scaling and polishing. I can’t complain about wisdom tooth extraction, it was fine. Just 1-2 of days after the visit, I started having hypersensitivity on my lower incisors which was leading to severe headaches. I went again to diagnose this problem. She could not identify what is causing this sensitivity and guess what she suggested??! She asked me to take BOTOX injections on gums once in 6 months and wear a splint to address this issue. Very low level diagnosis and knowledge and STUPIDITY on a different level. Her scaling and polishing process has damaged my gum tissues thus leading to hypersensitivity and headaches. Not worth your money, time and efforts. Later, this issue was resolved by another dentist clinic in West Perth. Dr.Mariam : "Following to your reply 3 weeks ago, it has not been years since I had my last scaling and cleaning done. I did it last year. Cleaning once or twice a year is very normal. You have to get the facts right before you right up something. You were 100% wrong about me griniding the teeth, I bought the braces that you advised and there were no trace marks of the teeth on the braces. Hypersensitivity, it all happened just because you applied more pressure on my gums and it got highly irritated. Your diagnosis was absurd too".

Fantastic experience: Whatever nerves I had about my dentist appointment evaporated when I walked through the door. Dr Mariam and the team (receptionist, assistant) were wonderful, making me feel at ease from start to finish. Both my wife and brother-in-law spoke highly of Dr Mariam and it didn't take long for me to see why. All my questions were efficiently answered and I appreciate Dr Mariam patiently walking me through what was happening. The care and service I received in that chair was top-notch and it prompted me to write this review, as a happy client. I can confidently write that this is now my favourite dental clinic and that I look forward to my next check up, with a smile on my face, thank you.

Very friendly service from reception followed by thorough yet pleasurable dentistry. Fantastic experience: Receptionist was polite and efficient. Dentist Dr Orla and assistant were very nice and friendly. I went to have my regular check up, teeth cleaning and fluoride treatment. The whole process took about an hour and everything went smoothly. Great ambience with soothing atmosphere settings for patients which is a plus point for visitors. I would recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: Went for a checkup and clean. The premises smelled nice, the reception was lovely, and Dr Soroush was very kind, and explained things well. Also it was a blessing I had no cavities! I got a 3rd opinion from him regarding a proposed extraction (Always ask more than one!) and was happy with his answer. He also cleaned up some stray fillings that had hang-outs to make them sit more flush with my teeth. Dentist's aren't the most enjoyable experience for me, and this one was a big sigh of relief!

Positive experience: I am an aspiring singer and for me, it was important to get rid of the spaces between my front teeth so I visited this dental center where an orthodontist assisted me with different types of options for aligning my teeth. I am not a fan of braces so I was afraid to wear them but the newer Invisalign seemed better so I went ahead and got them in a couple of visits. Although they cost me a bit higher than traditional braces, I am satisfied with the comfort and the appearance of my teeth.

Negative experience: Worst staff I have ever come across. Beware they can cancel appointments on the spot even if it is an emergency and patient is in a highly bad condition. They misguide you as they can cancel your booking on the spot without caring what is the condition of the patient. Never ever trust them. Worst service providers I have ever come across.

But they truly are incredible and best of all you can lay back and relax, watching Netflix on the tv, that is set up on the ceiling, for a distraction.

She referred me to a fantastic orthodontist, she replaced an old crown on my front tooth where it was matched up perfectly with the opposing tooth, she touched up another slightly chipped tooth free of charge and all the regular check ups have been great. Fantastic experience: Dentist @ Burswood are fabulous! They are so attentive to their clients and really go the extra mile, I drive from Padbury just to see them!! I had an extraction in the chair and Suresh was fantastic, communicated everything to me so I was aware and had no need to worry throughout the whole procedure. I need a bit of work done overall and at NO point did I feel pushed or rushed to book in my next treatments, they genuinely care about the client and their health, as opposed to making money as fast as possible. They even had a chat with me about health provider options and where really open with offering their advice on which ones would help me save money on my treatment plan moving forward. Excellent customer service and follow up, I can not fault their service or staff, you will not be disappointed!
