Fantastic experience: Extremely grateful for the last minute emergency appointment the clinic gave me. I called so many dentists in area and only DB Innaloo could assist. The Dentist was also very gentle and made my nerves calm down with ease! Highly recommend

Positive experience: Friendly service and dentists, but price wise, most expensive in the area. Went for second opinion and paid a fraction of the price. When passed on, receptionist didn't care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Pavel was excellent, the ladies at the front were very helpful and pleasant, the entire place has a really nice vibe (considering what awaits in the rooms - let's be real, nobody WANTS to go to the dentist). A really good experience, which I'd never thought I would say after having a molar removed. Didn't feel a thing, honestly. Well priced too. Considerably less than the "worst case scenario" quote I was given on the phone. Thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sura has been my dentist for the past 18 months, he is extremely professional and provides person-centred care, explaining his process and frequently checking on patient comfort. He also works alongside a wonderfully attentive nurse. Most recently Dr Sura worked with me to whiten my teeth, fill imperfections in one front tooth and remove an old, badly stained filling to the other front tooth, creating a perfectly shaped and colour matched replacement. The end result reflects his dedication to perfection.

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I went into DB Dental Innaloo wanting to make an appointment. I went in and walked up to the reception desk (at this point there was a customer that had just walked out from the back a little bit after I walked up). There were two people at the desk, one was busy while the other one was free. I started asking about making an appointment to the lady that was free when she cut me off mid-sentence when she saw a third person walk in through the front door, saying she needed to give them the form to fill out. Although she didn’t give me an explanation, I was fine with that, as I understood that the dentist may be waiting for this patient to fill out the form. But then after she handed out the form, she told me to have a seat as she wanted to serve the other people that came a bit after me. I was upset because I was already understanding about the third person cutting in front, but no explanation was given as for why I had to wait for the other people as well. When I asked for a reason why she was serving others before me - even though I had come in first - she repeated what she said earlier, telling me to wait and that’d she’d serve me after. I’ve been to other DB Dental’s, and making an appointment only takes a few minutes, but she didn’t even try to ask what I wanted, and instead wanted to serve people that came after. Her attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and arrogant.

Positive experience: Bunma attendied on saturday 24th may 11am. She saw Dr Rosalin George who was proffesional efficient ,gentle ,the premises was modern clean comfortable. I felt a little uncomfortable due to the young man at reception. Bunma and I have been together over 20 years, she is 68 I am 59, english is not her first language, she still struggles even now a bit so I do get a little concerned about the communication barrier. We do most things together including going to the doctor,dentist,ect. This may seem unusual and taken the wrong way by some, including the young man at reception? And of course the white man ,asian lady thing that some cant reconcile without thinking below thier navel . From asking us to sit down when we were in line to pay, then allowing others who came after to be served first, to asking to see the debit card bunma used to pay for the service . Nothing personal, no grudges , just observations about treatment of myself and to a lesser extent Bunma, makes me quite sad. Just my observations from my perspective amd my opinion, I'm sure some will disagree with. I don't know, but I do know there was a hint of something not pleasant that was evident on a non verbal level . Maybe it's just me , maybe I'm too sensitive. Fantastic experience: One of the most friendly dental practices you can find.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience. I went in for a cleaning, but my teeth still have visible tartar — it’s like nothing was done. The whole appointment lasted barely 30 minutes, and for the price they charge, that’s unacceptable. Extremely poor service and definitely not worth the money. I won’t be going back. Choose this place because it was cheaper it didn't worth at all in the end. Pay more but get a proper cleaning done somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Me and my family are going to Dr Helena for more than a decade. She is best that you can find in this profession. Her pragmatic approach towards dental issues, very high care-factor and all dental hygiene advices has helped us tremendously.

Positive experience: Their service has improved, however their fees have significantly increased and are way higher than the ones from other similar practices. I won't use them for any dental service other than regular check ups.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing the same dentist since I was 18 (& how dare he retire in his mid 70's), but I have found my new forever Dentist and clinic. Dr Viran Patel at DB Dental in Innaloo is absolutely fantastic as is Sam when you walk in the door & everyone that I've seen at the clinic in Innaloo. I have worked in medical for a very long time so can definitely be judgemental, but I can't recommend them more highly. Just don't get too popular Dr Viran Patel, because I still need to be able to book in to see you!!! I completely understand many patients are nervous going to the dentist, but from walking in the door to seeing Dr Viran everything is explained so as a patient you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a core and crown at DB Dental by Viran Patel. He was so kind, caring and aware of my situation. I could not have an extraction and he went to no end of trouble to make sure I was comfortable at all times. The process was all completed in approximately 2 hours and I had no pain or discomfort at all. The crown feels great and I am eating as normal straight away.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to DB Dental for years, recently I had a new dentist there and he was incredible, so kind and friendly and wasn’t painful or hard at all. I’d strongly recommend Dr Varin Patel! And the receptionists are so nice too, super helpful and, facilities clean

Negative experience: They lost my appointment. I rang a week early to confirm. Was told that I didn't have an appointment. Was told to make another appointment which was very inconvenient for me. I have the original sms to show they have lost my appointment

The front reception staff are friendly and the dentists are very professional and are careful to explain everything in detail. I had to vist there yesterday due to a dental emmergency and was seen at short notice and provided with the best care from the dentist Chris Lles.

I had general check up and clean and some small chips filled which was quick and painless, gotta love that! I was appraised of possible future work and a quote was supplied, but at no time did I feel pressured or like I was being sold something that wasn't necessary. Would highly recommend this Dentist practiced based on that experience.

Negative experience: Wish there was an option to give 0 stars, as that's the level of customer service that was shown to me. I spoke to 2 reception staff and both females were unbelievably rude. Both were argumentative when I asked questions and both were very dismissive. Neither wanted to actually give me the time to discuss my enquiry. Insisting that I need to get a referral to be able see your dentist then he'll decide if he will see me or not. How pretentious if that is true I'm glad to know how this practice is run before I'd made an appointment and had to pay to be treated so disrespectfully And before someone from the business responds with some weak apology template, according to quite a few reviews this is not an isolated incident with your reception staff ‍♀️

Negative experience: Really poor outcome for my husband who was informed he had to have a root canal attended. The dentist at DB Dental Innaloo reported that they had removed the nerve at first consult which they hadn't and he was in immense pain thereafter. They then referred him to one of their 'specialists' at another facility and they weren't able to see my husband for another week. We ended up going to another dentist and were extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by DB Dental Innaloo.

Fantastic experience: This was my first contact with DB and I managed to get a service then because of a cancellation. I found everyone friendly and courteous with full information provided. Job well done.

I have an anxiety disorder so attending the dentist can be an overwhelming experience, but her attentiveness and reassurance made the experience bearable. Would absolutely recommend, very thorough.

Negative experience: Such a shame you have such a rude receptionist. The dentists were all lovely but not worth staying with them when you get treated so rudely. There are so many dental clinics in the area. We have been going for over a year now with my whole family, but husband also had a bad experience with the rude receptionist. She is still there. I don't usually review clinics but as the unprofessional manner in which you are treated is constant and spanning multiple visits, it is clear it will not change.

Fantastic experience: I’m a very nervous dentist go-er but anytime I have visited this place I have had a pleasant experience. The staff are lovely and do a great job to put you at ease while still advising of the need to know info.

Negative experience: Unprofessional service! They are after money, the guy did not do anything and took $250, and ask us to come next time and it is shame on them to sent stupid reminder for appointment. I recommend better not to visit them!
